Came in to try a NECTAR mattress and they had one available in the size I needed. The online promo was honored and I received the bedding bundle as well. Took the mattress home, its a bed-in-a-box and set it up as instructed. Great mattress, my son loves it. So easy to shop at this Mattress King. No pressure to buy and they had a great selection. I will definitely shop here again.

Paid 700 for a mattress and less than 1 year later it was sagging horribly. We didnt have the law tag on it and they cant do anything about it. If you dont stand behind what you sell then I have no use for you.

My experience with Mattress King started with their reasonable pricing through a web search for ‘discount mattresses’. The site was very user friendly. For my curiosity, I took the online quiz to see what type of mattress they would recommend for my sleeping habits. I received a personalized email from the CEO, Nate Grindle, with their suggested mattress and encouragment to make an appointment. I replied to his email explaining I was from another state searching to furnish a rental cabin near Lebanon and didn’t know exactly when I could be at their store. Days later, when I was 20 minutes away, I emailed quickly to set up a spur of the moment appointment. I was kindly greeted by Bob, the Lebanon store manager, by my first name. He knew exactly who I was because of Nate’s quick action to show further personal attention.Bob wasn’t a pushy salesman and answered all my questions. He allowed and encouraged me to try any bed and pillow. I was pretty specific about what I wanted and the price range I needed. He was able to meet every request. Late in the check out process I remembered a sale promotional that I had seen on the website so Bob quickly figured out how he could honor that promotion. I basically got 2 really comfy pillows free when they waved the sales tax. Bob said they offer different promotionals all the time.To top off my experience, I emailed Nate when I got home, asking if they’d hold 2 more of their dough pillows for me till I return in a month to the area. He quickly replied that they had 4 left and would have them ready when I returned!Talk about amazing customer service!!! This company knows how to go above and beyond to treat people right. I felt very blessed and can’t wait to get the other pillows for my other bedroom.Thank you Nate and Bob!!!By the way, best nights sleep on the new mattress also!
