This is a great furniture store. They have really nice solid wood furniture at good prices. The staff were all very nice and friendly. You felt welcomed there.

Simply the best! They care about their customers, best customer service I have ever experienced in my 77 years of life.

We went to look for a recliner made in America and got one. Very relaxed atmosphere and staff is friendly and non pushy.

Furniture was gorgeous the sales people were very friendly the prices were outrageous.

I guess they did not want our business. My wife and I roamed the showroom floor for about 10 minutes looking at furniture and no one welcomed us or asked if we needed assistance. We even walked by the desk, where one person was fiddling with their cell phone and another was on a computer, and neither one of them acknowledged us... much less looked at us. And why is it that none of the power reclining furniture is plugged in? How do you expect customers to evaluate a particular piece? This was the first and last time we step foot into this store.

The staff is so friendly and not pushy at all. I purchased a chair from them in 2018 and they were the first place I thought of when I needed to purchase an additional chair for my living room. Customer Service is fantastic! They repaired a spring that broke over a year after my purchase all free of charge. I would highly recommend them and will be a repeat customer again in the future.
