Originally told me 38 or 39k for vehicle went back to do the trade and quoted me 53k on the truck which was 5k over book value. Very rude and wanted to deal with my husband and not me so most likely they are sexist. Meanwhile, I told my husband how they changed their original price so he had a friend call and they quoted him the truck for 46K. They will screw you.We did work with the sale guy Brandon and he was very nice and polite. Tried to help us and he even was there and stood up and told them they did say 38 or 39k last time we were there.

We made it clear early on that we would not be purchasing a vehicle that day. We told him this was our first dealership we had visited. Things went mostly good up until we told him we needed to get going. He then abruptly just walked away without saying a word. My husband was wanting to shake his hand and thank him for his time but off he went. We will not be going back there.

Everything was fine until I said I wasn’t interested in purchasing the car today, then the salesman brought me into the general managers office where I was treated like a child and essentially shamed for not wanting to buy the vehicle and wasting their time. Both the GM and the salesman were so rude and would barely look at me when I was speaking. Would never go here again.

I scheduled a appointment to have my cadillac serviced. Upon arrival i was greeted by the service dept, who quickly took all my information and walked me to the customer lounge, where there was fresh coffee and cookies. My service was preformed along with a 72 point inspection, where my battery was found to have a bad cell, and replaced. Since my wife drives this vehicle i was glad the extra attention was taken on my visit. I would highly recommend Sakelaris cadillac of Lebanon. They were very professional and helpful!

Purchase car Friday still waiting on title and extra keys hv no idea what’s going on no Communication from them . Drive the car off the lot and 1/4 tank of gas text Daniel the salesman and no response . There’s a lot better car dealership out there stay away from this one

If u get a card in the mail and it says u win a prize of cash, its a scam. Its false advertising and no the fine print didt state any of it said I won 2000 cash and the only thing u got was a 5 dollar walmart giftcard if u bought a vehicle. Never will I ever come here to purchase a vehicle

One star is still too good for this business. They took advantage of and overcharged my elderly grandparents who are already struggling financially due to a car accident by hiding the price of the vehicle from them even when they asked three times and then turns out they added $3,000 onto the cost of it from what was on their website. They charged her the average 2019 model price rather than the 2016. My grandmother is highly upset. Today she went to get plates on it and turns out they never gave her the title. She had to drive and extra 40 miles to get it and their reply was “you came to us, we didn’t come to you”. Highly unprofessional and definitely will NOT be back. Crooked and lying thieves is all this business is ran by!!!

Very strange experience. It feels like a very shady place. They start in finance then move to trying sell you the car.

This dealership receives so many bad reviews, they have disabled reviews on Facebook, even though the other sakelaris dealerships maintain their rating system, and totally deleted themselves from google search. Sakelaris used to show up as a gmc and Buick dealer, and sakelaris Cadillac showed up separately (same Lebanon dealership) If this dealership is doing it’s best to conceal their negative reviews, it’s obvious that the integrity of this dealership must be called into question. They will sell you a vehicle and lie straight to your face, sold my in-laws a truck, told them it was four wheel drive, and it was two wheel drive! Then severely overcharged them!

Wow just wow we are military family that heard nothing but great things about the cadillac in Lebanon they ripped me off starting with telling me this problem that problem only to get my car back more damaged wires hanging trunk no longer works they tore my valet I can carry on its unbelievable they called me rude and didnt wanna fix my car but gladly took my 1148 bucks for a battery supposed fixed my belt which it was sent to fix turn signals and install computer and belt then they kept dodging me I would have to call them I asked for the owner time and time again but they sent me to the gm that was past rude and very unprofessional im in disbelief at this place then had the nerve to make a statement to call my wife commanding officer for what Idk Im the victim now looking for a lawyer car parked in garage sicker than b4 why did I pay them a 1000 b4 a month is my fault I thought they would honor a paying customer now cant open trunk they tore up more than they fix plus a fan keeps running why Idk it never did that but they did funny how the people who told me they would fix my car are know longer at that place strange Dont Chance them trashing your car its my experience on 11/5/18 God bless all keep all it can only get better
