Nick was very nice and easy to work with. He walked me through all of my options, the impact of those choices, and was very knowledgeable in answering my questions. Whole experience took maybe 15 minutes

I came in for a double piercing, they drew dots on my ear where the earrings were gonna go and they looked fine but when they pierced it, it was way off and now one is higher and closer than the other.

Came in at 11:15 to get piercings. Was told to come back at 12 so I did. Was then told I needed and appointment and had to wait until 12:30. Showed up a couple minutes before and waited another 20 min. Before getting them done. The lady was super nice but the waiting and watching other people who showed up after me get helped first was stressful.

Jessica is amazing!!! I got both lobes repierced and did my cartilage (which was painful but so cute!!). She was with me every step of the way. Helped pick out the jewelry, gave advise on purity of metals, cleaning advise, got us a discount, and she valued my input on the placement of the piercings. She has been piercing for 10 years and it shows. I will definitely request her in the future. Thank you Jessica!!!!

I had to have my ear love piercings surgically removed at Layton hospital, which I had to pay for out of pocket even though they say their is a disclaimer that covers medical issues with a bad piercing. Then I was told after it healed up I would be able to get the piercing redone by a manager at the Ogden location. When I got there they flat out refused. If you want to get an infected, Uneven piercing that will require surgery and NO RESOLUTION or any appropriate rosponsability from the company then this is the place to go. AWFUL WORST MONTH OF INFECTION IVE EVER EXPERIENCED.

Worker had her shoes off. Stood for at least 5 min waiting for her to get off the phone. She saw us but ignored us. A few moments later she looked at us said she was closed and turned away. Not impressed 1 bit.

Had a wonderful experience here today ! the workers were all terribly kind and attentive, and the manager did her absolute best to fulfill my needs ! the work area was very clean, and with the pandemic, they took every precaution possible in assuring both mine and their safety. i was able to get 2 cartilage piercings, and i’m so glad i listened to the manager’s recommendations on both the choice in studs and the placement of said piercings. i was nervous about the pain, but my piercer helped calm me down and was very patient with me. they turned out beautiful and exactly how i wanted ! highly recommend !!

Ive gotten all of my newest piercings here. My firsts were done at Claires a long time ago and theyre so uneven its obnoxious. But the girls here got my seconds and thirds done so well that my ears look super even and nice. The employee that helped me spoke to her training and experience which made the process easier. Super cool place, with affordable piercings ✌🏻

Bought some earrings for my daughter there and the stems got all bent up. They told me that happens but I am a female and have my ears pierced and that has never happened to me! I put new earrings in her ears also frontman there and they are screw ons and we lost a back and now I have no back ups for her. Praying her ears don’t close up. Do not recommend this place at all!! They wouldn’t do anything for us when we asked.

I took my twin 4 year olds to get their ears pierced today. Jessie and Lilly were very friendly and professional and went the extra mile to make my girls feel comfortable. They took their time to make sure everything was even and lined up. I definitely recommend calling before you go to make sure there are two people working so they can pierce both ears at the same time. Very good experience - my girls are so happy with their earrings 😊

Ive have both of my daughters ears pierced here and its been a very positive experience for them and me. My youngest kept having one of them fall out and seriously, Callista couldnt have been nicer or more helpful both times. I highly recommend!

I recently got a helix piercing done here, and I thought the manager running the kiosk was very nice! She seems incredibly knowledgeable about the jewelry and gold in general.The store was having a buy one set, get one 50% off, so instead of buying just a single earring for the piercing I was getting, I decided to take advantage of the deal and go for the sets. It was going to be a lot more than I planned on spending, but I understand how nice high quality jewelry is. The associate was very enthusiastic and told me all about the warranty on the earrings I was buying.Later that day as I was reviewing my emailed receipt, I realized that I was charged for multiply warranties, when she hadn’t mentioned that it would cost anything at all. She made it seem like it was just a normal part of purchasing at their store. I was pretty annoyed, as I felt like she was being purposefully misleading. Apparently the warranty is not standard with a purchase, and you have to buy it for each piece of jewelry that you buy. It’s a nice warranty, but I wish I would have been given the option to purchase it, instead of being tricked into paying extra for it.The other thing that annoyed me was finding out that the 50% off was only for ONE earring. So you buy a whole set and get one earring half off. I don’t know if that was just a miscommunication on my end, but I was under the impression that I would be receiving another pair of earrings...not just a single earring. If I had been aware of everything, I would have only paid for the one earring needed for the piercing itself, and nothing else.Overall, I think the jewelry is beautiful and high quality. I think the sales associates are friendly and helpful, but not the most forthcoming when it comes to a bottom line. I ended up spending about $75 more than I thought I would, and not getting what I wanted in the end.If you go in with eyes wide open and clarify exactly what you’re going to get before you buy, I would recommend this place.

Been going there for about 3 years now. I buy all of my jewelry there. They have this nice addition I can purchase do that it protects my jewelry if anything comes to it I can get a brand new one! They are owned by the same company as kays and Jareds so I know I can trust them when piercing my ears. I highly recommend them!!

I went to have my daughters ears pierced here after only reading five star reviews. I wanted to add this review. It was unsettling that the shop was at a kiosk in the mall out in the open. I wasn’t expecting that, and would have preferred more privacy. It was uncomfortable having my daughters ears pierced while other customers were waiting and watching. The piercing wasn’t done the best and needed re-done. The redo was even worse with the back showing from the front. I would have given less stars except the manager tried very hard to make things right and refunded at least the cost of the earrings. So if you have a child who has anxiety and you’re going to only have one shot at getting the piercing done, you may want to go to a professional.

I came here just to browse but their employees are really amazing. Theyre very friendly and make the store easy to shop at. I dont feel intimidated like I would at a jewelry store like Kays. Not only that but the jewelery is such nice quality. This will be my new place for all of my jewelery.

Great experience for my daughters 9th birthday. They did both ears at the same time. She gets really nervous with shots at the doctor but Lilian and Jessica were awesome to work with!

I like this place friendly people fairly good prices they dont try to gouge the public on their pricing and I feel that they have quality pieces as well even if you dont spend $100 you are still getting a good piece of jewelry

I was told to go to another shop to have my 5 year old daughter LaMonika ears pierced, but coming off of the escalator I was greeted with a warm smile from Callista. She must have read what we were attempting to do. LaMonika had gotten really scared, but thanks to Callista being so sweet and understanding LaMonika gathered her courage and agreed to have them done. Because of Callista going above and beyond, I give Pagoda a 5 star rating and will recommend all my friends use their services. Thank you Callista for making a Daddys 1st piercing a success. I went here for a cartilage piercing and I had the opportunity to meet the amazing Jessica!!! Okay where do I start. This girl has some amazing! Customer service skills she easily figured out my style and what I wanted and easily talked me into extra piercings as well that I wasn’t even planning on she was so kind and any fears I had for piercing were completely washed away she is just so happy and so kind and you can absolutely tell that she loves her job and what she is doing and not only did she upsell me on more peircings but also upsold me on a bunch of extra earrings for when I can change my new ones and like I said totally nailed my style! I left extremely happy with my purchase and services which I feel like is pretty rare that I can say I was this happy and pleased with something I would highly recommend her and this place to absolutely anyone so if your looking for new peircings definitely give Jessica a visit!

DO NOT get your cartilage here!! They may be good for lower ear lobe piercings but they destroyed my my upper cartilage piercing and thought it was no big deal..
