ATTENTION if you have received one of Nissan trade in value cards DO NOT value this trade in I went on 9/4/2021 and spend one hour there with the MANAGER. He gave me a price “ran the numbers”, I also called back on 9/6 to confirm with Gary (manager) if the trade in value was correct. I took off work on 9/9 to finalize the deal with them, only to find out they never even ran my VIN # and came back to offer me 3,000 less then the original offer even though the offer did not expire till 9/11 please don’t waste your time and lose out on money like I just did. I wouldn’t even give this 1 star but it made me to make this post

We brought our Rogue in for its first oil change. Doris is extremely kind and makes you feel right at home. All the other technicians are also friendly and kind. Jim Bentz spoke with us for a while as he is the one we purchased our 2021 Rogue from in March 2021. Everything in the showroom is clean, refreshments are great. UPDATE: It took 56 days of hoop jumping, and they had to put in a new battery since the truck had been sitting in the back, back for so long and wouldnt start, but the truck is finally mine. ORIGINAL REVIEW: Friendly, but frustrating. I recently tried to purchase a used truck from these folks using the Buy @ Home service offered through the website. I called and explained that I would need the vehicle delivered to the Pittsburgh area and was told I could buy online, but I would need to use whatever shipper I wanted. I still had some questions about the condition of the truck, so (after asking a few times) a video walkaround and additional photos were kindly emailed to me along with the out-the-door price.Then I was told I couldnt buy online.Then I was told I could buy online and they would work with whatever shipper I chose.Then I was offered a discount to rent a car to travel to make the purchase.I suggested they use the discount amount to bring the car to me so I could meet the requirements of Pennsylvanias wet signature on vehicle titles. The response was a resounding no as there was only one person at the dealership who could accommodate that request and they couldnt be away from the dealership. That was just a bit confusing since the first thing they said when I spoke with them was that they had been on vacation for a week and just got back. I suppose no sales could take place during that previous week?I am hugely disappointed. That truck is PERFECT for my current needs and I was quite excited about getting it. The back and forth, yes/no/yes/no was incredibly frustrating. The insult added to the injury is that the truck is still showing up in my search results as I hunt for a replacement. Its kind of sad actually.Im a patient person and I really do understand that the entire Buy @ Home process is brand new to the dealership, but four different people over several days, emails and phone calls gave me conflicting information with a result that I dont have my truck.They seemed to make an effort, but couldnt make it work. My search continues. :(

This was my first visit to Moyer Nissan. Excellent communication from the service department. My vehicle was in for an oil change. The technician noticed my inspection was coming up and also a recall was out on my ABS system. The team worked to get me a loaner vehicle and completed the work without having to schedule multiple visits. I really appreciate their attention to detail and respect for my time. Great job!

If you decide to go here for a service repair, I would recommend biting the bullet and doing the diagnostic ($100+) because if not, you will likely have more issues to make you come back again so they can get more money from you. Im not saying they deliberately sabotaged my vehicle, but just be prepared to get charged an arm and a leg with multiple visits. I will not be going back to this, or any other stealership in the future.The only good thing I can say about this place is that everyone is very nice and customer service tried to be as accommodating as they could within their limits. It wouldve gotten 1 star otherwise.

Ive been with McGuires service department for 10 years. Since Moyer took over Im very disappointed. Its not the same customer oriented place. I wont be back.My first experience with the new management. I took my Frontier to get inspected at the Lebanon location. Pedro called me to say the front ball joint was a little loose and needed replaced for inspection along with a long list of nit-picky stuff. Like $30 to replace a clamp, $10 to rotate tires, etc. I reluctantly said okay to the ball joint replacement and a wheel alignment. (Bill of $550) Then Pedro called back and said we made a mistake, you also need a front brake job and a rear brake job. Total cost was now going to be $1250. At that point I said forget it, put my truck back together and Ill take it someplace else. I had free inspection because I bought the truck there when it was McGuires Nissan. When I picked up my truck they charged me $44 for an emission test. When I questioned them about it, they said we do that first.I dont buy that. Now my truck has an old inspection sticker and a new emission sticker. Im sure the next garage will ask about it..Ill update this post once I get my second opinionUPDATE: My second garage said I needed all new brakes. The bill was $650.

I hope noone else buys a Nissan in this world. Worse car Ive ever driven. Bought a brand new car, that gave me issues since day 1. now 8 months later same issue or new issue arise. Just want this car fixed thats all.Anyways had booked an appointment and came in, hoping to drop it off and be on my way. But...Service manager was condescending, pretty much told me I was lying and to buy another car, then didnt even want to see me and to go somewhere else. Probably worse service and treatment Ive ever received. All in all Nissan has been the worse car company Ive ever dealt with.

Outstanding customer service! While driving through PA. On our way to Florida, our pathfinder was making a grinding noise. We searched local Nissan dealers and Moyer Nissan came up. We called and explained what was happening and they waited for us after they had closed and gave us an appointment first thing the next morning. They tried everything to find any problem and even took me for a long drive around Lebanon, and the noise never came back. They showed me that there are businesses that still believe in Customer Service and caring about people. I wish I lived closer, I would definitely do business with a company that cares this much about it’s customers.(p.s. Im extremely disappointed in my experience with Maguires Nissan. The vehicle I purchased has been an absolute thorn in my side since purchasing. Every single week since driving off the lot I have run into maintenance issues. Not easy to spot, overlooked issues, but ones that were masked, and hidden in order to make a sale. Very high expectations, very minimal results. I would NOT reccomend. Was very much taken advantage of.

I had the most amazing experience with this dealership. I did not purchase my Nissan from them but they have serviced my car for the last year that Ive owned it. Last night, my battery died and I was alone and scared and it was getting dark. I called Maguires and spoke to Mark and he was so kind. He sent Wilfredo to me with a battery jump and was a lifesaver! A checkup on my thermostat turned into a leaking head gasket. An extensive fix that was covered by the warranty but was held back due to the holidays and backorder on blue antifreeze. We worked with a young man. He was patient and worked out a number of different scenarios to help us to decide which was the best deal for us. I like to get to know people I work with and Warren was a nice young man who was more than happy to get to know what we wanted. I was only disappointed with one aspect of our encounter, Purple is not an option! We ended up purchasing a 2020 Rogue; a beautiful blue SV. Make sure you inspect their used vehicles well. They sell previously damaged lease vehicles that somehow have clean Carfaxs. They do not disclose this information or show you the damaged areas and still consider the condition as excellent. I made the mistake of purchasing in the evening without noticing the damaged areas. Saw the next morning, but they have a no return policy. Was just told that i should have looked it over better. This mistake cost me about $3000.

Chatting with Jessica via computer started my process of purchasing a 2017 Nissan Pathfinder. Jake the salesman was able to crunch numbers and give a fair number to purchase this vehicle. My add-on of the moonroof completes my wish list for a white Pathfinder with low mileage. Jake was able to certify my pre-owned vehicle which became a brand new vehicle for me after the maintenance and being detailed. And due to Covid19, two other salesmen drove to my home to sign papers and then to ultimately leave me this vehicle. The perks for inspections, oil changes and car washes are like icing on the cake. You have had my business for the past 3 vehicles I have owned. Never had issues and always loved the service. Today I had an appointment after getting a letter from the GM to see about getting out of my lease into something new. Was basically told they could do nothing to help me as I did not want my payments to exceed what I pay now. Could not answer any of my questions as to why my payments would jump up over $100 for another lease. Mind you Ive been through this before. I have always been a Nissan owner but do not think I will be back.

I understand you have to drop your car off for inspection due to covid-19 but I made an appointment and when I arrived to drop my car off I was told there was to many cars that were dropped off in front of me and I had to reschedule. To me an appointment should always take first priority over a drop off or walk in.

Went into Maguires hoping to be able to work some numbers on a new Nissan Frontier. And I am assuming I got a new salesman. He took all of my information and the team valued my trade in. They went over my options for monthly payments and it didnt match what I was looking for. When I asked if thats the best price they could do, maybe look at one of the other model trucks that were cheaper, my salesman said yeah there isnt gonna be much more we can do for you. Those other trucks wont make a difference. Sorry buddy. And basically pushed me and my business away. I had bought a new Frontier and Jeep Wrangler from them before and they worked an excellent deal. But after this experience of not wanting/needing my business, I wont be going back. It seems they have I guess once you get a bad taste in your mouth from an experience, especially one that I am willing to give them my business/money, you wont return.

I found a Frontier priced at $22,000 with only 2,000mi on McGuires website. I spoke with Mark the Genl Mngr. My question was why is this truck so much cheaper than the others? His response was because it was a loaner. I drove up on a Sat. I looked at the outside of the truck. I noticed there was no bed extender. I negotiated a monthly payment by phone. We did the paperwork without me seeing the truck any further. I asked about the bed extender and was finally told, it was a basic model. No power anything. No tow hitch, no bed extender. Papers were already signed.I shopped and looked for a year. Compared different kinds of trucks. I totally fell in love with the interior of the Frontier.I needed it to fullfill the requirements of installing a bed cap so that I could camp and transport antiques for my business. I asked the salesman to please send me info re caps. I never received that nor did he say, good luck, they are super hard to find and you must buy a new one in the $1500. to $2,000 range.Just a small note, the floor mats dont even fit correctly.Im really feeling like I was hustled. Im now driving a truck that may be my last vehicle and am so dissapointed I do not have the cushy interior I was dreaming of..I understand that the pandemic changed how sales are made. However, I do feel this was used to sell me a vehicle that I was not given all the information about.Lies of omission.On a positive note, it does not yell at me to put my seat belt on. And I love the way it handles.
