Only had the one car and had work the next day so I couldnt afford to wait to have my car fixed. They managed to get me into the shop same day and done in a couple hours! Gave me a loaner so I could grab lunch and were just super nice people. Never had such good customer service from a shop before! So glad to be back on the road

Great service at reasonable rates.

I had gotten into a wreck and Starnes got my car. They gave me a car to drive until my insurance got figured out.The day I had went in to pay off the car I was driving 2013 Chevy equinox 5,500. It did not have the original title and it burned oil really bad and also I had to take it to a mechanic while I was driving it just to be told the wires were not connected right when the motor was replaced. My mother asked Alvi if he could lower the price to 5000 and he took my car away. I had no way home I had to call friends to come get me. As my mother is in Texas. Alvi was a very helpful person until we pointed out what was wrong with the vehicle.

I would give them 10 Stars if I could, they did an awesome job fixing my drivers door & window. I would recommend them for sure.

9 AM appt for a wheel bearing, was there 35 minutes, car was repaired and back on the road. Great job, super nice people, would recommend to anyone for buying a car or getting repairs done. 😇

Was planning on buying a vehicle from them after a total out was agreed for a certain amount of sale that was almost fair but still above blue book for a salvage title vehicle. Alvie and his crew stated it only had a small issue with the age of the car this is understandable. While trying to wade through the insurance issues from the total out Alvie and his staff is getting increasingly rude and unprofessional. While we had the car as a loaner (planned to buy) until we got everything sorted with insurance.After having to take car back a few times due to some issues like it limp dying several times (issue was not fixed),take it to another mechanic to get it code read and possible fixed to find out there were multiple issues. (Was also told by multiple mechanics in the area starnes is ok for basic maintaining but ultimately there mechanic crew is not equipped or knowledgeable enough to do most repairs Go back to sign all paperwork after putting insurance on it when they were told it would be a full cash sale not payment the price increases substantially then when asking why the price increase? He starts to cuss out and berate me and my minor child then proceeded to tell us that car or any other car will not be sold to us or any one willing to buy for us. This is after trying to make a minor with no guardians present sign contracts and trying to scam said minor out of almost $5,000.

Had an appointment for an alignment .They were quick and my car drives so much better. And they were very busy. So happy with the job done.

Got a 97 grand marquis here not long ago affordable price reliable car so far very nice people was busy so I think a few was a little stressed but we left came back when they slowed down thank you starnes

The people here are the nicest and most professional people in the business. They managed to find part for my car that I would have waited many days for, in less than 5 hours. They took care of me with a smile on their face. I live a hour away and will make the drive just to do business with them again.

Alva Starnes has done work on my vehicles for over 20-years. Everybody in this community knows him and recommends him. He’s been more than fair. Had the front windshield glass replaced in my f150. They done a great job. They got it done very quick job. It was very professional as not to have the glue all over the inside of my truck like I have see other places do.If you need body work or a glass replaced dont pass them up

I did not have work done but my dad drove out here from AZ and a deer hit his front end. It is coming up on 2 weeks and still they dont have the jeep done. They keep making excuses that they need to order more parts. Very unprofessional. They said itll b done by this last wednesday but then when that day came they said they need more parts. He feels they are trying to bleed his insurance company dry while dragging him along. He just wants to be able to go home.

This is a busy, busy place! I took my car in for repairs and they had it in and out in no time!! They were very friendly and even though it was my first time there, they remembered me when I came to pick up my car. I will definitely take my car back if needed.

I recently had some minor work done on my car. Never before have I been greeted so warmly by a body shop. Its like there is a unwritten rule people who work in the automotive industry all suck. Not these folks! The office gals are super nice and the gentleman who wrote my estimate was very friendly. They actually had a sense if humor !!! They are clearly glad to have your business. Oh, and the car looks great.

First off the woman with the pointy nose and black hair that works in the front is the rudest, nastiest most awful woman I have EVER come across. She absolutely acts like she hates life and makes sure she reflects that to the customers. I can’t believe someone that bitchy works with the public. I can honestly say that they lost my business because of how I got treated every time I went in there to make a payment on my vehicle. The place is shady and they give you salvaged title vehicles without your knowledge. Alvi is a pervert and was coming on to me the whole time I was looking at cars. It was weird. But that is nothing compared to how unpleasant that black haired woman is. Jesus Christ I can’t get over how miserable and mean she is. And this is nothing personal. I don’t know this lady at all except from my encounters with her at this place. I can’t imagine that she has a husband or a boyfriend because surely no one could stand to be near her on their own will.

This was second time Starnes repaired damage to my car. Both times very pleased. Quality of work was great. I appreciate Alvie and Scott. Thank you!!

Starnes has friendly and Speedy service,  they fixed my car fast and did a great job I have had no trouble with it since I took it there.  Everyone was super nice except for the older brown haired woman (I think her name is Crystal)  she was rude and condescending and clearly does not know how to do her job. the first time I took my car up there to get the estimate she was rude and accused me of missing an appointment that I never made. The second time I went there to drop off my car she was rude and kept interrupting when I was trying to discuss with one of the guys about the incident. Then told me that I wasnt dropping off my car and they wasnt fixing it that day because they were doing the estimate, which we had done the first time I went there and she was there so obviously she should have known. But I think shes just mad because alvi wants to trade in her old brown hair for a new Blonde one lol.   Shes A Bad Business investment
