A terrific place to get everything. From clothes, to food, to guns, everything. You can even get baby chicks here. The aisles are kind of small if you have a basket. We went to the one in Lebanon. But it was a real neat place.

Store is dirty. Stuff all over the place not stocked nicely. Cashier never bags anything nor do they ask of you want a bag!

I Love every Aspect of Rural King, I wanted Steel Toe Justin boots for Women, No Problem, they had my size in stock !! We buy all of our bulk candy, t-shirts, and of course all of Farm Supplies,cant beat their prices, here in Southern Ohio !!

Been to two other Rural Kings in the area and this one was not managed well. The store had lots of inventory but disorganized. Was overcharged for an item on sale and was directed by the register to go to the customer service desk directly after Check-out to get it corrected. The fella at the desk was handling way too much at once so we waited more than 20 mins.Could be a much better shopping experience with better management.

Im always surprised at how much I enjoy coming here and I especially love eating popcorn, just roaming and listening to the Christian music. Sometimes even my kids just want to go browse, that doesnt happen anywhere else!

Rural King is just the best!! From the Christian music to the free coffee and popcorn. They always have what I need! The kids always enjoy looking at the live chicks and rabbits. We have actually bought chicks here many many times! There is always good things to say about this place.

I just love going to this place. Theres always something fun to discover and the selection of firearms and accessories is surprisingly good. Very nice people as well.

Love Rural King. Pricey on some of their clothes, but still an Awesome place to look around and shop. They have awesome prices on other items throughout the store and a variety of items.

I called the gun shop to see if they had the Ruger 10/22 I was looking for. They had more than one at a better price than anyone else. I was greeted when I arrived by two friendly guys who helped me buy the first rifle Ive purchased at a gun store with a background check. They made it easy. I took the Ruger out to the car and came back in for another shopping cart full of things I needed and some things I found along the way. Great store and great people!

Dimly lit, poorly organized, and messy. It was a poor shopping experience, but prices are fair and staff was friendly.

Definitely a farm oriented store. But, they have interesting food, sauces, spices and drinks. Also, a very wide array of pet food and products. Their bulk, self serve bird seed is great.

They have really cheap tools. They have a little bit of everything. I love go to this store.

Stopped in to pick up a car battery. Found a purple duck toy for our puppy that she loves. Nice huge pig ears sold by the pound. Said hello to the baby chicks. Tomato plants looked good for those procrastinators among us. Many cute country Tee shirts to choose from. Free popcorn in the popper.

Nicest cashier ever!!!We went to Rural King for a car battery. The one that came out of the car I bought recently came from there. The lady was so kind, and actually told me it was still partially under warranty. The manager who came up to assist her was just as nice!!The customer service is always exceptional.Lifelong customers!

Had previously shopped here for galvanized bolts and returned for more. Pricing is great (per pound costing). Unfortunately, the Hamilton store has been pretty much out of the hot dipped hex head bolts, flat washers, lock washers, and nuts for almost a year. That stores replenishment process woefully inadequate.

Terrible store. Will never return. Bad attitude female employee in back when asked about product. Cant get employee to answer questions. Coats listed for price store would not honor and tried to say customer must have put back in wrong place I stated the whole rack is marked this. Instead of arguing I will never go to store again. I also had neighbor to vouch for this statement, and rack and employee behavior.

I am done with this store. First your feed prices got out of hand within the last 3 months. Supply and demand, maybe. I know that could be a good excuse.I went there to buy the country road layer crumbles and pellets. None. The person I talked to was too lazy to even check in the back. He told me to check tractor supply.At the check out witch was busy, I was next to the service counter. The guy there didnt even offer to help. He just stood there and looked around. Walked off and a young girl took his place and offer to check me out. Thanks to her.We spend between 400.00 to 600.00 a month on feed at rural king. Not any more. I am taking my business to Buckley Brothers and tractor supply.

Drove 30 minutes to buy chicks from them for my grandma! All of the employees were so nice and helpful. They had a great selection of chicks in stock as well.

Love Rural King. Some of their shelves need stocked in food isles. Wish we had one closer to Eastgate area.

I love rural king. If you have never been there dont set your expectations high. This is where you can find grass seed to chickens to rabbits to guns to jeans. FYI just bought Rural king jeans for 10 bucks. Very happy

They have so many things cheaper than other places . They had a big bag of potatoes for a dollar,, I was surprised..

What an interesting store. I wasnt looking for farm equipment, but a small bright keychain light. In all the huge departments I wondered where would I look for that? Id seen a picture of them in an advertisement for $1.99 each. I just started asking people that were shopping there where I might look. One person told me sometimes they have small things in jars on shelves along the middle isle of the store. I went that way and saw some pocket tools, but no lights. I made my way to the automotive department because keyring things are sometimes associated with cars. Hmm, not there though. So I went to sporting goods and got lost amongst the fishing poles where I fished out a few rods with reels on them. This took a while because these reels were handshaking each other and it was like solving a puzzle and I had to take 15 poles out to get to free the 3 poles I wanted to see. Then I had to put them all back. After that time consuming process, I wandered up and down a few isles that were in the vicinity between sporting goods and automotive and on the inside end of an isle, I found the cool flashlight section and the cool keyring lights. So then I begin testing out these lights and sorting the colors, and ended up getting 2 keyring lights for $1.99 each and a bendable standing flashlight that can also be used as a work light. It stands up by itself with a strong magnet that holds tight to a metal shelf or file cabinet. It also bends in the middle to bring the light closer to what one is looking at. So, it was a successful shopping trip and if I ever need farm equipment, I know where to go. My brother has bought 3 car batteries there on 3 occasions over the years and said they were high quality. I decided I didnt need any stuffed farm animals so I just took a picture of them.

Love Rural king always have what I need except ammunition!!!!! I will always go back for everything else. You cant go wrong with the King! See for yourself. You wont be disappointed. I promise.

It’s an ok place. Surprised to find guns and ammo there. They had ammo restrictions which they tried to restrict what I could buy while I watched the workers “buddy” get ringed up with at least three times the max limit. It’s just garbage employees wasting my time. Other than that the store was clean, people were friendly besides the gun guy I called out for his bogus behavior

I love this place and hate it at the same time. Mostly because I get lost and wonder up and down EVERY aisle multiple times....

I’m including the photos I snapped of the garden flags I saw near the front.They have everything you’ll ever need when it comes to big brand animal feed and supplements. Nothing unique.Cashiers seemed to be bothered when we roll up with 30 bags of feed. I unbury the bags so they can scan... then I find out they can travel with their scan gun. I’ve had a few girls lean over the counter and yank off the tags from the bottom. Normally that’s ok... but that tag tells the supplement numbers and percentages, dates and batch numbers.I’ll spend a few dollars more at BDK less than 2 miles away rather than bother these guys by us traveling 30 minutes through backroads.We don’t even ask for help loading up the truck.Parents know to have me over when they go there. They can’t toss around 80 lb bags anymore.Oh... and Randy the Rat is often seen darting across the aisles near the horse feed. Go say “hello”....

Highly recommended, you can find anything that you would need for your barn, farm, ranch and even more in a good price. Yall will like the seasonal nursery and the occasional clearace aisle.The location is very convenient and atmosphere is nice.

Asked 3 different workers where something was none knew and none offered to summon help for me

I see Rural King as the Walmart of hardware / farm stores, where Tractor Supply would be the Target of that category. What I like about Rural King is the wide variety of items they sell. Prices are very reasonable. It is definitely a no-frills type of place. Checkout was fast. However, in this time of Covid, and despite several signs telling customers masks were required for entry, about 1/4 of the customers were not wearing them.

I love going to rural king but stoped in to buy a drill and a shotgun but they didnt have the drill that was fine but the guy at the gun counter didnt seem to help anyone that was interested he did sell a gun while I stood there for 40 minutes waiting to see the gun I want but never even acknowledged me and at least 10 other people I talked to a few others about it while we stood there and we all left no doubt he would have sold 6 guns at that time if someone had helped us. And when I did check out up front there was a long line with one register open I almost through my stuff on a self and walked out but really wanted it so I waited. Definitely the worst experience at any rural king I have ever been to and I travel alot. I am very disappointed in this store and probably wont go back.

Not good, i got 2 boxes of honey buns that was suppose to be marked down for $2.00 per box and they charged me $5.99Each.Now i got to drive back and get the difference. Some other lady had to get a refund while i was there, so they should have know the price everyone was getting them.

If I ever go to Rural King, its for a reason. I know what I want and I know they have it. Clean. Bright. And help when you need it.

I did not have a mask on. The manager had an aggressive attitude. I understand that I should have some sort of face covering and I also could see how he is in a bind. He yelled at me saying that THEY will close HIS business if I didnt cover up.He should not be in the Manager position if he gets to that level of angry or fed up.Im too old now but, 25 years ago, I wouldve slapped attitude right off of him.

They sell all your basic items for farming and really any household item needed for a rural life. Great selection of goods and many different tool brands. All the big names, while still selling cheaper economy tools. A few bucks more than the big box but not biased on brand. Tools, guns, auto/diesel/ag, workwear, lawn all big selections.

I love this store but to get someone to help while in the store is impossible. They just want to point and guess where to send you. Not help you find it. The best help I got was at check out. The girl asked us if we found everything we were looking for and we told her no. She looked up the product and sent someone to get it for us. She has excellent customer service skills.

Always a good variety of things there. Straw bales are where its at.
