I have LOVED Van Winkles for many years, but this years order was highly disappointing, all boxes the candy looked old, had a white film, the candy didnt melt in your mouth as it usually does instead it was stiff & dry, chocolate cover just falling off. It was so disappointing, I cant imagine the 4 boxes sent to other addresses for gifts. Im sorry to say I will be looking for another company. Ive been with Van Winkles for about 25 years and had never been disappointed. I hope things improve this year for you. I know 2020 was a very tough year. I wish you much success in the future
