Polly and her crew are amazing. They were very friendly and answered every one of my questions. Polly is so knowledgeable about fabrics and alterations. She should be, shes been doing it her whole life. That is why I felt very comfortable leaving my slacks in her care. Just as expected they were perfectly altered!

They are extremely unprofessional! Dont waste your time going here!! I told the girl I was coming from an hour away and wanted to make sure the dress we wanted to see was in stock. She said it was so we went there. When we got there we were shown books that the dresses were in and told they could be ordered. If my daughter didnt like the prom dress, she didnt have to buy it because they were just going to sell it on the floor anyway. They took our name and number (which I watched being written on a list) and that the dress would be there the following Friday, at which time we would get a phone call. I called late Friday afternoon to double check whether or not the dress was there. The girl that answered the phone was extremely rude and asked what the dress looked like. Her response was Im looking at a box of dresses that havent been opened yet so I dont know if its here or not, but theyre good at calling people. She also couldnt find my name on any list, but would call back. That never happened. 3 hours later I called again. A different employee answered this time. I told her I needed to know whether or not the dress had came in because we were coming from an hour away. She laughed and said I understand, but I dont know what dress youre talking about and I dont see your name. I called the following day and spoke with Polly (who was there when we went the first time and was the one that ordered the dress) she seemed like she could care less about what I was talking about and said What does the dress look like. I again explained the dress and that my name was written down associated with the dress. Before I could get it all out of my mouth she said oh yeah, that dress was discontinued, but I have it on back order. Never mind the fact that no one bothered to call and let us know since we were waiting on this dress before buying another, but I thought discontinued meant they dont make it any more. How could it be on back order? She did offer to look for a similar dress and get back with me. Of course that never happened. This place is a joke!! The employees are extremely unprofessional and seem to have no idea what theyre doing or talking about. Dont put your trust on an important day into these people. Youll regret it!

My mother and I went into the store to look at wedding dresses and bridesmaid dresses. When we walked in the girl just stared until we spoke and said hello, then she said hello and nothing else. She didnt ask if we needed help or what brought us in. Instead, she sat in her chair and was on her phone the whole time we was in the store. I know personally this is not how you work in retail, since I worked at Claires for 5 years you great the customer and try to sell items. This unfortunately was the complete opposite!

Great selection of tuxedos! And wonderful service! Polly the store Mgr was amazing and so helpful. Well definitely be back!

This lady hardly even helped me. I had a SCHEDULED appointment for my bridesmaids to try on dresses. A woman walked in to try on a wedding dress and I only seen the lady that was suppose to be helping me twice after that. She was too busy helping the woman try on a wedding dress. I got more help out of the girl at the front desk than I did the lady who was actually suppose to be over my appointment. Horrible service and not a lot of selection. Her personality was not great either. I would never buy a dress from them! I left feeling like I had intruded on her day! I even had to go pull dresses myself because there was no one around to help. HORRIBLE SERVICE

DO NOT GO !! I brought my son in today to order a tux for prom. It was a horrible experience. I had to leave due to one of the sales lady spanking her small child because he knocked over a display while she was on the phone. She proceeded to take him to the back of the store and spank him more. I could hear her hitting him and the poor child screaming crying. I should have known to walk out once we were greeted with a rude sales person. Go to the White Room. They helped us so much and much cheaper!!!

I went into this store and loved it at first. Perfect dress and everything. But one day I went to go pay on my dress. The doors were locked, keep in mind it was 3:30 in the afternoon. The lights were on and everything. There was no sign on the door stating why they were closed. So I went to management. The security guard said sometimes if there is only one employee working they take lunch when they can. I said okay, and that I would be back in one hour. I came back OVER an hour later. They were still closed. So I went to management again, but the office was closed, so I went searching for another security guard. When I finally found one he said they were not suppose to be closed and that he would report them the next morning. So I came back the next day, guess what? Still closed!!! So I went to management once again and finally talked to a woman that said oh the woman the works there will be out for the rest of the week I think, and I dont have a key to the store. I was under the impression that she would have someone to take her place. All I can do us give you her number. This place was so unprofessional. So I called the number, no answer. I left a voicemail and finally got a text back hours later. The woman said that they were closed due to it being very hot and the air not working, and that they will not work in the heat. Now....while I understand it is very hot and I wouldnt want to work in it either, I also believe that when a professional place of business is suppose to be open, they SHOULD BE open. I also explained that they should have at least had a sign on the door explaining to customers what was going on. I am so thankfull my wedding wasnt at this time!!!!! Anyway she said she would meet me at the mall and open long enough to pay on my dress, but then she said she was actually out of town and gave me someone elses number that worked to meet and pay for my dress. So I did, I met a girl there and paid on my dress at the store. I was told I owed $49 left on my dress, which I thought was correct. So I left, five minutes later I was sent a message saying that I actually owed $89 and that someone that had worked there had miscalculated a previous payment. Really? Okay Ill pay it, but its not my fault someone else couldnt do their math correctly. After this, I called corporate and complained. Obviously it no good because I called today to make sure they were open because Im getting my drezz paid off today, and she stated, we are open until it gets too hot. Its 79 degrees outside. But anyway, this is my wonderful review of beloved formals. I will never shop at this place of business again!

Unprofessional. 4:45 on a Monday and they are closed. The hours they have posted are untrue. Will not do business with this place at all.

On July 28th, me and my sister in law went to Brides on a Budget looking for my niece a pageant dress! Found the one we liked, but they didnt have it in her size, but the lady said we could order it and it would only take 5-7 days to be shipped, so we went ahead and paid in full for the dress. Then August 4th my sister received a phone call from someone there saying the dress was not in factory but it would arrive on the 7th (which was the day of the pageant!!) My sister in law stayed calm and said that was fine as long as we could get it in time for the pageant, they told her it should be ready to be picked up by 2-230. Well i arrived at the store a little after 2pm this afternoon to pick up the dress and the wrong dress got ordered!!! The dress had came in that morning and noone even bothered to call my sister in law to let her know that it was the wrong dress!!!!!! (when clearly they knew it was wrong, cause as soon as i got there, the lady said theres been a problem....and this was said before i even seen the dress!!!!!) The lady did not even act like she cared at all that we hated the dress that got ordered by mistake!! Didnt offer to let me go through the other dresses in the same size and around the same price or nothing!!! Well after i finally got ahold of my sister in law, she said she just wanted her money back cause she was not paying for a dress that she dont even like...I told the lady (Polly!) and she says she would have to call the owner and ask for permission, which was fine but then she comes out and says that he would have to write the check and he probably wouldnt be in today..which was not okay at all cause we needed the money to try to find a quick replacement pageant dress! After sitting in the store for one hour, I finally asked for the owners number. She brought out a piece of paper with two numbers on it but BOTH NUMBERS WAS DISCONNECTED!! when i said something she then brought me a third phone number that was also disconnected!!!!!!! At this point it was very clear to me if i left that store without my money, then i would never see the money again. all she had done was sit there and lie and lie!!! After two hours of sitting there (i find out that the owner of the store is also her b/f!!!) i mentioned what i had found out then all of a sudden she wrote me check!!! The way this lady handled the situation was VERY POORLY and I WILL NOT EVER return back to this store!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! She was rude and didnt even care about the situation at all! And to top it all off, since i had to sit there for two hours, we didnt make it back in time to find another dress so my niece couldnt even attend the pageant! THANKS ALOT BRIDES ON A BUDGET!!!!!!!!

Selling items on facebook that they didnt intend to ship after collecting the money. Kept feeding me a bs line about having issues getting to the post office and how her cheating boyfriend had left town with his mistress and taken all the money. Do not trust them.
