Updated review*** After further investigation, Dowco Marine reached out to me and offered to repair my Sun Tracker Dowco Cover. Turn around time was fast and the cover was repaired under warranty. Thank you for the follow-up and resolving this issue.

It makes me sad that a company who typically has good products will not honor their warranty when its obvious failure in the construction. I have had multiple Dowco covers on various boats. I like the design and integrated ratchets. Ive had issues with the ratchet mechanisms in past. First time ive had quality issue and tearing, brand new boat jsut purchased in Janurary, Dowco refused to honor waranty and replace. I have also had great experience with Taylor Made covers and will be going back to them. Feedback was that weight on the cover did this. funny thing is they assumed boat was outside in snow when it was stored indoors and had shrink wrap. Lost a very loyal customer today

Im extremely happy with my boat cover for my 2014 Lowe 165 FM Pro wt. I needed a new cover as my original needed replacing. Ordering was straight forward. When completed. I was given an estimated date of when it would arrive. Considering that I live in Canada during Covid-19, it came bang on time. Nailed it! (shout out to UPS) It came the same day we were allowed to fish/boat again (Covid-19) The cover fits like a glove. It looks, feel and is fantastic. The troll motor pocket makes a difference. The ratchets are smoother than the original, and more padding in the right places. Im so glad I went with Dowco. They make awesome covers for real. Updates to follow.

The cover for my 2018 Regency is amazing. Easy to install and awesome quality. I lost a clip to the cover and called customer service and she sent me a clip at no cost with no questions.....GREAT COMPANY!

No photos on website in 2020. Emailed a photo first of July and asked for part number in photo. Placed order only to find out that part number was incorrect. Placed a second order that didnt ship until August and was shorted by a quantity of 4. Called Friday to try to get more shipped. I was told I would receive an email or call when they could ship. Never received an update. Emailed Wednesday, no response. Emailed again, no response. Called and was placed on lengthy hold.Was promised an RMA to send back first order that was incorrect due them telling me incorrect part number. Never received.2 orders and 1.5 months later I just might get the parts that I paid for...and Im stuck with incorrect parts due to their error in telling me the wrong part number.

I have been in the marine industry for over 20 years and I have never had a more messed up situation and lack of customer service, lies and utter chaos . The inability to be consistent in dealing with a single person to take care of the customers needs is insane. I will never deal with Dowco again as a consumer. If I could give them negative stars I would

Confusing ordering process coupled with insane return policy and poor efficiency earns a 1-Star review at best. If this company didn’t have the OEMs they would be in trouble. Competition doesn’t exist........hmmmmm.
