32 Automotive is incredibly honest, and trustworthy. Ive had my Ford in for different issues over the past few years and for every time Ive been surprised at how transparent they are about what is needed, how accurate the estimates are, and how fairly priced their work is. They have a way of making something that is typically stressful into a pleasant experience. Im happy to never have to go to a dealership or big name garage for repairs again. The only thing you need to be aware of is that they are appointment only, but most places are anyways.

Called many shops that had no room and she was able to squeeze me in and out in about an hour even though they had plenty of work to do. Couldn’t be more thankful for letting me know what was wrong and the hospitality was top notch. Would recommend to anyone looking for great service!

My car was making a weird noise that made me worried that it might be dangerous to drive. I was close by and they got me in right then to make sure it was safe to drive it. My daughter had her check engine light come on on the way back to northwest Indiana from Indianapolis on a Saturday evening. Looked for a place that was open on Sunday so we could make arrangements to get her car fixed. Youre never sure where to turn when youre in an unfamiliar place.Glad we found Eric and Dusty! They took care of us at an honest and reasonable cost. Wish I lived closer to use them all the time!

They are the nicest people you would want to work on your vehicle. Certified mechanic with very reasonable rates, that has worked on my wifes envoy twice now and very satisfied with the work they do and a quick turn around. Would recommend them to anybody.

I have been struggling to find someone I trust to work on my vehicles when I dont have the time. Saw their sign on 32 and gave them a call. So glad I did!! They provided honest, timely, and excellent work for a fair price.Both Dusty and Eric know their stuff, have a professional set up, and are really just all around good people. They will take the time to explain everything and answer questions you may have and dont try to upsell a bunch of stuff. If you are nervous about mechanics because you arent very knowledgeable and dont want to be taken advantage of this is your place.I could not recommend them enough for work on new and older automobiles.1967 Ford F100
