We had carpet replaced in three bedrooms. The product is first rate. Sales persons were able to describe the pros and cons of different carpet types. They have a nice selection. The installers were great. Our carpet was installed without any problem. The installers were polite, careful with our belongings, and cleaned up after themselves. Overall it was a good experience.

The owner PROMISED me he would cut a piece of carpet and pad for a room in my house to my exact measurements. I explained I could not cut it and I would pay extra for a precise cut. I explained I could go elswhere if he couldnt do it just tell me. They straight out lied and deceived me telling me it would fit right in. Got home and BOTH carpet and pad werent even close!!! Now I have a pile of carpet and pad I c a nt use!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE!! STAY AWAY. Liars are Liars... I was swindled....
