I am a commercial Christmas decorator, and have, in the past, been happy with the product and service from Crystal Valley. They are a US based manufacturer, (only one I know) and that has given us more reason to purchase product from them. We manage between 15-20 Large Commercial tree locations per year, as part of our seasonal business, so we know good product from the not so good product. While we continue to like their product, their service this year has been -off the charts, terrible. They also own us a $14,000 refund for a product they were never able to ship, and to date have been unwilling to actually refund the money. Buyer be aware.I tried again in 2020 to resolve my un-refunded moneys, again told many times that the goods will are shipped, only to find out again I have been duped, once again. I have turned this complaint over to the Oregon Department of Justice on 11.5.2020.

We were thrilled with our order. The quality was exceptional and beyond anything similar that we had seen. The price was right and it was a pleasure to work with Russ who made the whole thing happen for our project. We would definitely use Crystal Valley again and recommended them to anyone without reservation.

Dear Mr. Milstein:The purpose of this post is to remind you that you have not refunded $3,025.90, representing money paid to Crystal Valley Decorating, Inc. in April 2019 for product which was never delivered. You promised a refund but it was never sent. As of today, despite repeated assurances that Crystal Valley Decorating would issue the refund check, no check has been forthcoming.
