I’ve completely stopped buying meats at the grocery store. This is my go-to place. Great people, very helpful. Reasonable prices, and a solid selection. What more can you want.

WOW! Those marinated burgers are out of this world! We were in Lebanon visiting family and just happened by the Seven Cedars Butcher Block and decided to go in and grab something for dinner that night. We will definitely go back the next time were in town. This was probably in my top 3 burgers of all time!

I went there with wide eyes. I wanted to make Char Su ribs and asked them to run my ribs through there band saw for me. They said no. I was actually flabbergasted. I thought a butcher shop custom cut meat for you. I’ll probably go back but…

I purchased 2 porterhouse steaks from the case. Took them home and let them rest till room temp. Garlic salt and pepper. Grill. ABSOLUTELY THE BEST STEAK I HAVE EVER HAD! The flavor and tenderness of these steaks were beyond anything at a restaurant or chain grocery store. I will definitely revisit!

New in town, wanted to see what the local butcher shop looked like. Decided to give them a try... bought a ribeye. Hand picked from the displayed steaks, the marbling was beautiful. Took it home, threw a baked potato into the oven and when the potato was just done, broiled the steak to a beautiful medium rare. This is a statement from a guy who works in a high end steak and seafood restaurant: Beautiful steak. Nothing about this steak was less than perfect. Will be giving this family my business... partly because of how open, friendly and professional they are... but mostly because you aren’t going to find this quality of beef outside of high end restaurants. Thank you for an amazing first meal in my new home!!

A fine butcher growing his own beef. Lebanon is lucky to have such and establishment. Try the tomahawk steak if your looking for an interesting cut. The twice baked potatoes are incredible.

Made my first purchase here a few days ago. Some great quality ribeyes. Hands down the greatest steak I’ve and my parents have ever had. The select is great along with the prices are right on point. Friendly staff and very appreciated that I stopped in. My new go to for meat.

I was really excited to shop at the Butchers Block as it is a local shop and who doesn’t wanna support local businesses?! Straight away I noticed some of the meat looked like it was way past it’s prime. They had a nice selections of meat but again some didn’t look good at all. I purchased sausage links on the 15th (yesterday) to make for breakfast for Friday the 16th. They were bad. Upon further inspection the date of packaging was on the 5th. I didn’t think to look at the date in the store as I had to ask an employee to get them from behind the counter. What’s more is that the lady at the register was not welcoming or friendly. I hate that my first impression of this place is so poor.
