All I can say is the need a larger sizes for men and to keep them in stock. But who knows, they might have had the size mt hubby needed and they sold out. And thats not their fault 5hat mu hubbys size is sold out asap.

Good place to get shoes but I have seen some of the same pair for $10 cheaper on the average... the buy one get one 50% off really does make a good deal when you get two pair of shoes...

The staff were amazing and extremely helpful with finding exactly what I wanted and helped track down shoes for a friend who found a pair she wanted online. Very helpful.

I went to this store from Nashville and during the checkout process, three women assessed, examined and checked sizes etc. when I got home, one of the boxes out of the four pairs that I purchased had one single shoe (thus missing the other). I get that mistakes happen but when I called to explain the issue, the clerk acted very annoyed and said they were closing and that I’d have to come back tomorrow. When I asked what she could do to rectify the issue she responded “nothing”. I then asked to speak to the manager and she replied that she was the manager. She said the best that she could do is give me 10% off and she acted annoyed about that. So I have to drive 30 miles, and take up my time for a “mistake” that three retailers could have prevented. Training, empathy and coaching needs to be instilled in these retail workers. After all, that is why people are opting to shop online. Experiences like this are the reason retailers are closing. So I’m returning all fours pairs of shoes and ordering online going forward.
