I called TBW and let them know my battery light had come on and the alternator was shot. They let me drop off my car asap before it died in my driveway and I wouldve required a tow. They originally gave me a conservative estimate of a week turnaround to get it up, diagnosed, and repaired, but within two hours of dropping it off they had it up in the lift and gave me a call to let me know it was the alternator and that they had the part in stock and could fit the repair in same day. I had my car back that afternoon. Pricing was extremely reasonable for labor and was less than I had expected. Through the entire process they were very nice and communicative, and never tried to pull anything to upcharge or add additional services. I will definitely return for any other repairs I may need.

The best word to describe TBW is integrity. In my experiences with them, they were both honest and affordable.

TBW is my go to shop. I have been using them for most of my vehicles for years and just i realized I hadnt reviewed them. The techs are well trained which is absolutely key. After all youre really paying for expertise do do the work correctly and efficiently. I have always found them to be, honest and reasonably priced. Craig has always been friendly and on point. They stand behind their work. I highly recommend them. The 5% Veterans discount is nice as well.

Its hard to find an honest mechanic, but, these guys are the real deal. They give accurate estimates, complete the job on schedule and done right the first time. They even have a comfortable waiting room for quick jobs.

I have never had another shop squeeze me in when they are straight out to do an oil change or look at a flat tire. Craig is always very helpful when showing you things that are wrong with your vehicle. Even after changing jobs I still take a day off to come here to have my truck worked on or looked at! Great service and friendly people.
