Mike was wonderful. We originally went into the store just to look and sample beds and Mike was very patient with us. He showed us various products and the pros and cons of each one. We were so happy with our experience and looking forward to our new bed and adjustable base.

The wife and I decided we were tired.. no pun.. of waking up feeling sore so decided to not spend our Memorial day sitting at home.. we went to find a new mattress and hope to score a sale. I ventured into matress firm on an evening with my wife and newborn daughter looking for a simple, cheap memory foam matress we had seen online. We were warmly greeting by the staff who were wearing masks, and we told them what we were looking for and we got to it. Of course they showed us the more expensive matresses first, then worked our way around the store. The staff was very patient with us as we made up our minds and were very upfront and honest with prices and what we should and shouldnt spemd money on. We ended up buying a much more expemsive matress than we came in for but only because it was our choice, we felt no pressure from the staff and did not feel like we were being hard sold, which is nice. They worled with us to figure out some financing options and what worled best for everyone involved. I was very happy with the service we recieved. Our matress has not been delivered yet so as far that end of the transaction I cannot comment. I would reccomend this place to anyone, as I saw others come in and make small purchases that were treated with the same attention to detail as everyone else!

Alex and Jose were a huge help today with our mattress purchase!! Both were very knowledgeable on the different mattresses available. The financial part wasnt pushy at all - which is always appreciated. They were patient with all of our questions and quoting out different options and extras, and they even crunched some other numbers for us while we left for lunch. He did not shy away from questions and took his time in explaining everything from delivery options and how that works to even knowing what mattresses to show based on what you are looking for. He does not try to sell you something you dont want or cant afford. If you know what you want going in as I did, it is a very direct purchase with no games. The store is very clean and boasts an expensive set of brands,you are invited to take your time and look around and of course latly on the beds to get a feel for what they offer. Will definetly be coming back to our new bed in a few weeks and im sure my kids will be happy with theirs... you just cant beat the prices or customer service!.

The sales person was very great at explaining the difference between the mattresses and bases and the financing.

Matress I was looking for is not on display to try so tried simaliar type of in a box matress. It was the Sleepys brand Plush and Curve. What wasnt was the matress itself. I bought the Curve . It was firm, tried it for month, not softening up much. Got 2in. matress topper. Seem to help some till matress gets broken in. Nope . 4 months later, 120 day try or return it. To return, 139.00 pick up (they have to) then 10 or 20 percent return or restock fees. Paid 500.00 on sale. Not worth return for over 200.00 so giving to my daughter.

Im gong to give this a 5 star because I love our mattress and the gentleman that helped us was great! I just have to say something about the bundle we ordered with the pillows, sheets and mattress pad. For the price we paid it was ridiculous! The pillows are GREAT! But, the pad isnt worth it and the sheets wrinkle up and the pillow cases keep coming off. For the pillows, pad and sheets we paid almost $300. Definitely not worth it. Dont fall into that bundle. Otherwise, we are extremely happy with the mattress, pillows and the customer service we received there.
