I went to this store a few days ago with my family to buy a mattress for my daughter. We were very impressed with the clean store and Sams welcome with his great personality and smiley face. About a month ago I purchased a very good matress at Matress Warehouse of Lebanon. I experienced problems with the matress within 30 days from the purchase date. I called the business in Lebanon & I was told an inspector would contact me regarding this issue. Within 2 weeks my mattress was inspected & was found to have errors. My sales person, who is a lovely young lady, contacted me to come into the store to select a new matress.I selected a new mattress today with the help of my sales person. I also purchased an adjustable bed frame, I have neck & back issues.So far, I have been very happy dealing with Matress Warehouse & my knowledgeable sales person.Thank-you.

Bob helped us pick out the perfect mattress for my husband and I. Bob was very friendly and patient with us and gave us a lot of great information regarding the different mattresses.

The original sales/purchase was done mainly with the computerized system. it took my wifes and my sleeping patterns and then 4-5 recommendations, that is how we chose the mattress. several problems, one, there is a vast difference between how we sleep and our weight difference! they have honored the warranty and we were able to get the one we thought will be the best match but it cost a lot more than the original unit! It would have been beneficial for them to walk us through (teach/inform) more thoroughly how the mattresses are made. We bought a hybrid originally and after a couple years, both of us experienced back pain/issues after sleeping. we ended up going with one that had more springs and seems to have more support. I would give them a higher rating if they would have made a concession in the price as I was under the impression they were going to the day i went in to pay for it.

Tim the salesman was very knowledgeable on the beds along with being patient as I walked around the store. Having back issues he guided me in the right direction and was super helpful. Clean store and amazing customer service. I will be buying more beds from here and will recommend to anyone looking to buy a mattress!

Absolutely awesome experience!! My wife and I never bought a mattress before, and we walked in completely clueless as to what we needed. Tim immediately greeted us as we walked in and when he saw we had no clue what we were looking for or needed, he took us over to the Bed Match and got us a list of recommended beds to choose from. He simply just showed us the beds and let us decide for ourselves which one we wanted, absolutely pressure free. Once we decided, the process of paperwork and setting up delivery was quick and easy, and we were able to have great conversation through the whole process, as if we were buying a mattress from someone we knew!! 10/10 all the way around!

I am in love with my new bed! I had been sleeping on a friends couch for a few years which I think caused my back pain. Now, I have no more back pain and I actually enjoy sleeping again! :) feels like I’m sleeping on a cloud!!!

My wife and I purchased a mattress from Mattress Warehouse in Lebanon. The staff was very helpful in helping us choose one. The mattress we chose ultimately proved to be too firm for us, but they were great about processing an exchange. They didnt give us any hassle about it, and the second mattress we ended up choosing is perfect! They were very kind and helpful!

Do not rely on the salesman to show you the best bed for you. We bought our mattress a few months ago. We went in asking for a very soft mattress because I suffer from back problems. We laid down on the bed that gives you your ideal bed lists and we were shown the beds on the list. We were told by the salesman we chose the softest bed. After a week I knew we had made the wrong choice. We went back to the store to do an exchange and found a bed that was incredibly soft that we were not shown before. The salesman tells us it is, the softest bed in the store. Why were we never shown this bed when asking for a very soft mattress? This mattress was almost $1200 less than the bed we had purchased. I believe thats why we werent shown the bed. Between the return fee and the difference in price we could not justify an exchange. My back has gotten worse and I will most likely have to receive injections to help with the pain. There was absolutely ZERO understanding from the manager and we are now stuck with a very expensive bed that is ruining my quality of life. I guess buyer beware is an understatement.

We purchased a new king size bed from Rich. Awesome person to deal with and sold us the bed that he felt was the best fit for our needs and that we felt was most comfortable. He also gave us a free mattress cover.We did have a bad experience when the delivery truck broke down the morning of the supposed delivery and dispatch never called and told us until almost 5 hrs later that we wouldn’t be getting our new bed, after we had gotten rid of our old one and now had nowhere to sleep for 3 days.After calling Rich and Sam, they did make it right when it wasn’t their fault and gave us discount so we could use that money to stay elsewhere til delivery was made. We are very satisfied with their help and with the product now that we’ve been sleeping on it a few weeks. We ould definetly recommend buying your next mattress needs from them.

I was very pleased with my experience shopping for a mattress at Mattress Warehouse Lebanon. I loved that they had a machine that helps show you what your perfect mattress will be (the first one I tried from the list was the most comfortable mattress Ive ever laid on). I had previously bought one of those mattresses online that they deliver to your door (Tuft & Needle), and while I loved the convenience, it gave me back pain that Ive never experienced before in my life. After laying on one of the mattresses that was reccommended to me by the machine for 5 minutes, my back pain almost disappeared.The salesmen were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable (Im horrible with names, but the one I dealt with directly is the father of 105.7s morning show host). I didnt feel like they were there to make a commision, but were rather there to make sure I got the best mattress for my money. I had tried going to one of their competitors (Mattress Firm) first, and I am happy that I decided to check out a second place before committing to a purchase.Cant reccommend this place enough. I got a very high end mattress at a very significant discount. This was my first mattress purchase and the salesman at Mattress Warehouse Lebanon made it a great experience!P.S. Theyre also an American company which is an added bonus.

Lots of choices!

Got bed a week after purchase, had to wait over a month for headboard and footboard. Delivery men very rude. Kept leaving door wide open when freezing cold out and not going in or out. Taking chance of cats running out too. Also was promised a free mattress pad, which we never received. When I questinioned about it, they told me I would have to pay for it. Not going back ever again. Watch what they promise just to sell.
