Went in for oil change and tire rotation and balance. Was in and out in less than one hour. Great service guys.

We went to bob Pulte for the first time to purchase a crew cab truck. Everything with the transaction was great and my only complaint was we had to wait for almost 2 hours to complete the final paperwork. We were one of two couples in the store that day and we didn’t feel like they cared how long we were waiting. Overall it was a good experience with friendly staff and a small town feel.

Just down right good people

Found a used car I really loved. The man we dealt with acted like we were bothering him by being there and asking questions. My husband tried to talk to him about coming down on the price since we had a pretty significant down payment, and he actually got mad and snapped at him! We brushed that off thinking everyone has a bad day, but his attitude only got worse from there. We filled out the financing application, which I’m not sure he even ran, and were told we couldn’t get any bank to help us because of our income. We found that odd since we both bring home about 1000$/week, and he told us only to come back when we could afford the total amount! Went to another dealership and had no problems with financing! This man was rude and doesn’t deserve anyone’s commission, and I will never go back there! I have never been treated so badly by a salesperson in my life!

Quoted me an out the door price with vin # attached. When I let them know I would coming they said they accidently quoted the wrong vehicle and could no longer give that price.
