Very impressed by the level of service by Cobbs Creek Auto Center. My car broke down yesterday afternoon off Route 44 (serpentine belt tore apart) and I had the vehicle towed to Cobbs Creek because they said they would be willing to look at the car that same day and likely get it repaired unless there were more complex issues needing to be addressed. Other shops in Lebanon that I called would not be able to even look at the vehicle for a few days, but Cobbs said they would assist immediately as they knew I was in the middle of driving back from Lake of the Ozarks to Texas with my wife, son, a cat and a dog. Sure enough, a few hours after receiving the vehicle, they called as promised, told me the exact repairs that they made, and had the vehicle ready to go back to Texas same day. As everyone knows, a good auto shop is hard to find, especially to work on a Mercedes, but this is an exceptional shop with great staff who will go out of their way to help others. Thanks for everything!

Finally, I found an honest, trustworthy place to take my vehicles. Very pleased with the service. Janell was in contact with updates and things that was needing attention in our old car. The guys were great in explaining and showing us what they did. We are so very pleased and everything came with a warranty 😁. Im so glad we found them. Fair, friendly, and faith based. We highly recommend cobbs creek to everyone.

It had been in a short period of time, i had to keep getting it repaired. He went to bat for us and got free parts...and only charged for labor. Talk about integrity! Cobb’s Creek Auto Center is a great family owned business we hired to swap an engine in my car. They were very helpful and even gave us some great advice on buying a salvage yard engine. When the engine came they installed it efficiently and it has been running great. The service costs were also very reasonable for the work performed. We especially liked the prompt, friendly service and their warm friendship while doing so. Cobb’s Creek Auto Center is a little off the beaten path but their honesty and work ethics make it worth the trouble of getting there!

I have a 2015 Subaru Forester and the radio had quit a month before. Well 2 days ago my ABS light came on and then to make matters worse I couldnt get it to shift at all. A guy showed me how I could shift in manually just to get somewhere to get it fixed. I found Cobbs Creek Auto Center on the computer and I called them. They said bring it in. He put it on the machine and I think every kind of code that could come up did. He told me the battery was probably getting bad. So his wife called places getting me the prices of a battery. They told me where to get the best battery for the cheapest price. I asked them what I owed them and they told me NOTHING! Can you believe that they do everything they did including checking on battery prices for me and not charge me anything! I will recommend them to work on anybodies vehicle. Plus they are the nicest people you would ever want to meet. Cobbs Creek Auto Center you are great in my book. Thank you

On my way to Texas I accidentally charged too much Freon on my car, Robert was able to evacuate and recharge the system and get me back on the road as I was passing through Lebanon. Theyre a caring family owned business, 10 Stars when it comes to service! AC is running great now!

Very friendly, nice waiting area they have drinks available. Nice and clean I was very impressed and if you use word of mouth refer a friend, you could get $10 off next time you go in!!!!

I went here for car repair this week, knowing only that it was the closest shop to where I was. I was very happy with the results. They do great work, are fast, and the price was quite good. In addition to that, they are very friendly folks. They had my car, ol Sadie, running fine and in less than an hour. So I would highly recommend them. If your car is out of warranty, give these folks a try, and save several hundred dollars over going to a dealer.
