Nice outlet store. Friendly and helpful staff!

Nothing fancy...small store without much merchandise. Greeted upon arrival, but no other interactions. Prices werent that great and selection was slim.

Store was organized, employees were friendly, helpful and things were properly labeled and on sale.

Very condescending man that works there, insults peoples intelligence telling them where the mens clothes are as if men cant be looking for a gift for their significant other. Will not return, only went in because they had teal hoodies but of course they dont have normal people sizes.

Nothing for plus size folks. Dont go here if you are Plus size.

Clean and nice layout. Lots of childrens clothes too. Only downsize is expense.. but its Polo Ralph Lauren, you know this before going in lol.

All I can say is that employees are so nice and helpful. The only thing I can sat bad about this place is they need a big and tall size. Not everyone is a size zero.

Got me some boxers. Its not cheap thats for certain. Was looking for bedding but they dont have that. If you are partial to RL wear youll like it.

The young African-American lady... I think she was a supervisor... really knew her stuff. She found me exactly what I needed for my son for Christmas. She was polite and extremely professional. Well done.

Was disappointed on the lack of not updating time on Google. As i was leaving out of Nashville made plans after dinner to stop by. Arriving there at 7:30pm I knew i only had a few minutes of shopping. To my discovery the store hours changed and according to Google, just like the Polo store in MS, you too close at 8pm. So irritating of time wasted and speeding 🤦🏾‍♂️. Please update time on Google or any platforms you all use so this would not happen to anyone else.

They were sooo nice from the beginning! The store was really clean AND Im glad we caught a sale! The gentlemen Catfish was professional and polite....

Gosh darn never a day in this life will I pay over or even close to 100 dollars for a sweater let alone 129 dollars Ralph Lauren can keep his clothes 🤯🤯🤯🤯

I really do love this place. Its a typical outlet store kind of feel, but the employees here are pretty great. Theyre always friendly and helpful. This makes shopping here all the better!

Their stuff is limited, obviously given that its a polo store, but on top of this their prices are ridiculous for the plain designs and appearal. Ill increase my rating in the future if I see fit but for now, I probably wont shop here.

Former employee of polo. For anyone considering putting in an application please be advised. You will not be trained in any shape form or fashion. The management is not able to communicate effectively with their employees or each other and it causes a lot of confusion. If you are unsure on how to do something and ask you will most likely be treated as if you’re dumb, and if you don’t ask and assume it’s okay they will not come to you adult to adult and correct you and advise the correct way to go about it. They will either talk about you to the employees or each other and treat you like you’re not that bright. They assume it is better to just go behind people and fix mistakes all day, or be rude about it, than to advise the employee on the proper way to go about that task. They definitely have their favorites picked and will be WAY more excepting and lenient towards them. I’ve done things I’ve watched my employees do without any reprimanding, leaving me to assume it was okay, and then when I’d do it I’d be told in a rude manner it wasn’t okay. In some cases even being told by another employee “the manager said that wasn’t okay”. Hopefully they can begin to have more adult like conversations with their employees, and train them on what to do and what not to do so they can actually keep some of them. Half of the employees only stay for the discount or work one or two days a week just to stay in the system. Please better your selfs management.

Found some great styles a dress for my niece, a shirt for my toddler nephew and 3 cute casual dresses for me all under $110!!!! I normally dont find much within my price range but this sale was awesome! Plus this store has more younger styles not the (no offense) older mom type clothes. I am a mom and I would gladly continue to shop her plus the staff was very friendly!

Lebanon outlet lost Nike, but polo is still going strong. Prices are not bad and the selection for men is really good.

A great store for quality clothing.

Posted hours on the website(s) clearly states the store is open until 9 PM. The store closed today at 7 PM (13 Feb 2018). I had driven from Murfreesboro after work and getting a bite to eat just to shop at this specific store. Be open during the posted hours or correct the company’s website so you aren’t wasting customer’s time. While in the parking lot writing this review there were 3 other customers who’d rove into the lot, parked and went to the store. Only to be turned away by locked doors and employees holding up 7 fingers.
