Rude rude rude. Sales men took one look at us then argued on who was going to take us. He did not even know the cars on the lot and truly didnt care if we bought or not. Should of left after we walked in the door and it took a few minutes to acknowledge us even though no customers and 3 reps all on their phones looked up at us.. i will never go back!

They are always great to me there. I buy my cars there and their service department is greqt and prices are reasonable and they stand behind their work.

Do not trust their advertising they will not tell you the truth....

Today was my first experience and everyone I spoke to was very helpful, friendly and attentive. The Service waiting area was lovely - free beverages and snacks, free WiFi, charging station, clean restrooms. I will look forward to coming back here for any future service needs.

This is the only place I will take my car. While most dealerships are pushy and you feel swindled, I never feel like these people are trying to tell me things I dont need or tell me somethings wrong when its not; they will lay out what they find and they will make their suggestions and more often then not they have saved me money as opposed to spending more. Thats why I drive 45 minutes one way just to get to these people even for an oil change. They take amazing care of me and I would never go anywhere elseTotally trustworthy and a comfortable waiting room too!

Had a recall issue with my gmc terrain for oil consumption...they changed the oil, checked it at 1000miles then again at 200miles and found it was consuming to much oil. Replaced pistons and all the work, put me in a loaner vehicle that was new and nice.. took only 2 days for the whole job and only like 10mins when I got the loaner. Everything was smooth and the people I talked to and worked with were very nice and accommodating. I definitely recommend Wilson County Motors

Wont ever buy another Chevrolet and expect that the warranty means anything. My cars windshield is defective from the manufacturer and from research found out both Chevrolet and Volkswagen have this issue. Volkswagen will replace the windshield, Chevrolet says its normal. Went to a window place and he said its where dirt particles are trapped in between the layers of glass.

We went there for an oil change and tire rotation, they only did the oil change. They told us they washed the car, it was a very poor poor wash job if they even attempted it.

They did a good job.

It was quick and they did what they were supposed to do except for once again I have to adjust my tire pressure myself because its always wrong
