Ive bought tires from them several times in the past and have ALWAYS been treated well. I made an appointment and took my car in today due to a balance issue with tires I purchased elsewhere. I requested that they balance them using the Road force balance system that they have. Granted it does cost a little more than a regular balance ($27 vs. 15 or so per tire) but, it made a HUGE difference and it was well worth every penny! In short, Ive recommended these guys to several other people in the past...and will continue to do so!

This tire store really cares about the customer. They were able to repair a tire that was from my truck, reinstalled it and took the spare that I was running and reinstalled the spare tire and wheel back under my truck while having a busy time with other peoples vehicles. I didnt expect them to put my spare away for me. They have always took great care for me even if its just warranty road hazzard issues. Will continue to do business with this shop, great work !

I first called Walt Luti in Lebanon just to get a price quote on four tires for a minivan, just shopping around. Mike was courteous and friendly from the moment he said hello. He gave me some honest advice, directed me to a lower priced, but better tire based on his knowledge and experience and quoted me a total that was lower than anywhere else. The work was done quicker than expected and the total on the invoice was the exact amount Mike quoted to the penny. The guarantees and warranties alone speak for themselves. We are extremely happy with our new tires and will return to Walt Luti again for any work.

I have been visiting Walt Luti since I was in high school. These wonderful men have kept my car(s) in great shape and worked me in for appointments all through college. After my father in law and I couldn’t get it jumped, we drove down to Walt Luti to get a replacement. Not only did they have the battery, but they sent a mechanic back with me to change it in the parking lot. I’m very pleased.

Took my Jeep in to fix the wobble in the front end. They replaced all worn parts and did an all wheel alignment and reblanced and rotated tires. Drives like new! Staff was very helpful and friendly. Highly recommend them!

Weve bought several sets of tires from them. Its nice to see the same people behind the desk when you walk in, and although they might not know you by name every time, they do remember you.You might be able to save some money in the short term by shopping one of the discount tire places, but you will not get the level of service that you would at Luti Tire. No matter what the situation these guys have always been there for me. As a female walking into an auto repair place or in this case tire repair its kind of scary. Not at Walt luti Tire, they treat women right. This time it was an emergency I felt a wobble in my tire and sure enough a belt with bad in a tire. They fixed it right away and I was on my way within an hour. And they even give you a flower as you walk out the door. Love these guys!!

Walt Luti quoted me $10 a tire for for lawn and garden tires to be mounted on my rims. They called me later saying it was going to be more like $20/tire because they were difficult to mount. I asked if they were successful mounting one, it was holding air, and no scratches on the rim?They did not have it mounted, holding air, and there were scratches. I went in to check and there were gouges down to the metal in several locations.Took my tires/rims to another shop and they mounted all tires with no problem and were able to smooth down all the scratches to get tires mounted without additional damage. I will not be going back to Walt Luti in the future

I generally dont post reviews, but this establishment has been in business for 60 years for a reason. Incomparable service and prices paired with the most friendly, knowledgeable, and understanding staff. I honestly wish I had found them earlier in my life. No more Tire Discounters, Firestone, Dealers, or otherwise for all my basic service needs. Please note they will be busy. This is justifiable and the small wait times are impressive given the volume and quality of service I saw each and every customer receive. They really know how to treat people, everyone I saw felt like a regular their, myself included and it was my first time.

Replaced upper and lower ball joints on my F150 work truck - it drives like a new truck! There was a price discrepancy when I went to pay (they had quoted me $580 but another representative tried to make me pay $680 plus tax). I brought this to their attention and they immediately went with the initial price that I was quoted. Fantastic customer service! The $100 they ate made me a loyal customer. Now Im going there to get my rear gas tank strap repaired without seeking other bids - because I trust them and their work. Great work guys!

Ive lived in Lebanon my whole life and love supporting local business. Luti does great work and places a huge emphasis on customer service. It only lost one star due to a single instance where I dropped my car off on a Sunday night for a breakpad/rotor fix and it didnt get finished till Wednesday. Hiccups will happen at any business. Im still a customer and would still recommend them, but an honest review must have the good AND the bad.

I had Michelin PSS on my new rims which i purchased from a private owner. Living in a town with horrible roads the tires would pick up every grain of sand and debris on the road. Called around to get some suggestions and nobody gave me a straight answer to what would work best. Called Walt Luti tire and talked to Scott Luti and told him my situation. He got the information he needed from me and told me he would do some research/calculations to make sure I get the perfect tire. 2 days later he had narrowed down the search to the Hercules raptis. Night and day difference with no debris being thrown on my car but still a Z rated tire. PERFECT!!!!!! His patience and knowledge lead to a very happy customer!

Luti Tire has earned my business for life. In a business dominated by chain stores (why stop there...a world dominated by chain stores), most of the time you have to make some compromise in order to support local businesses, whether it be higher price, inconvenience, etc. All I can say is that Scott and his crew are top notch and I dont feel that I compromised in any way by choosing to support this local business rather than some lowest common denominator chain operation. I needed a set of tires and a replacement for the original, dry rotted full size spare for a vehicle I had recently purchased and Lutis quote came in about $175 less than two chain stores for comparable tires AND Scott proposed they install a good used tire for my full size spare rather than a new one (because ultimately, the spare is a spare and would likely dry rot before it is worn since itll be rarely used) whereas the chain stores, not surprisingly, were glad to tack a 5th tire at full retail onto the quote. Watching Scott and his crew hustle like madmen while I waited for my tires to be installed served to reinforce my respect for this business.
