Just picked up my vehicle from Craft Collision. We recently moved to the Nashville area, and I needed some body work done on my truck. I wanted an independent operator (as opposed to one of the national or regional chains), and found Craft Collision online. They did a great job with the body work, and even detailed the interior while they had it. Kevin is great to deal with. Highly recommend this business. Hope I dont need body work again, but if I do, this is where Im going.

Very friendly and did a great job repainting the front cap of my fifth wheel camper. It took a little longer than expected because of rain and moisture in the air. I would recommend them.

This shop is very conveniently located on 109 a few minutes from Gallatin in Lebanon. Kevin and his team repair your vehicle and before no time you get your car back in great shape. Attention to detail seemed priority though the entire repair.

I recently had the need to have my car repaired, I was asked to use a preferred provider and decided to do some checking. I found that the preferred provider used aftermarket and used parts. I went with Craft Collision and very happy with the work they did and was delivered sooner than was promised by the preferred provider. I hope I don’t need them again anytime soon but if I need them, they have my business!

My rv buddies know how difficult it is to find quality and timely professionals. if you are in the nashville (lebanon) tn. area i would highly recommend craft. i had major body work done and the quality of work was superb. they were able to begin the work in a timely manner . they took care of all the insurance paperwork and they kept me informed throughout the process.

I wrecked my truck in a simple accident and it took almost two months to get it back. I had to stay on them all the time or theres no telling long it would have taken. The work was not done the way we had agreed upon when we first discussed it. Ill never take another vehicle to them.

I called for an estimate and they were to sorry to return my call. They will not ever get my business!
