Stopped in today and was impressed as always. I do sometimes fear for the future of shops like this. My daughter was surprised to see that a place like this is still around. The store is a little small and quirky, but the carmel corn is amazing. As are many of the selections.

Two words: opera fudge! Well, and the caramel corn and big block marshmallows!

While the chocolate was delicious, I was very disappointed in the chocolate covered bacon. At around $25 / Lb I expected more bacon. You could barely see or taste the bacon.

Compact as always but everyone had on masks. Staff limited customers per safety guidelines which I admired. Staff was friendly and helpful.

You will never find a friendlier, more welcoming candy store. It smells great especially after theyve cooked up a batch of fresh caramel corn.

Alright, so gotta say, place is great. I go here all the time. Candy is always fresh, and the thing wertz is most known for is their famous caramel corn, which is made on location. Plus they were figured on dirty jobs which Is great to ask the man himself about it. The store may be small but they have a lot of stuff to look at. All in all, good place to go to when your sweet tooth is acting up. Also the people there are super friendly.

The clerk was very helpful in helping me decide what to get my mom for her birthday. He was patient and super friendly! Everything there is made in house and they even have a few foreign candies. All of it’s delicious! Loved this place since i was a kid.

If you havent visited Wertz Candies you are missing out on Lebanons sweetest treats. A historic venue in downtown Lebanon for all the best in sweet treats and candy novelties. Friendly staff and where else do you get half dollars in change these days.

Love this place. Not a big Carmel corn fan. But honestly there fresh Carmel corn there is amazing and a weakness of mine. Hard to resist. They still have the Mike Row poop availible for purchase they made on the show Dirty Jobs. The chocolate cover bacon...is the best.

Quaint small candy store,just like when you were a kid. Vanilla butter creams are very good, caramel popcorn is made in house and very fresh. Owners are very nice, willing to help you with anything. Prices are competitive.

Wonderful little store! Very helpful staff. I purchased several pounds of opera fudge and shipped it to Florida as a Christmas gift, it was still great days later and had been wrapped well. Lots to look at and buy.

Love this place! Cant find something ask. If they dont have they probably can get it. Wanted chocolate covered gummi bears about 2 years ago. They didnt have them but were able to get them for me and now they carry them. Ship candy to Florida every year. Awesome

The tiny place in Lebanon has a massive selection of candies, from inexpensive to more exotic. They make custom candies that are amazing. And sell some memorabilia, too. Most of it is by weight, so if you re on your way to Harrisburg or Reading on 422, you should stop in for a treat for yourself of your kids.

Awesome! Saw this place on a rerun of Dirty Jobs this week where Mike Rowe helped make chocolates and caramel corn. We realized we were close by to Lebanon, so we checked it out--& were not disappointed! Amazing hand made goodies of all kinds, made in store and with a local-vore flair (for example, they have local made pretzels that they cover in their chocolate!) Famous for their caramel corn and Opera Fudge, unique to Lebanon. Family owned and run forever in a cute storefront. Try to go Tues thru Saturday....Seems like almost everything else around them was closed on Monday, so we werent able to grab lunch anyplace nearby. Small store, but chock full of goodies - a gem!
