Talk about honest and helpful-these guys are! We had one car being serviced and the battery died on my other car. Despite not having an appt, they took care of me and got my new battery installed. They give it to you straight and they are honest. They take their time to try whatever they need to do to get y our vehicle fixed and running well. We will come back here!!

Best repair auto shop in Tennessee

I called on Tuesday to see if they had any openings in their schedule. They did not, but they said I could drop it off in Wednesday morning and they would see if they could fit me in between appointments. I dropped it off Wednesday morning and one of the employees (Buster) even gave me a ride to work. Wednesday afternoon, they had my car fixed and ready for me. The price was reasonable, too. I couldnt be more satisfied with my experience with D&R.

Went there today to get 4 tires that I had purchased somewhere else mounted and balanced on my vehicle. They charged me $60 which wasn’t bad for all 4. But during the process of switching out the tires on my rims the guy who was doing it scratched up one of my Alloy rims. Several deep scratches and it is really bad. I noticed it after he had put the tire back on my vehicle. I told the owner and both the male and female “owners” denied it repeatedly and refused to accept responsibility. They also said that I was lying about it and there was no way that the guy who just had my rim in the back could have caused those scratches. More like gouges. I know for 100% sure that my rims were in perfect shape when I pulled into there shop. So after they told me that there wasn’t anything they could do about it and it wasn’t their fault. They basically walked away and the female owner wouldn’t look up from her phone after I went inside to let her know how messed up it is that they wouldn’t accept responsibility for damaging my rim. If you care about your vehicle and it’s looks I would suggest paying the extra $5 and take it to a professional business and a legimate company. Hope this helps some people in the future.

I had 4 trailer tires changed with new ones I provided and they knocked them out quick. The price was very reasonable. They have lots of used tires to chose from as well. They only take cash. I will do business with them again!

This place is a great find. Used tires that are almost like new. This time bought 4 tires, got Firestones hardly used, for less than 1/2 price of new. Mounting and installed in about 15 minutes.
