I wish I could get them zero. Had an emergency situation traveling through town. I talked to someone twice and was given the wrong expectation on timeline (Same day turned into Monday). Just traveling through for work. Got tons of excuses and company policy talk rather then answers and action.I always had a good experience with FS in KC. Expected more from a smaller town. Ill stick with the locally owned and operated places next time.

Paid nearly $80 for a rotate and balance. They initially didnt even rotate the tires so I had to take it back. Drove it on the highway on my way to work and the tires are so out of balance my steering wheel and entire dash is shaking from the vibration.This was severely disappointing.

I wanted to start by saying that Ive come to trust Firestone Complete Auto Care due to repeated excellent experiences at the shop on Barry Road in Kansas City (Store 17086). With this in mind, I want to make sure I accurately relate my experience at the Leavenworth location. As it was my first time at the Leavenworth location, I knew it best to walk in and let them know what services I needed and then they could tell me when to bring the car in. This was on Wednesday, and it was recommended to bring it back in on Friday. I dropped the car off on Friday before 8:30AM, authorized the work that could be quoted (oil change and two new tires) and agreed to discuss additional brake and suspension work over the phone after inspection. I made a point to stick close to the phone at work so I wouldnt miss the call. After 1:30PM with no call, I called the store, requesting an update. The voice on the other end sounded unsure but let me know they should have it in by 3PM. Once I arrived back at the shop at 5pm, I noticed no authorized tire work had been completed. It turns out absolutely no work had been done to the car. It was explained to me that after a test drive, there was alot going on and they didnt have everything to address the work needed. What needed to happen was the oil change and the two new tires were installed as agreed upon, and then at least a phone call to let me know the current status. I was offered a free oil change if I could bring it back, but Im going to take it back down to the Barry Road store instead.

OMG this is the best place to have your car repaired very knowledgeable reputable get the job done people that work there and they arent like those other repair shops predators and take advantage of women that dont know anything about cars they take very good care of all their customers will never go anywhere else

Terrible customer service. One manager tells me to have a tire shipped to them and I do. The other manager says he cant get me to replace ONE tire for over a week. Zero customer service, zero accountability. I did their work for them and had the tire shipped to them in less than 48 hours. they couldnt get the same tire delivered for in that short amount of time. Im glad this WAS AN emergency. More excuses on why they couldnt help rather than why they could help.

Woody the guy running the shop here in KS was very much customer friendly. I told him what I needed done & he got his tech on the job! Done within the hr. Not like this in the Hermitage location! Also, didnt try to tell me that I needed somethin that I really didnt!

Got my oil changed here. Turns out they didnt put all my pieces back while changing my oil filter. Left me with no oil. Could have blown my engine. Ended up taking my car else where for them to confirm someone didnt know what they was doing. Looked at reviews to see others had the same issue. No refund was given for there mess up now 180 down the drain for a simple oil change. DO NOT GET YOUR OIL CHANGEDHERE. TAKE your car to another shop. Very disappointed .

Today was better than last week when I made an appointment just to show up and them saying oh well we canceled the appointment! we called you... No missed called no nothing. The customer service was horrible that day being on their cell phone was a top priority for these guys... They reschuled me for Saturday so they said. But when I called to confirm the appointment the morning of ; it was never scheduled. But the young man over the phone scheduled me for today everything was ok on my end today but I noticed one of the same individuals taking advantange of an elderly woman was quite sad. Very dissapointed with the service given here in Leavenworth, Kansas all other locations ive been too have been so awesome...

Moved out here recently found them through google searching and good ratings. Made my appointment for my oil change online. Arrive and got in a few minutes after my appointment time. Great customer service I highly recommend them.Returned on Feb 18 not as satisfied. I made a appointment and still was told 45-60 minutes for a oil change. No thank you I left.

They did a great job fixing my car. They explained everything very well and made sure we understood what needed to be done and how long it would take, even apologizing when it took a little longer due to how busy they were. Will be back with all of our vehicles when needed for sure!

Scheduled 4 days in advance an oil change and tire repair.....I had an appointment and I’m still waiting....it’s been nearly two hours. I expect lengthy waits when I don’t have an appointment....I certainly didn’t set aside an entire day for routine car care when there are express oil changes close enough.

Very good on tires and some maintenance. Very friendly guys out front. But my second trip there in a few weeks and both times my loose change (except pennies) was taken out of my coin/junk slot in console. Will go again for other maintenance but will empty my console next time.

I have been coming to this location (Firestone Complete Auto Care in Leavenworth, KS) for all of our vehicles needs for the last 2 1/2 years since we moved to Kansas mainly because of the customer service, especially from Harry and Gary. They explain things so it is easy for us to understand and are honest with us on what our vehicle truly needs and not extra services just to get the extra buck like Ive experienced other Auto Care places do. Excellent service in a timely fashion. Woody and John are both amazing and always go out of their way to care for my familys vehicles as if our cars and trucks were their own. Ive never been disappointed with this place they always go above and beyond. My car would of been sold years ago if it werent for their help! And they always show they care, if my vehicle needs something they dont do in their shop (like when i needed a spare key) they know who to call and they call that person right then and there to help as much as they can. Good place to get tires, but thats about it. Husband had them do an oil change when we got new tires. Car has been leaking oil since then...this time we changed the oil and found that they put the wrong size oil filter in. Could have cost me a new engine or new car. Oil change is basic maintenance, not that much brain work involved, and yet they screwed that up...very disappointed.

Ive been driving to this store for years when I need service, we live 45 miles away. I go to this store because they are honest, professional and friendly. They dont try to sell me service I dont need, they keep me informed on anything I do or may need soon and their prices are fair on tires, parts and service. The manager and his staff are excellent and seasoned people.

Had new tires installed, alignment performed and oil changed. All was done at quoted price and ahead of schedule. Help was knowledgeable and polite. Will do business there again.

Ive been a customer here before and the service and advice are always great. They give you honest advice on repairs and have quotes ready when you need them. Today was no different. I came in for a tire rotation and alignment and during the courtesy inspection, they determined a tie rod was badly worn and my brakes were dangerously thin. They did not pressure me, but provided me with quotes and were able to complete the additional repairs the same day. I also inquired into replacing the other tie rod end, but they told me it wasnt necessary. Now my vehicles drives much better than when I brought it in.

Bought two new tires and they were fast and efficient and priced appropriately. I have bought tires here before and they do stand behind their sales and repairs.

I chose this installer based solely on proximity and advertised cost to install tires (which was 20-30% below others in the area). After I had tracked my Tire Rack order and seen it had arrived, I contacted the installer on a Saturday. Despite not having an appointment, they said I could bring it in. The counter staff was very professional, and despite having no appointment, they got my vehicle on the rack within 30 minutes. I asked them to tighten the lug nuts only to the torque specified for the vehicle (not just over-torque with an air gun). They said that was not an issue and would comply with my request. I shopped in the area for 2 hours, and when I checked back, the vehicle was done. I had asked them to also check the alignment, which they reported the results to me when I got back. There was only one wheel out of spec, so they said its completely up to you as to whether to do it. Given that I had just installed $900 worth of new tires, 80ish dollars to align all four wheels was a no-brainer. The alignment took another 20 minutes, and I was good to go. I inspected each wheel and all lug nuts after, and there were no issues with the work they performed. Overall, I was very satisfied with this Firestone location and would go back. The staff was very friendly and professional. The work was good (no scratches on the wheels, etc.), and the price was more than reasonable. My only request would be that they call me when the tires arrived at their location (they did not), as my tires had actually be there for 4 days when I called them. That was a very small issue, however, and I would definitely take my vehicle back to this location.

Awesom guys. Very quick and helpful. They didnt leave any dirt in my car. Ive had that problem a lot when I use Walmart. Walmart will get oil on my cream leather seats. They even changed my license plate for me because Id lost the bit that fit. The lounge area was also clean and comfortable.

This shows me they can not handle multitasking and have a total lack of customer respect. All customers should be treated equally whether they are calling in or are there in person. Went there a few years ago told them I was heading east and wanted 4 champion hr, the manager told me he had 2, told him to put on front, ( front wheel drive) I will get 2 more when I reached my destination, he argued that they had to be put in the back, now this is Nov, I said I am going to run into snow, after a little while arguing I said I will take it somewhere else, that is when he said he would put them on the front, a few months later went for a oil change same guy told him I had a squeak when it was dry but not if the roads were wet took him outside and bounced the back bumper so he could here right off told me I needed rear struts and that was the problem, reminded him it only happens when it is dry, he said I need to take it to the dealer then which I did, they found the problem in 5 minutes, I fixed it myself for 2.00 the dealer did charge me, never stepped in a Firestone after that never will if this is what they hire
