All I have to say is be patient.I came by myself, and as someone who’s spouse knows more about cars than they do, it could’ve been a very different experience. But Ron Morris is the man! He let me test drive the car, I fell in love with the car, AND he got us a great deal for our trade in! With our credit, I didn’t think it was going to be possible. He was nothing but encouraging, stayed in contact with us, and won us over. We had been to several different places I won’t name, and we’re denied every time. Joe was our sales rep and he was very friendly. He answered all of my questions and was patient considering I had my 3 kids with me. The process took 4 hours from test drive to leaving with our SUV but Joe made the entire process easy. I would definitely go back. I have never owned a CPO vehicle before but all maintenance need to be performed at one of their locations to ensure warranties arent voided. I will continue to update as I have experiences with this dealer. But overall, I am extremely satisfied and impressed.

Took my Terrain in for a horrible rattle issue near the drivers ear. This was a difficult one to pinpoint and reproduce at first. It took a few iterations to get it fixed but every visit was good. They were receptive to me each time I came in. As of now, the issue seems to have been resolved, so time will tell. I will be returning to Jake Sweeney for my future needs.
My first time at this location due to my hometown dealership being backed up until the end of July. They did a good job, was my 37500 maintenance schedule. So oil change and tire rotation. Plus they washed it. So definitely a good experience!!
I made an appointment for an oil change only and when I went to drop my car off it took a really long time to get out of there and I had told them I was only there for an oil change 3 times during the quote . Jeff printed off the quote and said it was going to be $94. I asked for what he proceed to tell me it was for and oil change and tire rotation. I them told him again I only wanted the oil change because I get my tires rotated for free where i purchased them. Jeff then told me that the appointment was set up for both. I know it wasnt because I made the appointment and I know what I set it up for. Jeff really needs to work on his customer service. So many ways he could have handled that. I dont appreciate his condescending ways and I really hate it when a salesman tries to add things to my bill without asking. I then had to wait again for Jeff to print off another quote this time it was for $75. I was surprised at how much it went up from the last time I was there for an oil change. The last time I was there for an oil change the cost was $55. I understand costs rise but wow!

Ron Morris salesman was great my brother has made a multitude of deals with him and they have been a breeze, my brother got me involved with Ron and I recently purchased a 2021 GMC Sierra, I’ve also referred my best friend too Ron as well due to his knowledge and ease of mind when it comes to buying. The only thing I am disappointed in is that fact I signed my paperwork and loan almost 2 weeks ago, my truck said in transit and I was told it would be in within a week it’s now been two weeks and still no one has any clue when it will be in.
Things were very professional and efficient.

I had found a vehicle I was interested in on Jake Sweeneys online store. After speaking with my salesman, I was informed the truck was indeed still available but had not yet been delivered to the dealership from the manufacturing facility. Due to the spread of Covid-19 and other factors, the truck market was very competitive at the time. Not wanting to miss out on the opportunity to purchase the exact truck I had been looking for with the addition of manufacturer incentives and other programs that were eligible to me, i made the 3.5 hour drive to their dealership to sign the paperwork. Arriving at the location (which was very nice by the way) we started to dive into getting the transaction written up. It was at this time we became aware that the 3 different programs/incentives I intended to take advantage of were not compatible to be stacked with each other, per GMs rules and restrictions. It was becoming apparent to me that purchasing the vehicle was not going to be financially responsible and I may have to leave empty handed. It was out of the dealerships control.........or so I had thought. While the Jake Sweeney dealership may not be able to control the terms of GMs programs, they went out of their way to come up with a agreeable solution and get me back into a more comfortable financial situation.Needless to say I am [im]patiently awaiting the arrival of my new truck, thanks to the willingness of the Sweeney organization to go above and beyond for their customers.Its greatly appreciated.You owe it to yourself to see how the staff at Jake Sweeney is able to assist your search for a new vehicle.

Pros: Quick/efficient service. Nice waiting room with friendly dealers inside. Car wash as part of oil change.Cons: Took a week to get scheduled. Very expensive oil change at +$90 and tire rotation cost extra. Had a flat tire from that day that I loaded in the bed after putting on the spare myself. It seemed to be a terrible burden to check that tire for me, but to the service guys credit he did check it and wanted to charge me $201 to replace it because their was a nail in the tread which he said was too close to the sidewall. It was Saturday and they werent going to be able to replace it until Monday. I was told that the Tires For Life program wouldnt cover the tire because it was a damaged tire and not part of the normal wear. So I took the tire to a local tire shop. They were also very busy for a Saturday, but their customer care was great. They patched my tire and offered to go out of their way to replace the spare with the repaired tire and put the spare tire back for me. They did all of this for a very affordable cost. I felt like much more of a valued customer at the local tire shop then I did at the dealership where Ive spent a lot of money over the years. Im yet to see whether I should attribute that to the new ownership or not. Hopefully this doesnt become a pattern.
I bought my last five cars from Bill Delords and hoped I would have the same good experience, which I did. Nathan listen, gave me options, and got the car I wanted even though it wasnt on the lot. I did my homework before arriving and estimated what a fair to good deal would be. The final figures were right on the mark, so I was very happy. The credit manager, Steve, made the paperwork a speedy process. The car was delivered the next day. Because I had not seen the car before, I looked it over pretty good. It was show room new! Very happy with the process from the beginning to the end.

If I could give this place no stars I would. Honestly I do not know where to start. They sold me a truck that had an exterior door handle that was supper glued to the door. When I asked how that was missed in the inspection I was told that they do not check for those things. Within two weeks of owning the vehicle the Tire monitor system went out, when I asked how that was missed or was it erased no comment was made. The truck had gaps between the door panel and the door, when asked what is going on with the door I was told they need to charge me 130 each door just to inspect it. I asked what other solution would they recommend they told me to use adhesive on the door. UMMM Use adhesive on the door like what was used with the door handle. Terrible experience do not waste you time.
Will NEVER go back to this dealership again. Spend your money elsewhere. They are crooked and do not give all information prior to you purchasing the vehicle. Took 6 MONTHS of me calling to try to figure out something that should have only taken 1. Rude and not helpful. Terrible experience.

Well I ordered and paid for seat covers from the Buick site. The options were to deliver to my house or free to my local Buick Dealer. Since you were going to put them on I had them delivered to you. I was never called to tell me they had arrived. I needed an oil change and tire rotation and asked about my seat covers. They service lady ( I think her name was Lilly) was very helpful she set our appointment and located my seat covers. I came in to get the work done and all the people I talked to wanted to charge me for the already paid for seat covers. The one seat cover had pulled stitching on the side and they installed it any way. We are not thrilled with Jake Sweeny service.
I’ve bought 2 trucks now with the help of Troy and his sales reps and both times they all went above and beyond to help me out. I don’t plan on ever getting another vehicle from anyone else ! I will always recommend him to anyone looking to purchase or trade in a vehicle!

This dealership forces customers to purchase warranties and protection plans as a condition of buying a vehicle at this dealer. I encourage car shopper to look elsewhere. You should not be forced to purchase over price dealer options you do not need or prefer when purchasing a vehicle. Dealer options are highly marked up for extra profit. Be a smart shopper, dont get ripped off. If any dealership force customers to buy unwanted products in order to purchase a vehicle, I suggest you shop somewhere else. And certainly not this dealer or any other dealer with similar policies.

It was suggested that my car needed a new battery. I was quoted $287. After I mentioned it should be covered under my warranty, I mysteriously didnt need to have it replaced anymore. My tires were rotated but the front/driver wheel wobbles. It looks like it wasnt balanced.

I visited this location looking for assistance paint matching my car. It took a couple of tries (my car is extremely difficult to paint match), but they were able to figure it out. The staff here are all very friendly and helpful and I was able to set up an appointment within a few days. Im very happy with the results.

Absolutely the best service I’ve ever had when buying a car. I’ve always stayed loyal to ford, and the one person I’ve bought many vehicles from, but Logan was going above and beyond to get me a great deal and to stay within the monthly payments I felt comfortable with. Even getting me a great warranty, and adding heated seats. He started from the engine and worked his way through the entire car telling me everything about it. I have NEVER had anyone do that for me. The best part was i wasn’t forced to sit at the dealership for hours just waiting. I’ve always hated car shopping for that reason. But I was there less than 2 hours total- then drove away in my new car. And the free car washes, that’s an amazing added bonus. I will continue to purchase my vehicles, and my husbands trucks from Logan. I could not be any happier right now.
They replaced a wiring harness on my truck that should have been covered by warranty but they found an excuse not to cover it and charged me for the repair. I will not return there or recommend them to anyone.
Follow-up: I found my own oil leak this afternoon! Wow! I called and Nate made it right to check it out. But telling me itll cost $2100 to repair a leak 5 days too late. I needed that last week during the appointment to find problems. Now its Christmas and Im trying to sell my car to family so I can relocate overseas for a military move on 2 January. BTW, they recommended I get the timing belt done since theyll all ready be in there. I paid the Buick dealership in Clarksville, TN to do that 12 months ago. Buick quality I guess. Thanks for wasting my time and money!I asked to know everything wrong with my vehicle, an oil change, and to troubleshoot a airbag light. In good dealership fashion I essentially paid for a $190 oil change. They didnt even notice the two light bulbs out (1in front and 1 in the rear). How do I know they even evaluated the whole car? Experience was quite pleasing, very informative, and well organized. Considering the amount of new information relevant to a new car its somewhat amazing that it can be covered as well as it was in the time spent. Just enough new information to make it home is somewhat mind-boggling. There will likely be copious questions on the homework assignment. Well. done!!

I had a tire pick up a nail--I got an appointment right away. You had the replacement in stock and price matched lowest competitor. Service rep carefully explained the warranties still in effect, including expiration dates. New car sales man sponsored an nice chat--no pressure, just relationship building. Changed oil and wipers while in. Felt like the most important customer visiting the dealership that day.
Great experience and would highly recommend. Everyone there was extremely friendly, professional, helpful and accommodating. Technician did an excellent job diagnosing my problem and fixing it in a short period of time. This dealership is also extremely clean throughout and a very comfortable atmosphere while waiting on your vehicle.
I love my GMC Acadia! Bill DeLord had exactly the car for me and my family. I went for my first oil change after I bought the car and I was so impressed with the service department and how friendly and accommodating the staff is. I was treated great and witnessed an older couple who was struggling with the technology of their new car get top notch service and user friendly knowledge to facilitate their needs. This review is solely based on my car getting detailed. The service and sales department here are stellar. I came in and got my Buick Lacrosse detailed last week for the works package. I paid $182 which I guess I was mischarged in my favor because Jeffrey forgot to add the shop supplies needed for the detailing but Nate honored the price I was told. In the works package you get Wash exterior, vacuum/clean interior, clean/deodorize carpets & interior using tornado gun, clay bar/buff, dress vinyl, clean windows, dress tires, stream clean engine compartment. That is coming straight from their website. I was not happy with the clay barring off the bat. The car was rough from tree sap and other oxidants from just being an outside car. They mainly seemed to focus on the hood, deck lid and top half of the car. I know this because I clay barred the car the very next day and those were the only smooth areas. The car did look better than when I brought it in most noticeably were the wheels. The interior they say they use the Tornado gun. My car interior is mainly black so there were not a lot of visible stains or anything but the top half of my car is gray and the only area I was really hoping they could use that gun is on the drivers side a pillar since that is where mechanics get their dirty hands on putting the oil change sticker on the windshield. This was not tended too and then upon further review of the interior they were just not meticulous in the nooks and crannies of a car which is what you pay for in a detail examples being the shifter boot they cleaned one side of it but did not move the shifter into drive to get the other side and then around the center console was dirty and dusty as well. They did do a good job on dressing the car and the engine compartment looked good as well. Overall I probably would not get my car detailed here again and I would advise you not to as well cause you will be spending a couple hours getting it looking how it should and still be short close to $200 dollars.
My car was repaired quickly and to my satisfaction. The price and service were excellent. The loaner car was wonderful. I might need to consider some of the options it had when I buy my next Cadillac.

The wife and I purchased a vehicle from the neighboring dealer bob pulte about two weeks ago which was a hard decision because we have purchased two vehicles through bill Delord. We haven’t had a bad encounter with them, until we went went in last Saturday morning 3/28/20 to be compensated for the remainder of the extended warranty for the GMC truck we purchased from them and traded in for the new one at bob pulte. We paid for the extra coverage and we sold the truck after only covering half of the warranty with mileage and time remaining. We spoke with a gentleman named Steve and he explained to us that we had to go through the warranty department which he gave us the info for. We sent the information in and the warranty department told us we needed to go through the dealership we purchased the truck through (which was what everyone told us before the visit). We will be returning to the dealership with the email, vehicle sale and warranty information Saturday in hopes we can get an honest answer and compensation for what we paid for and did not exhaust. I believe we were lied too by Steve and I can’t believe this type of dishonesty and theft would happen at a dealership that I thought was honest.Just a follow up, we went in the following weekend and demanded the form and after Steve again told us that the forms were completed through the warranty department and not the dealership, he magically presented the form after the email from the warranty department was shown. It was filled out And a copy was made. We received a check today 4/20/20 for $1500 for the remainder of the warranty. Again, I still believe we were lied too by Steve but after showing the proof there was no other option. We are more than happy that we have received the money we were entitled to but we will never do business with this dealership again or recommend them to anyone. Always keep the paperwork after the sale so you’re not getting ripped off.

My car had to be towed into the dealership due to a damaged tire. I am the only driver in my home and I care for 2 handicapped family members. I called the Buick Dealership and Jeffery Wright in service helped to quickly and easily set up all the arrangements so my tire and my normal maintenance could be done at one time and my vehicle could be back on the road that very day. When I picked up my vehicle I also browsed for a new vehicle. Tom Kohl is very helpful, kind, and informative.
