Staff very friendly in person and also on the phone.I had Dustin assisting me with what I need to have done. I told him that I am loosing air in my back driver tire and I am needing it to get checked out. Dustin told me that it looked like a nail was in my tire from what he could see but he would get me taken care ofI sat in the waiting area for about 25 minutes while they fixed the tire.I will definitely be going back to discount Tire for any tire services that I need to have done

Went in this past Friday to put 6 new tires on my truck. Staff was very helpful and accommodating when something came up requiring me to leave and come back same day. HOWEVER, when I checked my tire pressure on Saturday discovered that BOTH back wheels were damaged and valve stems weren’t aligned on one side. VERY frustrated to spend $2,000 on new tires and now deal with up to $1,200 for new wheels. Hoping they can do something to make it right when I come back in this week.Spoke with Roderick this morning. He was very accommodating and understanding and plans to work with me to restore my wheels to their un damaged state. Will update more as things progress.Update 12.15.20 - Took my truck to Wheel Repair of TN as recommended and coordinated by Roderick at Discount Tire. Wheel Repair agreed to charge the repair back to Discount Tire as expected but needed to keep my truck over a week to do so because of how deep the gashes were. Updating my review to 3 stars since Discount Tire took care of the repair costs. I hope Discount Tire will do it right the first time going forward to save them and their customers a lot of time and headache.

Had a 90k warranty on my tires. Drove them just over 30k miles and one of them started to leak and had to fill it up on a weekly basis. They replaced the tire, brand new. Quick and easy, no cost. Discount Tire is amazing every time.

I was traveling and my F250 started shaking harder and harder. Found this shop, they hour me in, found the problem and had me ready within a couple of hours. Friendly, knowledgable and helpful. Just a bit pricey but I wasnt looking for a cheap solution. Three weeks later and still very happy.

I had a tire blew out 2 hours away from home. After getting my truck to the shop I explained that I couldnt afford $125 for a tire change. Riley found me a used tire that was in excellent shape for $30. He said he just wanted to nake sure I was back on the road safer than I was when I got there. They had it changed and ready to go within 30 minutes. I was so blessed that day.

This location has easy access off I-40. They were fast and courteous with service upon arrival. I did not have an appointment and still had no wait. The technician was highly knowledgeable and respectful. They had the tires in stock and told me when to expect completion. They were ready ahead of time. When I returned they saw me arrive and walked out to hand me completed paperwork and keys before I was even out of the vehicle. I was able to go straight to my car. The new tires are beautiful and my car drives like new again.

60 plus dollars for a tire rotation The place I normally go to down the street from there is $30 rotate in balance just wondering why so high and I listen to one of your salesmen lying and trying to up sale a young girl on tires did not think it was cool

Brand new tires installed TODAY. Noticed the car was pulling to the right and vibrating a bit as I was driving. Now Im stranded out on the highway. Absolutely garbage service. The tire started vibrating when I pulled over into the breakdown lane and discovered it was trashed when I got out of the car.

I have purchased several set of tires from discount tire over the years. I went in today to buy two tires for my utility trailer. They had the size I needed but when I took out a check salesman wouldnt take my check even though I had always paid with a check before. He said because I was taking them with me I had to pay with cash. That makes no sense because even if they mounted them for me I would still have taken them with me. My last trip to discount tire.

Unfortunately until this day I had nothing but great things to say about discount tire... I was on a trip drove 18hrs 1100 miles and got a blow out.. This location said they had 1 tire in my size I was excited knowing the size wasnt common... I pulled in on a spare donut. I Gave them the wheel with no expectation of putting on the car since the wheel is aftermarket and not for the car... even knowing I was 1100 miles from home and on a donut this shop refused to mount a tire and would only sell it to me.. I did not want it on the car just the wheel so I could get home safe.. this location said they would rather me drive the 1100 miles home on a spare temporary use only tire then help the customer.. then knowing my situation and my frustration told me they then wouldnt even sell me the tire not mounted... eventually did sell me just a tire not mounted not installed and left to my own... thos forever will leave a bad taste for the business in my mouth... I also run a tire shop back home and would never leave a customer on a temporary tire.. poor service

Needed new rear tires for my car. They had 5 people ahead of me but my wait time was less than 30 minutes. They had every bay being used. Very friendly fast and efficient place.

Great service from the moment I walked up to the door to the moment I drove away. Came in without an appointment due to a flat tire. I needed new tires all around already so I decided to go ahead and bite the bullet. My tires are very rare and they did not have them in stock, but they were able to find tires that work perfectly.Long story short, I came in without an appointment, while they were busy, and still drove away with 4 new tires in about an hour and a half. A+

They are a very busy place. They gave me a time frame after I dropped my truck off and they were done in that time. Their facility is clean and easy enough to get in and out with my crew cab 1 ton.

Never ever take this guys recommendation when you Change the tire And ask for alignment he will give you ( James Auto Care Shop in Lebanon) Discount business card to make alignment . It says on the card only $58.00 dollars for alignment !! But he will Charge you $140 dollars for only Labor in less than 20 minutes work!!!. Im never step to this Auto shop again.

Very disappointed in Discount tire...used to love them but they have become so successful their business model cannot service their customer base. Wait times long, close too early for the size of their customer base, appts are inconvenient for customers and prices are not competitive unless you do your competitive shopping first and haggle. No longer a go-to tire store.

Scheduled an appointment to fix one of my tires which had a slow leak. Was out of there in no time flat ... no pun intended.

Came in looking for a tire balance because I felt some wobbling. Turned out it was much worse. I needed both front tires replaced because the right tire was separated and the left was bare and throwing rubber. I was low on funds because I was in between checks, so I was going to cut my losses and just wait. Joe made sure the tires were replaced with something in my budget and he got it done fast as well. These guys made me feel like they actually cared if I was safe. I recommend this location to anyone looking for honest work at a reasonable price. 10/5 stars hands down!!!

I didnt have time to wait when they arrived, so I scheduled an appointment for today. I ran late to the appointment, but the staff was understanding and still got me in and out in under an hour. Yesterday my kids and I were in a little bit of a rough situation. With everything going on in the world I’ve been so preoccupied that I hadn’t been paying as much attention to my car. So much that I didn’t notice my front driver side tire was so bald the wire was showing through on the inside and the outside of the tire. I called up to discount to explain the situation and spoke with Clay. He was super nice and just said to run it up there as soon as I could. So I picked up the kids as soon as I got off and went straight up there. We pulled in and Clay immediately came out to take a look at the tire. I went into to detail about me purchasing the warranty and the miles the tires had and when I purchased the tires. He asked if we had recently got the front tire replaced and which I did but the experience I had then wasn’t so great. I was reluctant to go into detail because I don’t like speaking bad about a business, but I explained to him what happened. He was extremely apologetic and actually concerned. I was prepared to pay for a new tire even though I don’t really have the money especially with how jobs are here lately and having two kids, BUT Clay got us a new tire at no charge at all. I drive the interstate daily to get to work and to get my kids where they need to go everyday so I can work. My tires go through a lot of wear and tear so it was absolutely dire that I got at least one new tire, and Clay helped us out with that. I have to say yesterday was by far the best experience I’ve ever had at discount tire in Lebanon. I will definitely be going back to get all new tires soon!

Great place. Got there early before they opened. A bunch of people arrived after me. They all got out of their cars stood at the door. I just stayed in my vehicle. When they opened for business the guy came out and walked right past all the people that were standing at the door and came to my truck. He said I believe you were first in line. Let me go in ahead of everybody who had got out of their cars. Thought that was really cool. On top of that they got me in and out the door real quick in under 45 minutes. That’s why I’m sitting here writing this review now. About to get a new set of tires again. I also ordered my tires online so I didn’t have to come by here twice. The online ordering work great! My tire store for good.

Discount Tire of Lebanon TN is an awesome store. Have purchased many sets of tires with them and have had tires plugged on a couple of occasions. Each time I am welcomed with a smile and a handshake. They are very helpful and when doing the work, the guys in the bay are just flying around. Ive never and I say Ive never had to wait longer than 30 minutes. Even when getting a new set of tires.

Don’t waste your time they are inconsiderate and don’t know how to talk to people. When telling them something about your tire they just respond with a sigh saying “I guess”. Like they are to lazy to do a simple task. Don’t recommend.

They understood I had a budget to work with. I got the baseline tires for my vehicle, was out in 2 hours with no appointment while they were busy. The gentleman that helped me asked about my driving habits (I drive a lot through various conditions), and showed me the tires to save up for that would be the best for my money. He asked if I was interested in in-store financing and when I said no thanks he didnt mention it anymore. Definitely a returning customer :)

They are great! I always use discount tire and have always had a great experience. Great customer service and great work. They dont try to oversell you which I really appreciate! I was in and out in 30 minutes (2 new tires). Ive also dropped in to have my tire patched before and it was super quick and they even did it for free (original to the car not one I bought from them). This is obviously a good company and they really hire quality people. This is the only place to go for tires.

Discount Tire is beyond a great business across North America but they are also wonderful in Middle Tennessee. Small issues they fix them and big problems they handle them with ease. Many years been getting my tires from Lebanon or Smyrna stores. Almost 12 vehicles on various user accounts and always professional attitudes. Of course they are salesmen and are rewarded to upsell like every other service business.Great job Discount Tire. All others are copy cats.

Got there at 8AM and was told car was going to be pulled in at 10:30am-11:00am. 11:00am rolls around I go ask why my car hasnt been pulled in they tell me I have over an 1 hour wait. This is the second bad experience Ive had with this place. This makes me not even want to go to Discount Tire anymore! Ive been to plenty different stores never had this issue twice. So if you planning on spending your whole day there then go for it. This place sucks!!!!!

I wanted to share my experience with the wonderful gentlemen I worked with over the past two days after having a blowout on the interstate. I’m not from Tennessee, so when this happened, I had no idea what to do. I attempted roadside assistance, but of course, they’re backed up and delayed for 24+ hours. After finding a friend with a tow truck, I was relieved to find a tire repair company so quickly. After a quick Google search I found this location with the highest/best Google reviews and went with it. The customer service was top of the line. Gary worked with me for the most part, but Thomas and Steve (I believe was his name) were very helpful as well. This place definitely has some professional, well educated employees. I’ve already gotten a quote on tires for the future on another vehicle I own, so definitely will be returning! I highly recommend this business.

I recently purchased tires for my van. A couple of times over the past week my low tire light has been going on and off randomly. When I called the store, I was told it could be a bad sensor and they would be happy to check it out. Today I called to set up an appointment, but Kyle said that since I was in town, to just bring it by and he would look at it....even though it was pouring rain. My particular van doesnt have sensors, but the system has to be reset. When he saw me pull up, he immediately came out to see if he could take care of the problem. He checked the air pressure in all the tires and then reset the system, while at the same time getting drenched. That is customer service at its best! With employees like Kyle, you bet I will recommend them.

I made the appointment and was told it would take a few days for the tires I wanted to come in. I called the day of the appointment and I was told the tires arrived. I arrived for my appointment on time. They immediately took my vehicle and for the installation and told me it would take 35 minutes. They were done in 30 minutes and I was on my way. I admit that I thought it would not be done on time because of the late hour of the day, but they know what theyre doing and they got it done without any problems. I will definitely use Discount Tire and this location again.

About all four tires at this place they never checked the old too they never rebalanced them I had to come back to make them rebound some and put the proper air pressure in them and then lie to me about the balancing I always have to go back to make them fix the tire

These guys were amazing!!! Got there way before they opened but they knew who had gotten there first and came straight out to take care of us and another man 15 min prior to the doors being opened. There was a man standing at the door to be first, who had arrived an hour agtwr us, but the guys came straight out to us and took care of us as #2 in line for the morning. THAT impressed my husband and I, thanks guys for a great job and showing us that we were top priority for you guys that morning!

It is so awesome that they fix flats for free. I also contacted their corporate office via email to ask a question around 9:30. I got a automated response back immediately that all customer service people were busy and would contact me as soon as they were available. They replied back around 1 that they will send it to the regional executive and local store.
