I can always find what Im looking for. The staff is always ready to help you and answer your questions. Even though we dont have one close by, the ride is still worth it.

My cousin placed an order to be picked up so I went to get the order & the women who waited on me was very rude about to me. I told het I was picking up an order for my cousin & told her her name & she asked me for ID & I left wallet in car so went to get it & when went back in the women wasnt there another person waited on me so told her about pick up & my cousins name & she gave me the bags & on my way I went. The first person needs to work on her people skillsVery rude & not nice at all.

This place is bigger than I thought. They have quite the selection and it didnt even go through the whole store. I got what I needed within five minutes it was great.

Not happy with todays service frustrated with the coupons online cashier was too busy discussing craft with a customer to check anyone else out I realize it is a fabric store but not everyone has all day to stand around and talk if he would have stepped to the side and had someone else wIt on the four cus th ones standing in line it would have been more productive

I already knew what I was looking for but finding them was difficult (they were putting out Christmas crafts) but not impossible. The isles are clearly marked and there are little gems everywhere if you keep an eye out for them. Clean store, great inventory and helpful staff.

Love this place! Stopped in at one in Leb.county and was very impressed by the variety. As a fly tyer I would like to have seen more feathers,but man what a selection of thread colors. And wire too. A little pricey,but there really isnt anyplace close for fly tying supplies.

This location is fabulous. I do a variety of textile work and have bought items from just about every shelf in this store. staff is always helpful, items are always in stock or on the way, and the prices arent bad at all! the staff is also knowledgeable about different crafts and hobbies the products lend themselves too and make great recommendations and have always offered tips and ideas.

Have been shopping at JoAnns for many years. Large variety of material, yarn and craft items. Always encountered friendly and helpful clerks.

Bought fabric and elastic to make masks and half price Valentine crafts.

The staff were a great help, they were awesome. The cashier not so much. Physically went in for the 40% off, ended up paying full price for everything. Had my coupons saved to my phone. Before I could pull them up, I was being totaled out and being glared at for not having payment in hand. Ill stick to online if I cant find it somewhere else cheaper.

Cant speak for the chain itself. But this location is under staffed and the employees have too much / too many things to deal with. The store could also use a renovation. The employees were nice, they deserve better.

Nice shop in Lebanon PA. Good selection of fabrics but short on some types. Not their fault due to the high demand for some materials. Did notice that the scissors were on the high side of price. Staff was friendly

Great selections and deals. I always go to the spot fabrics in the back first and see if what I want is back there. Staff is super helpful. A clerk overheard me talking about a Paris themed print and searched it to see if they had it in stock then brought it to me while browsing.

I went there today to get fabric for my bridesmaid dress. Jen was such an incredible help! She was so patient with me and gave me some good advice. There selection of fabric is very vast.

The person who helped me was very knowledgeable and quite nice to visit with. The products are well organized and labeled well. I really enjoy this particular store over other Joann fabrics stores I have shopped at.

They have a little bit of everything and tons of fabrics. If you cant find what you need in the store you can also order other designs online. They always have coupons on their website and in their app so be sure to check those out before shopping!

The people who work here are very rude. I asked for help finding an item and the ladies who assisted me sighed as if I was bothering her and the one at check out was very unprofessional. I wont shop here again. I rather spend my money at Michaels or Hobby Lobby much better service and friendlier staff.
