The guy that owns the place saw me in o reillys when having them test my battery and mentioned his shop he was super nice and affordable and the battery hasnt given me any issues!!!

Went for a vehicle inspection, Bill and the guys were awesome, I was in and out with in a few minutes, will be definitely using them for any vehicle repairs that I dont feel comfortable doing myself

I had an emergency situation with my car while I was travelling, and Loving Hands Auto Repair was able to take me in last-minute and resolve my issue very quickly. They had me back on the road in no time! They were so kind to me and helped me out when I had no idea what to do. I loved the Christian atmosphere. You can definitely tell that its more than just a job to them. They genuinely care about the people they serve.

Bill and the crew working in his shop provided my wife and I with service completely above and beyond what we expected. They took us in on a cold, rainy Saturday when we found ourselves stranded with an alternator that had stopped working. We were five hours from home, and knew no one in the area. We truly believe the good Lord placed Bill in Lebanon to help waylaid travelers like us. Bills prices were not only very reasonable, he agreed to trust us when we only had cash on hand to pay him for approximately half of the repairs done on our car. Amazing. Bill and his crew prayed for us before we backed our van out of his garage. Our vehicle was repaired and we were blessed. What more could we ask? I cannot recommend Loving Hands more. Ill say it again, I cannot recommend Loving Hands more.

In March 2021 I dropped off my truck for dead lifters Loving Hands assured me theyd done this repair many times and I could have my truck back in a few days. This was after waiting for several weeks to actually get the parts in they took my truck in later in March. The repair took them nearly a month to complete and cost around 500 dollars more than they had previously estimated. When I finally got the truck back I was told the heater didnt work anymore and wanted to know from me if it had ever worked, the answer to that was an obvious yes the heater has always worked. I opened the hood and discovered they had kinked one of the hoses going to the heater core and I had to fix that issue myself. The really bad thing is the truck has had a constant lifter noise that persists to this day. On 3 occasions I asked them to look at it again only to be treated to an attempted Jedi Mind Trick (on 1 occasion and told that it is not making that noise or that it is supposed to make that noise. The noise has gotten steadily worse now and is very loud and much worse I fear it may need the lifters worked on again. I will not use Loving Hands again.

From the start I was treated well and welcomed, was even offered pizza. Had a pinion seal replace and it took about 2 hours which I thought was pretty fast as they were working on a vehicle when i had arrived.When I picked up my truck they had the courtesy of letting me know my pinion bearing would need to be replace in the foreseeable future but they we able to fix it for the meantime.Overall, good customer service and work from this shop.

Wow. I cant begin to describe the Love in this Shop. My brakes went out and got me in Same day. Bill was Super Awesome and got me in and out. He even brought me an Iced Tea while I waited for Adam to finish up my brakes. You cant ask for a better bunch of Guys. If I could give 10 stars I would. A good Mechanic is always hard to find. So thankful for shops like this!!! A hose busted from our transmission leaving us stranded off the interstate at a gas station in Conway, MO. A very helpful tow truck driver (Jerry) took our truck to Loving Hands Auto. The next day they contacted my husband about what appeared wrong and we picked it up that afternoon. We are from Tennessee and knew no one in the area. We were blessed to come in contact with these folks and thankful for the job they do! In the middle of a 4 hour drive (myself and 3 kids aged 9 months-6 years) a dashboard light came on and the diagnosis was a bad alternator. After 3pm on a Saturday I worried I wouldnt be able to get in for repair before Monday, but my new friend at Auto Zone personally called Bill at Loving Hands Auto Repair, and Bill said he could get me in around 5:30 or 6 (closing hour is 5) after the lifts were freed up. The kids and I hung out at the side of the shop for a shady picnic (happily I was well supplied with snacks) while waiting, and he checked on us to see if we needed anything several times. He apologized for the wait several times (no need, I was an unscheduled drop in!). It was done by 6:45 and Bill prayed with us for a safe continued journey. :)Owner operated, this is JUST like the place my family always uses where I grew up and the kind of place Ill always wish for where I live now, for auto repairs. Nothing fancy to look at (which makes me love it more) and no credit card reader (paid with check), but you cannot beat the service and care Bill provides and I love supporting small owner-operated businesses. Im tempted to schedule routine maintenance items as a break for future trips. :) I very much appreciate Bill taking time to help me today. What a huge relief to not have to find other transportation (including car seats) and make plans to retrieve and repair my van another day hours from home!

Yesterday, my son was traveling through Lebanon when his car broke down. We (parents) live over 2 hours away and were unable to go help him. We called Loving Hands (among many other auto repairs who were unable to help) to see if they would be able to help. Bill, from Loving Hands Auto, recommended a towing service and offered to stay after closing time to help our son. Turns out that our son didn’t have a debt card or enough cash for tow bill, so Bill Long covered it and just added it to his repair bill. They stayed late and fixed the car. Then because of no form of payment, Bill agreed to let us mail him a check. I don’t know of any other place that would help complete strangers like that, especially not even having a way to collect the money we owed. We were all touched by Bill’s generosity and kindness. I would recommend Loving Hands auto to anyone in the Lebanon area or anyone traveling through. You will be in good hands.... Loving Hands just as advertised! Thanks again, Bill! Had to have a gear box replaced when visiting family, the guys were great about getting me in & doing a great job & didnt break the bank for me.

Honest work at a fair price. Ive had them work on vehicles a few times, and have always been happy with the result. Bill wont charge you 100 bucks an hour for labor like the other shops, but the work is just as good. Highly recommend Loving Hands!

Words can’t express how great everyone is at that shop. We were traveling from Ohio to California with a 1984 BMW that he recently had restored. We were referred by O’Reillys auto shop Our battery was dead and also the alternator. We pulled up to the shop and were immediately treated like family. They stayed over 2 hours past closing to get our sons car back in running order. Not only that, when we realized the headlights were no longer working, they drove to get the headlamps and installed them for us. Even leaving they said a prayer for our safe travels Amazing. It’s refreshing to know there are still such kind people out there. And guys we arrived in California and our son is thrilled!!!!!

Very pleased and feel very blessed that our vehicle broke down in Lebanon, MO where this auto service is. We called and were able to get to the business before our alternator completely died. They had a new one installed in our vehicle and we were back on the road to Texas within 45 minutes!!! God bless you people!

Car needed new wheel bearings, new cv axle and axle nut. Had alot customers ahead of me and they ran me home. Delivered my car home when they got it fixed. 3 hrs after they were closed. Will go back again. Far better than Tires and more.

A friend and I came to Bennett Springs for a little vacation, I had issues with my Denali. I knew we couldnt drive home the way the frontend sounding the way it did. Genuine quick service. It isnt often now that you encounter genuine people. This is my first time being to the shop since it was previously Douglas Auto. An extraordinarily great first impression. Even though I have a different main mechanic I will definitely be coming back to Loving Hands Auto Repair for a portion of my mechanical needs.You dont feel like a burden here, and you dont feel rushed out the door. I dont normally write reviews, but I also dont normally have an experience that is anywhere near the quality I had today.If you havent stopped by here then you should give it a go. In my opinion you will be FAR from disappointed.Truly felt like a valued customer here. We need more local businesses like this.

Honest and affordable.Took our car to another garage that said the flywheel was broken and the starter was just fine. They wanted $1000 to fix it.Then took it to Loving Hands for a second opinion. He showed us that the starter was broken into pieces and the flywheel was just fine. He charged us $280 including towing.

My truck broke down while traveling from Del Rio, Tx back to St. Louis. Bill stopped and asked if he could help. I explained the problem and he said have AAA tow it to his shop and he would help. Within an 1 hour he had my truck fixed and one the road. Did I mention it was a Saturday and he only wanted to charge me $25 plus parts. Needless to say I gave him a nice tip and big hug. Best thing is he is a christian and asked he could pray for the rest of my journey.
