I bought a used rv from these guys from their rental units. Was told their technicians went thru and check all appliances and was told everything was working perfectly. First day after picking up trailer found out they pressure washed with slide out and then closed it, dumping water off roof and all through the unit. So, yes they caused water damage. Went to turn on gas and lines were rotten and leaking. How did you check all the appliances ( like they told me) if there were leaking lines. Frigerator only works on gas and the AC is junk. Just a bunch of used cars dealers. With no idea of what they are doing. Stay away

I found everything needed for the RV. Prices were reasonable. They do repair work also.

Judge for Yourself. December 24th 2020 called Airstream in Lebanon Maine . We asked if they would be open on December 26th and the man told us yes. We drove from Cape Cod Ma to Lebanon Maine 2 1/2 hours each way arrived at 10 am to find the dealership closed. We left a voice message with the Office Manger & General Manager that same day neither called us back as of Dec 29th. I called the GM On the 29th asked him if he received my voice mail to which he said he had not checked all his emails yet. He mentioned that he did receive my email again no reply. He told me the man who answers the phone did not know they would be closed on Dec 26th because he did not tell him.

Wish ordering time was shorter. 8 months is typical.

These guys are so nice to work with. I feel comfortable with them, which is a rare thing for me. Most dealerships we’ve dealt with weren’t very open about information and they didn’t allow us to test drive anything without a purchase agreement. These guys took us out without my having to ask and Chuck was super patient and calm even though we’ve never driven an rv. Awesome people.

OMG, how much can the salesperson talk about a transmission, as if this would be the crucial element in choosing an RV?? I had to leave after he grabbed a page I was holding and wouldnt let it go!! So rude. Didnt answer questions, and he felt like he could just go on and on about the transmission. He has NO awareness and NO people skills.

Paul was very professional and extremely helpful when dealing with me and my issues with charges..he has the patience of a Saint!!!!

The food is delicious and the service is awesome. The waitresses are very friendly.

Small selection of used campers, most were water damaged and overpriced.

They carry a limited supply of replacement parts for both RV & Marine.
