Do NOT recommend Premier Flooring.Staff is nice and personable but that is where it all ends. I bought new flooring for my entire house. The measurements were way off (well beyond the normal 10%). Of course, when you try to return it, you the consumer have to pay the restocking fee even though it was due to their negligence). But they did accept 1 portion of the return (explain more later).Ordered tile from them and they were hired to perform the installation. They sent 2 subcontractors out to install, both walked off the job. However, they had no problem ripping open packages of tile. We returned the tile as their subcontractors left it and was told they were working on a refund. Months go by and no answers.I contact my credit card to fight this, and Premier comes back with things like “All Sales are Final”. “It was posted on our counter”. Yet, they accepted the return of part of the order (again at my cost for the restocking fee). So, we returned the material to them but did not and will not credit me for it. Again, this is after 2 of their installers came out, opened the boxes and then walked off the job.Reading their response to my credit card they put inaccurate words in my mouth (yes, they flat out lied to save themselves a little money).Bottom line up front: Premier Flooring cannot be trusted. They do not have reliable subs and evidently taking measurements is not a strong suit of theirs. You have several other options for flooring in Wilson County and I suggest you look every other direction unless you want to get ripped off, have delays in installation and then have to go to another store to get material that will work.

Premier was very helpful and had what we needed. They are ready to help you with any project you have. Nice and friendly place.

We went to 3 other places and got no service - like the didnt need our business- Big Daddys was one of them- so we went to premier flooring- and we were treated like royalty- and are tickled to death with the results - very professional- kind and prompt- we will absolutely use them again and no one else!! You wont be disappointed!!March 12.2018Since we were so happy with our kitchen flooring We decided to use Premier Flooring for my work Remar,Inc- our conference room and 2 offices. A-Aron Wilson came out to measure- he is an absolute pleasure to work with! In our conference room we wanted to replace the carpet with tile- Aaron found the exact same tile as in our hallways! That tile has been in this building for years and years! Our owner wanted the tile put in before a big client came in and Aaron bent over backwards to make it happen- The installers were super nice and SUPER fast!!! We are so please with Premier Floorings customer service and quality of their work. Thanks again!!

What a fine establishment! Knowledgeable staff that truly assisted, was particular grateful to Aaron for his assistance. I had some questions for different flooring (wood vs. Laminate) and how to replace aging carpeting. His understanding of their products and advice was enlightening. We did make a purchase today; however, Ill consult & purchase with him in the future!

Just had another excellent experience with Premier. They installed hardwood throughout my house the last time. This time they replaced the carpet in my porch and stairs to the basement. The salesman, David, was a pleasure to deal with as were the installers. The work was excellent. Talk about customer service, Premier even hauled off a large heater on my porch for no charge. Once again, I couldnt have been more pleased.

Great service! Quick and efficient, great communication, brought flooring samples to me very helpful! Love my carpet which was installed downstairs (in between my hardwood, which was taken great care of!) stair case and all over the upstairs (moved lots of heavy furniture and still great time and installation!) My wife and I have used Premier Flooring on two separate occasions and we are absolutely ecstatic about the results! We had our entire three bedroom upstairs and stairway re-carpeted and our entire basement and stairway re-carpeted. We couldnt be happier! Our salesman, Aaron Wilson, went above and beyond by bringing out samples for us to look at and taking the time to measure the areas. He was patient with us and extremely professional.Our installers were great! They were on time, did the jobs quickly and precisely, put the furniture back exactly where it went and cleaned everything up when they left.I recommend this company to everyone. We had premier flooring to do our carpet. They are good unless you have a problem arise. Our salesman was good. The carpet and prices were decent. But they sent out some very inexperienced installers that clearly did not know how to install carpet. They were here for 6 hours and didn’t get 1 room done. My bedrooms are not large complicated rooms by any means either. There were bubbles in the carpet that they were unable to get out and said they never had seen that happen where the carpet stretches but won’t stay. The installers blamed it on the carpet being bad and/or the padding being bad. Well they end up calling our salesman and he ends up coming out to the property and come to find out the installers didn’t put new tack strips down which is why the carpet wouldn’t stay. They didn’t have the correct tools to fix the problem so they ended up getting fired on the spot. The salesman tells us that this should only be a 2 hour job. So here we are my husband has took off a day of work and no carpet was installed. The salesman told us Monday would be the first available to get new installers out here. My husband and I couldn’t take off any more time from work so then he proceeds to let us know his best installers might be able to come out on Saturday which was the following day. So we rearranged our schedule for our Saturday and the installers were in and out in 2 hours. Now the sales guy says they will compensate us for the trouble of what happened with the first installers. So all the company was able to do was take $100 off the price. Now my husband took off a whole day of work which is $260 dollars and we were inconvenienced on our Saturday. Now I’m not saying that premier flooring had bad product or their customer service is terrible but what I am saying is if something goes wrong with any part of your process with them expect the very minimal from them just so they can say they did something to rectify the situation. I expected them to at least meet me half way. I have co owned companies, managed companies and been in customer service for the last 15 years and never have I left a customer unsatisfied with trying to make a situation that went wrong right. They were either met half way and/or given what they asked for because in the world of customer service the customer is #1 priority. Premier flooring would not have lost any money if they could have meet me half way of the $260 I was asking for to be taken off the ticket. They will come on here and say we would have had to taken a day off anyway and that is true but we took off a day and didn’t get anything installed, had incompetent installers out, and then had to rearrange our schedule on Saturday otherwise we would have had to take off another day of work.

It has been a few years since we have used Premier but they have done hardwood and carpeting for us. In all instances they went far above what I expected of a flooring company. They really worked with us to get exactly what we wanted at the budget we had and I felt that we got a better product than we thought we would! Now years later the floors still look great!

I learned from the seller, Premier Flooring Inc, Lebanon, TN installed the flooring and they were very pleased, not with just the finished results but the professionalism the employees exemplified. They did a fantastic job installing carpet in 3 of my bedrooms. Even went above and beyond adding quarter round on the base of my living room where it was missing. Very professional. Would definitely recommend this company.

We have had one problem after another with premier flooring. They installed new carpet in our bedroom and when doing so they scratched our brand new living room flooring( that was a week old). When they did come out to fix our floor they didnt do it correctly. They actually made things worst by cracking the trim and putting the trim on uneven and leaving globs of caulk all over. They also left a jagged edge on the door threshold when it was completely straight. Instead of replacing all the damaged planks they just moved some of them to different areas of the floor. When this was brought to their attention they refused to makes things right. All we want is our floor to look new like it did before they came into our home. They are now blaming us for the scratches. Management insists they fixed the damage but they havent completely done this. Customer service has been very difficult. Would not recommend this company for any flooring work.We had to go to the BBB to get this matter taken care of but after months of back and forth with Premier flooring they did agree to have our floor & trim they damaged fixed. We are not having Premier fix the damage they caused we are getting the installer who put in the floor fix it.The bottom line is we wanted the damage they caused fixed and that is being done. So this matter has been resolved!!!

I had carpet installed by this company a little over a year ago and the installers apparently messed up on a seam that ultimately came unraveled in the middle of my living room. It took almost 6 months to have the problem addressed, and unfortunately for me, the fix involved a large square patch of newer carpet in the middle of my living room that doesnt even match the rest of my carpet. The owner felt that as long as the gap in the seam was fixed that is all that matters from the companies perspective. Based on my experince, customer satisfaction is not a priority. Buyer beware!
