I do property management in Lebanon county and exclusively use EH WILLIAMS for plumbing, HVAC and electrical work. Very quick response time, pleasant maintenance and office staff, quality work and fair pricing. Highly recommend them to anyone.

The company is very responsive to requests placed in their online website contact sheet - I was contacted within 24 hours. When I later had an emergency on a holiday weekend, the company responded on the phone within an hour and had a technician, Dan, at my door in two hours, or so. The after-hours emergency rate was given in advance to consider for costs; they were very upfront. I appreciated their honesty and openness.The technicians with whom I have had interaction have been very professional. They even parked on the street to avoid vehicle leakage on my driveway - how considerate can a company be? Both Dan and John were dressed professionally and appeared very knowledgeable of my system.On the day of my replacement estimate, the office called to notify me of the appointment 30 minutes before Johns arrival. John gave us an Air Conditioning replacement estimate. He offered different systems (varying in price and capabilities). John was also knowledgeable of MetEd (local electric utility) rebates available. John spent time, as I needed, to answer questions I had; his knowledge of my system really put me at ease.I would recommend EH Williams & Sons HVAC to everyone. I wish they offered other systems besides York; but with their customer service, Im willing to purchase a York system.

Unfortunately, our home owners insurance would not cover the repairs and the company who installed the unit was not helpful at all when it came to warranty work. From beginning to end these guys were top notch. You don’t really see this type of work ethic anymore. John came to my house to do an evaluation and was extremely knowledgeable and courteous. He gave me multiple options for me to choose from and explained them all in easy to understand terms. Once I chose the option that best suited my families needs they immediately began to get the job started. Chris was onsite most of the time and was very friendly and was quick to offer me information and educate me on the new system. These guys are super prompt as well. I got a complete propane system and water heater. The York equipment is beautiful and works amazing to heat our home. The water heater is amazing as well. We had problems with running out of hot water in our home and with a family of 5 that just doesn’t work!! So we got the infinite hot water heater. We could not be more pleased with this company!! Highly recommended!They have handled all my residential HVAC needs for 5 years and provide impeccable installation and maintenance services. I am now running a hybrid AC/heat-pump/propane system that is extremely energy efficient and wont blow cold air in the winter.

I have been a customer for over a year now. They installed a ductless mini-split system in my home. I compared their prices with other companies, and theirs was the best quote I received. The workers did an excellent job with the installation, addressed all my questions and concerns, and were very friendly and courteous. When an old cast iron pipe in my basement started leaking recently, I called them. They were quick to send someone out to fix the problem. I will continue to use them for my future needs, and would highly recommend them!

EH Williams did a great job installing our 7-unit minisplit system. They were responsive to all our questions, made sure we always knew what they were doing, and took our suggestions seriously. The work was completed in about a week and a half. When a small problem arose a few days later, they returned to correct it with no issue. Highly recommended!

I recently had my Air Conditioner, stop working. EH Williams was contacted and I was very pleased with the timely & professional service by the techs. & office employees. They were great.

We had used EH Williams in the past for issues with our hot water heater, which was dealt with promptly and professionally. So when our 30 year old heat pump system finally showed its age, we called them for service. While the diagnosis was not good (a complete replacement was recommended as opposed to a compressor replacement .....questionable long term performance as well as a major plumbing line replacement due to the freon upgrade which would also be required), the new installation was completed in a day by 2 qualified technicians along with the several followup contacts by Jon W to assure that the system was working to our satisfaction and to provide an upgraded thermostat for easier programming and heating/cooling management. In addition, a thorough check of the whole house air flow was conducted to make sure that the new system was working as advertised. The unit is working great (great test currently with the very low seasonal temperatures) and we are very pleased with the performance of the entire EH Williams team. Thank You!!

We had Mr. Williams himself come to our home for a quote for a new hvac system and water heater. Mr. Williams was very prompt with the quote and answering several of my questions.The technicians were very professional and awesome with our 3 children who are 5-3-1.

We had the good fortune of hearing great things about this company when looking for a new boiler. I contacted them and in no time had a consultation with the owner and not long after that a great quote in hand. We couldn’t of been happier with the work provided from all of the staff. This includes everyone from that first phone call until the completion. They had even noticed an issue with our pluming during the job and offered to take care of it. 4/10/2017 – Technician came out to troubleshoot our electric hot water heater for not properly heating the water. I had already replaced the elements and purged the tank – this did not fully help correct the problem. Since we were under a home warranty, we decided to have a professional look at it before replacing both thermostats. Technician could not find any issues and he called back to the office. Since it was somewhat working, I can understand it was hard to diagnose. The decision was made to replace both thermostats. After replacement, the technician did not know that only one thermostat works at a time. After I mentioned it to him, he turned down the one to have the second one kick on. Replacement of the thermostats fixed the heating issue. I didn’t think much of it, at the time, until I had more issues after the next call out. 10/17/2017 – Called EH Williams to let them know our hot water heater was leaking and we were calling the home warranty company to report it. I discussed the procedure for upgrading to a better product with them if the tank would have to be replaced. They were very knowledgeable on the procedure and passed on the information to me. I reported the leak to my home warranty company and asked them to dispatch EH Williams since they already had knowledge of the unit here. EH Williams contacted me back and we once again discussed upgrading, if the unit had to be replaced. I asked if the service technician could begin the estimate to install a tankless propane hot water heater or did another person have to come out. I was told the technician could look at the current unit and discuss the upgrade to begin the estimate.10/18/2017 The technician responded, and he found the current unit to be leaking from the tank and not repairable, he and I discussed the upgrade to a tankless unit. He took photos and notes then called the office. He reported the current unit was not repairable and passed on we wanted to upgrade. I then paid my $100 deductible and he said the office would submit the report and claim back to the home warranty office. He said the office would call me back later that day or the next morning. 10/19/2017 No call back from EH Williams. I contacted them around 11:30 AM for an update. I was rudely told the service manager must still review the claim before it can be submitted to my home warranty office. I asked when would that happen and was told hopefully later that day. Something about this call made me realize EH Williams was not the company I would want to install a replacement unit let alone an expensive upgrade. I then began calling other companies for estimates to have the unit upgraded. I did receive a call, later that day, from the home warranty company stating they received the report that our hot water heater needed replacement and they received the quote for the replacement. The report, from EH Williams, even stated we were interested in a cash out to have the unit upgraded. I never received a call from EH Williams. 11/1/2017 I have had two other companies respond and provide quotes for an upgrade and waiting on the third quote, from another company. Still no call back from EH Williams. Out of curiosity, I called EH Williams and asked for my quote for the replacement of the current unit. I was told they already provided it to my home warranty company. I informed them there were items listed, the home warranty would not cover, and I would have to pay for and was just curious about those items. I said I would contact the home warranty company for a copy of the quote. I then asked about the estimate for the upgrade, they recall I had mentioned it however I never called them back to request one. Of course, I informed them I was no longer interested.

This is the second time Stephen has come to my house. First time was for my ac and he fixed it very quickly. Today he came out to fix someone elses poor work on a leaking faucet. He was GREAT! Honestly cant say enough nice things about him and his work. With three kids and two dogs he is never bothered by anyone. Thank you Stephen and eh Williams!

We had EH Williams & Sons install a new gas furnace and central air in our home. They delivered on-time (despite having a lot of emergency calls due to flooding in the area) and on-budget and we are very satisfied.

BEWARE, your service call will be billed from the time the tech leaves his last job until he leaves your house. Mine took 30 min to drive from Hummelstown to Lebanon, then 15 min to check my air conditioner, waited 1 hr for a UV flashlight to arrive (even though I informed them of the leak agent on the phone) and then charged me for 2 hours of service. $150 later he left with my air and furnace not working at all, even though they worked before he got there.
