Ashley was kind, communicated progress, and called to check after our vehicle was transported. The transporter was great person as well. Would definitely recommend!!
In a nutsell - DONT USE BULLDOG! We transported 2 vehicles with Bulldog that we delivered to their facility. One vehicle made it safely without damage. Our other vehicle, that we trailered to their facility, had multiple damage done to it. We had completed a full frame-off restoration on the truck having painted it only days before it being transported; including installing a new out of the box rear bumper on it. The truck was delivered a day before we arrived to our new home. Upon arrival we immediately noticed the dent in the rear bumper, which forced further investigation. We immediately notified Bulldog of the damage, but they we closed for the day. So we contacted again the next day with a list of damages. Their driver had taken the antenna and bent it into the passenger door, bending the antenna and breaking the mounting plates that hold it to the body of the truck. There were rub marks on the tailgate in line with the enormous dent in the brand new bumper and there was a huge dent in the passenger side cab of the truck (which was just painted days before transporting). The vehicle also had been so mishandled that the alignment was also tweaked and no longer straight. Well upon delivering the vehicles to Bulldog, we met the owner - James. Who bragged to us about how much his guys are paid and how much money he makes. But we were also told that our vehicles were in good hands as he did the walk around both vehicles for pre-inspection....yes THE OWNER DID THE WALK AROUND. So, after being told to submit photos (which we immediately did), we didnt hear anything for 2 weeks. Upon reaching out several times, we were told that James was busy dealing with another issue and we were next in line. He then called (after never looking at the photos nor asking to see any estimates) and said that they are no way at fault for the damage and this was all done by flying debris. How does flying debris insert an antenna into the passenger door and then cause alignment issues of the vehicle - that was supposedly on the top rack of their transport truck? So we filed claims with the BBB and FMCSA. Then finally heard back from James that he would look at the estimates and chat more about the damages after....again requesting photos that weve already sent. After review of information, he says that he will only pay for a new bumper....still no mention for the antenna that they clearly damaged. We emailed back with our response and a reasonable request for repairs, which was $600 less than the highest repair estimate....and only totaling $1600 and change. No response EVER AGAIN from this man! So then we filed a claim with his insurance company direct, who said they are very disappointed and embarrassed to insure a company that treats their customers this poorly. Unfortunately for us, the deductible is $5000 and our claim is significantly less. In the end, the only thing I can do is warn others to never use this company due to the lack of response, poor customer service, mishandling of vehicles and all around B.S. they dish when they just dont want to do the right thing. Dont waste your time...theres plenty of other reputable and professional companies to use out there, find one with raving reviews as its not worth the hassle.

I’d advise against them. They brought my car with the left side of my bumper ripped completely off & dents in the hood of my car. The driver claimed that my bumper “ripped off” through the winds and said that it caused the dents to the hood of my car.. how a piece of plastic bumper could cause dents to a metal hood is completely beyond me... there were no damages on the Bill of Lading but he claims my bumper was loose.Come to find out, when loading my car he slammed down and up causing it give damages to the hood and bumper... this is out of the truckers mouth after lying for several weeks of what really happened. I fought with James at Bulldog Trucking, who is apparently head of claims, for almost two months to get my bumper and hood of my car fixed, just for him to only pay me to get my hood fixed and nothing else.Before any of that per signing the contract you’re supposed to be let known by the trucker when they’re 30 minutes away for pick up and drop off. I had to leave multiple emails and and phone calls just to receive a text from the trucker Roger Wilfong a hour past the time my vehicle was supposed to be picked up, just to ask me if he could come the next morning. I then STILL had to reach out to him again to ask when he was supposed to come because he came a half hour late. And again during drop off I had to reach out. Smh. I paid $900 just to receive $2100+ of damages to repair.This company is unprofessional, unreliable and I’d never recommend them to anyone.

Last year they damaged our car by hooking it up incorrectly. They were difficult to deal with and then did not pay the full cost of the damage that the driver admitted he had caused. This year, they picked the car up at night in a bad neighborhood and recorded damage that did not exist because the car could not be properly seen in the dark. Then they violated our contract and repeated instructions to the dispatcher that the car could not be delivered before a specific date. We found a neighbor willing to accept the car -- but then they ignored the request that he be called at least an hour before delivery so that he could get there in time. We will never use them again.
The way this company does business is an embarrassment to the modern world. The sheer lack of communication from these folks, left my vehicle in a lot incurring out of pocket charges which they claimed to be not our problem, after multiple attempts from both my self, and the vehicle lot to inquire into the status of my vehicle. Shame on Bulldog trucking I would never recommend doing business with these guys unless your after nothing but problems
Do not use them. I thought my car was stolen for 3 days. They don’t take accountability for their mistakes, don’t answer their phones, post wrong hours on their website, and are condescending and completely lack customer service.Long story short, I shipped my car from Chicago, IL to Gilbert, AZ. My car arrived to AZ last Tuesday, it is now Monday and I am just finding this out. I tried calling multiple times during regular business hours last Friday, calling the one phone line they have but using all 6 or so extensions. No one answered my calls or emails.I tried calling Saturday as their website and Facebook page showed they were open 9-2. No answer. At this point, I was convinced my car was gone.I called them today (Monday) and they never once took accountability for the lack of communication with their counterparts. I calmly explained that this was unacceptable business and that I need to be compensated. I was told that I “absolutely need to pay the full amount”I asked to escalate to a manger, Who was lacking in management capability. His first response was, “I’m very busy today, I know your whole story.” Customer service 101- anyone knows that is not how you de-escalate a unhappy customer. (Especially one who believes their car is stolen) I attempted to explain the attempts I made to contact them and he condescendingly kept cutting me off and telling me I need to pay the full amount.I will be picking my car up today, so I cannot report on the condition it is in after shippingjust yet. Either way, avoid this company at all costs.UPDATE: the company holding the car is charging $30 storage fees. They explained to me they tried getting a hold of bulldog on Thursday and Friday both but no answer.I called bulldog and spoke with someone who hung up on me when I asked them to reimburse me for the charges. The worst.

From the staff calling for pick up to the final delivery I give this company A+ and my car was delivered to my door ahead of schedule. Bulldog Auto Transport i hired them to transport my car from Arizona to Indiana the car was in a very good condition and drivable but they delivered my Car on a Non-Drivable condition i tried to contact them, They asked me to get 2 different Estimates after I went through all this hustlesThey then refused that they can’t fix my car after I submitted the 2 estimes they asked me to get from different dealersI paid roughly $3000 to get my car fixed and look again as I wanted my car to lookMy car was delivered both exhaust were broken down on the groundNow on a certain mission Against them or their driversThey will pay me back in one way or anotherMark my works I have all the proofDo NOT USE THIS MOFOS BULL DOGS 🐕

RUN AWAY!!!! Damaged my car and was a nightmare to get them to actually pay for the damage they caused and signed off they did. Worked with someone named Ashley there that really went out of her way to make the repair process hell on earth. After starting the process for the repair she would not return calls, voicemails or emails. Luckily we used someone that gave them the job that was able to get them to actually respond and hold them responsible though they had to threatened to fined before they actually decided to start paying for the damage.
Ashley is the best, on time pickup and delivery 2000 miles away from where the truck started.Thank You.

He was laughing and having such a great time talking on the phone that he didnt notice me trying to get his attention about the blinker whIle we were stopped at a traffia light.......do you want your freight on this guys truck when he causes an accident?
They have had my car for over a week with no date on when it will be delivered and no type of discount. Paying too much money for the run around.
Didnt receive car as stated per the contract of within 10 days. When asked how would be compensated was told he doesnt work for me, he works for the dealer...funny dealer didnt pay him $1000 to have he car transported. Do not use this company.
