I had to drop off my vehicle, get a rental car, leave it for a week and a half and then drop off the rental car and pick up my vehicle. The entire process was almost seamless. They did a very good job at the repair of my vehicle and were very pleasant and professional to work with. This place is wonderful. They did a beautiful job repairing my car after I was rear ended. They were very informative on the whole process and by thr time they were finished my car look brand new again. Super friendly staff, great energy, I will defiantly recommend this place to everyone that needs auto body work. This will be the only place I go to for any body work needed for my car.

Very friendly people working in the office, explained everything in detail. They found the cheapest and yet best way to fix my broken rare bumper and light cover. Best however.... I got my car back the same day and I like my new bumper better than the old one before my son ran his car into it 😁.

Main Auto Body and Paint did an OUTSTANDING JOB on my 2016 Chevrolet Silverado!!!!!! They have EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE, from Josh, Manager, getting my truck claim assessment, finding additional damage and letting me know the status of my truck on tuesdays and thursdays. He is a friendly guy looking out for your car or tuck. The body shop got my truck looking like it just cme off the showroom floor, i was very impressed. The Paint team painted my truck to perfection, looks so AWSOME!!!!!! The finshing guy put all the new pieces back on my truck and installed them perfectly. Debbie, paperwork/cashier, handled my paperwork with such a friendly and professional manner, i was very very happy with my TOTAL EXPERIENCE, here at Main Auto Body and Paint here in Lebanon, Oregon. i STRONGLY urge you to give them your buisness, they will get it right and make you very happy. I also recommend AA Towing located in same facility for your towing needs, they are experienced and proffesional.

Patvord is not giving facts. He must have a dog in the fight. Anyone can give misleading opinion, but the fact is Main Auto has helped thousands of good folks for years.

For those of you considering taking your car to Main Auto Body, Inc. to have damage to your car repaired, demand a copy of any document you sign including the check in sheet. If they refuse to give you a copy because that “is their policy”, do yourself a huge favor and take your car to a different body shop. You could be saving yourself a lot of money and aggravation.
