Good coffee, but they don’t update business hours on google. I recommend calling before taking the time to park, walk, and leave after reading a tiny note on the door saying they can’t staff the old hours. I also remember having a delicious muffin from here a year ago.

This was a cool, little coffee shop, and I enjoyed everything about the shopping experience.The shop was warm and cozy and looked like a great place to bring a first date or a business partner. The aroma inside was so inviting, and my barista was so kind and helpful.They didn’t play around with their brewed coffee. I had a hot, medium roast coffee with only cream. That drink was seriously rich and delicious!! From my experience, that’s a good sign that their speciality drinks will be great too! I want to come back and try out their Penguin Mocha and Honey Bee Latte 😋

I went here for the first time this morning. Fabulous little place! Great coffee, good tiramisu, and quiet, chill vibes. Staff were super helpful and polite. This was a place it was easy for me to do a little work. Highly recommend it, and I’ll definitely be back!

This is one of the gems of Lebanon!If you are in the area and are a coffee/tea fan, then Split Bean is a must! Their cold brew is nice and strong, their drip coffee is delicious, and one of my personal favorites is their Honeybee Latte (Im enjoying one as I sit here and type out this review).And did I mention the food? The bacon, egg, and cheese croissant is my favorite in the area. And, please, do yourself a favor, and try the Maple Pecan Scone, you wont be sorry!

Alrighty, so I have just moved to the area and had high standards for a coffee shop because I had several in my home state that I adored so I Google coffee shops close to me. This one came up with fantastic reviews so I looked at the pictures and said great Ill check it out!I was very disappointed. I ordered an Iced Chai Tea latte and it came out hot. No big deal I figured welp if I like it Ill just drink it. Took a sip and it was gross and grainy tasting. Had a crossiant and quiche they were okay. Order an Iced coffee after my chai tea mix up and it was good.The atmosphere was okay. I wasnt super impressed but it definitely had some uniqueness to it. Overall, probably wouldnt come back again

Quaint little shop with delicious coffee (Cinn-ful latte) and cinnamon rolls. Choice for breakfast sandwiches and lunch too. Love that its veteran owned too! Comfortable seating and there was even a little nook with books and games. Id come back here!

I don’t really like coffee, but I decided to try their Honey Bee Latte. They definitely did amazing!! It had just the right amount of Honey and Coffee!! Great experience and I love that they didn’t pressure you to wear a mask! I’m so sick of COVID and their just getting us one step closer to getting it over with! 😷🚫

Service is quick, coffee excellent with several choices, plus different teas. Good variety of breakfast and lunch sandwiches. My morning favorite is the breakfast bomb. A sausage, egg, and cheese totally enclosed biscuit. Several choices in these too. Awesome selection of desserts. Good place to meet friends and relax in big comfy chairs.

What a lovely coffee shop. We came from Lake Tahoe and this is our new favorite spot in the 50 miles radius!! I’ve been a Starbucks fan for YEARS. Went to Starbucks here in Lebanon, a couple times but decided not to go back because the prices kept changing and my desire to shop at local businesses has increased since I own a local business. My wife suggested going to the split bean. The lady at the cash register was super friendly, the barista who made my drink was on point! Their coffee and flavors put others to shame. We will definitely be going back!

Such a sweet joint. Can’t wait to return when the dine in area is reopened. Roasted on site, their coffee is smooth and adds a beauty to their handcrafted lattes. I selected the honey bee latte since I love both honey and cinnamon and they had oat milk available as a non-dairy alternative. Very sweet and attentive staff.

Super independent coffee house. They roast and sell their own beans, make delicious food, sandwiches and soup, etc.Of course they make an excellent cup of coffee, smooth and tasty 😋. They have a nice area to sit and enjoy your coffee or meal. Definitely worth a visit.

Went in today, but not for coffee this time (although the coffee is always awesome). I wanted to try their homemade soup that changes daily and man oh man they did not disappoint! Today’s soup was beef and vegetable. Very fresh, great taste! Love this place.

Hands down the best coffee in Lebanon, likely all of Wilson County, and possibly the mid-state. This is not hyperbole. You can get your regular breakfast blend drip coffee just like anywhere else but what really sets SBRC apart is the small batch coffees. Oh, and their chorizo stuffed biscuit is to die for.I have had coffee from around the country and world in my travels and there is not much that comes close to touching what SBRC is producing in our own backyard.I recommend a small batch coffee (have the barista explain to you the process of how they make it and what they look for while youre trying it), also get a sample (free) of the breakfast blend traditional coffee to taste along side the small batch (mind-blowing comparison), and the stuffed biscuit. You will not be disappointed.

Tried the honey and cinnamon latte. Was super tasty. Staff wasn’t wearing a mask during the COVID pandemic.

When Split Bean reopened after a long pandemic closure, I was excited to visit and assume theyd be reopening with enormous caution. Shockingly, both employees that were present prepared food and walked around without any masks. I went ahead and ate their food, but immediately regretted it. It also wasnt very tasty. I threw everything away within a couple bites. I wont be returning anytime soon.

We tried several different items and all were quality. More importantly the staff was incredibly friendly and enjoyable to joke around with.

Stopped in for breakfast and coffee on a cold Saturday morning and was met by a friendly and super helpful gentleman behind the counter.The biscuit bomb I ordered was absolutely amazing. My wife ordered the bacon and egg croissant and it was equally as delicious. The Honey Bee Latte was perfection as was the cappuccino.Its a quaint, warm atmosphere. There were a couple of tables filled with various kinds of people. One mom with her daughters doing what looked to be a Bible study. One table of ladies just chatting. Another mom and her daughter selling Girl Scout cookies. Various ladies and gentlemen coming in for coffee or food.The seating is varied between tables/chairs or cozy arm chairs.Great place. Beautiful atmosphere. Excellent food and perfect coffee.

This is my favorite local shop, the workers are very friendly and very accommodating to help find the best drink that meets your needs. I absolutely love the ever-changing breakfast and lunch menu, its a delicious excitement when I come get. I just had the biscuits bombs and they are DA-BOMB! Its definitely worth stopping at the Square to visit before work and just to grab a bite to eat and get an awesome coffee

Nick is a level 9 out of 10 barista. He screeched my milk while foaming it a couple times. Lol. He was very friendly open and informative. The dirty chai latte was excellent quality. The atmosphere was relaxing. The music was awesome. They had wifi. I didnt use the wifi but it was free. The beverage was expensive.

Traveled 500 miles for their coffee. It’s THAT good.But honestly I love this place! Great environment for everyone to come and relax, and the owners are super kind. The fact that they roast their own coffee is a huge plus and Haywire is my favorite roast. I mean who doesn’t want extra caffeine in their morning cup of joe?

One of the best cups of cappucino in middle Tennessee tucked into the east side of downtown Lebanon. Rich, deep espresso darkens the smooth taste, then steamed milk lifts the flavor to a balanced blend of dark and light. To be savored slowly!

They actually have delicious decaf coffee. The owners care about all coffee lovers, not just those who are addicted to their caffeine fix. The decaf tastes like real coffee and they know how to make fun drinks. Great service!

Good atmosphere, good customer service and even the other customers were really friendly and outgoing.I had the honeybee latte and a Philly biscuit bomb. The latte was great, as was the the flavor of the biscuit, although it didnt seem incredibly fresh. Id order it again and Ill likely be back next time Im out this way and have time for a cup of coffee.

This place is a hidden jewel, and if you didnt know it was here, you might just blink and miss it, but dont blink because this place is not worth missing. The atmosphere is quaint and charming, and the staff is friendly and very helpful. Even the owners children were polite to me as I ordered my beverage. Seating is limited, so may not be ideal for spontaneous large groups.

A hidden gem!! Quaint relaxing atmosphere. Roast their own beans. My cup of coffee was perfect! Lots of options plus homemade soup and some baked goods, sandwiches, and fruit. Love this place! Live music from local band playing tonight. I will definitely be returning soon.

I cant say enough great things about Split Bean Roasting Co! Weve been a couple of times now and will definitely keep coming back. From the friendly & welcoming workers to the yummy coffee, we have been just flat out impressed and love it. We also have a new favorite coffee blend to make at home in between visits. If you havent been, then I encourage you to go. If you like sweeter drinks try the James Special, a latte with toasted marshmallow syrup and made with half & half. You can get it cold or hot, but my vote is for the hot! A big shout out to Split Bean and well be seeing you again soon!

Honey Bee Latte is really, really good, nice location, good grab and go selection. My one suggestion would be to rethink the croissant breakfast sandwich with bacon. Grabbed one last week and the bacon had steamed in the foil wrapping and was a soggy, chewy mess. Was already on interstate, otherwise I would have taken it back and asked for some crispy bacon.

What an awesome coffee/hot tea experience! Their London Fog is a must for hot tea lovers. The Split Bean also has delicious soup and chicken salad for lunch. The atmosphere is fun and relaxing. What a wonderful addition to the Lebanon town square!

My all-time favorite coffee. All their roasts are amazing, but the Deadshot is transcendent. Also they make a mean London Fog. The coffee (and food) beckons us there, but the atmosphere gets us to hang out for hours whenever we have the time. Cool board games and comfy chairs and welcoming, knows-your-usual, family service.

I am absolutely thrilled to support a coffee shop thats not Starbucks. This place is cozy, family friendly, has great coffee - iced and hot - and they make you feel welcome every time you walk in the door. Their coffee by the bag is affordable and such a steal for how delicious it is to have at home.

I purchased a Mocha with a pumpkin chocolate chip muffin.I was disappointed that this place only really served coffee and sandwiches with two pastry options. When I think of a coffee shop I think of pastries and baked goods with the options of something more bulky if needed.The mocha was wayyyy too sweet. The espresso was good but the syrup they used overpowered the taste. DEFINITELY Opt for brewed coffee, the smell alone told me the coffee would be good.The pumpkin chocolate chip muffin is the reason this is a 3 star instead of a 2 star. That was amazing!

This coffee shop is a much needed addition to the square in Lebanon. The coffee is great; my favorite drink is the penguin mocha. Don’t visit the square without stopping by for a drink, snack or lunch!

I was really excited to taste the pumpkin spice latte. I am not sure if they forgot the pumkin spice or what. It tasted like regular coffee. The orange cranberry scone was great but the latte left much to be desired.
