Incredible service and immaculate repairs done to my Audi A4. I had hoped when bringing my car in to them that they were able to perform the job and do the repairs well, and I have to say they absolutely surpassed my expectations. You would think that it would be difficult to get a hold of the shop however every time I called, Ashley was so professional and attentive. Such a pain free experience. Thanks to Keith, Paul, Ashley and everyone else who all worked on my vehicle!

Mike, Kenneth and the crew are incredible! Although they have been extremely busy trying to fix all the chaos that Cutrubus Collision dumped on them, they made sure to keep me in the loop through the process of fixing my Audi Q5 after an accident. I applaud their patience, honesty and will be returning for any future maintenance on my car.

I had a truck back up into my new 2020 Camry and had around 4k damage to the rear. Paul was really nice and took care of the car. I picked it up 3 weeks later. I wished I looked at it more carefully when I left. Now every time I wash my car I can see the missing paint around the back door and other scratches that were not there before. They did a good job overall but me being picky just because it was 5 months old. It was also dirty inside and out when I picked it up.

Paul and his team aew awesome! They have worked on both my daughters Dodge Challenger and Joe my Chrysler 200. They work is clean and professional. I wouldnt take my vehicle anywhere else.

Ive been into Young Collision center twice now for the same issue just 2 different doors. My rotator in my door that runs my windows broke. Both time I went in, they were friendly, happy, quick and got me in and out fast. Ashlee at the front desk is very nice and friendly.

My truck was in an auto accident and was taken to them to be repaired. Although it took a little longer than expected when I went to pick it up there was some flaws and issues that needed to be addressed Paul one of the adjusters that worked there come out and let me ramp and rave and I have to say that I was pretty angry at the time he stayed very professional wrote down everything that I had requested and seen and had it taken care of by that following Friday. Thank you Paul for your professionalism and listening to what your customers have to say and addressing those issues.

My car, a Toyota Avalon, had an argument with the door frame of the garage and lost the argument. My insurance agent recommended me Young Collision Center in Layton and the car was brought in order to my very best satisfaction - as if the damage never had happened. Programming the blind spot detector was outsourced to Toyota. I am very happy with the end result. And car and door frame are now reconciled!

My vehicle was being repaired after an accident and delivered on time. However, my car was filthy when I got it back. The workers lunch and Jamba Juice was left in the car and they got grease on the inside. They behaved unprofessionally when I picked up the vehicle as well. They were supposed to do an oil change but didn’t. So far the repair is ok but probably won’t use them again.

I have never dropped off any of my vehicles before and had a place take me home and pick me up after my vehicle was done. That was awesome

Horrible service, they took 1 month and a half to repair a minor accident, front wheel was hit & no wheel allignment was done & then they even say its normal that your car pulls to the right you dont need allignment and nothing in suspension is bend + they returned car unwashed not vacuumed and their excuse is constantly we cant get parts from chevy. Stay away unless you like bad service!

Walked in to get a quote, wasn’t greeted but was immediately rudely told by the woman at the front desk I need to schedule an appointment. They were scheduling quotes out by almost 3 weeks. For a bid that takes maybe 15 minutes? Then she told me they were scheduled out for repairs another 3 weeks? Interesting. Definitely wont be taking anything there if theyre too busy to do a quote.

I have had a good experience with every vehicle that they have taken care of for me.Mike has always gone out of his way to make sure every detail was of the repair was finished as if it was his own. I have no hesitation to refer family and friends knowing they have and will be taken care and very satisfied when the repairs are completed.

Absolutely terrible experience. I was hit by someone and I chose them as my body shop. Their prices are outrageous. They also failed going over some repairs I didn’t ask for but never explained anything to me. Customer service is awful. I was told I would be called with an update and never received any calls. I have to keep calling in. Every time I call in the secretary doesn’t answer any of my questions as well as the estimator handling my vehicle doesn’t answer my calls either so I get sent to his voicemail every time I called. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE! They were not helpful at all. They made my experience a nightmare!

The only reason its a one is because 0 isnt an option. They couldnt get me in for an estimate...an estimate... The receptionist at the front desk was extremely rude. I wouldnt have them fix my car if they were the only place on Earth!! The other collision centers in the area will do an estimate any time & be more friendly! I was only going there because they apparently have all these “great” reviews which are all fake by the way! not a fan... get better customer service!

It saddens me to write this review but people should know what to look out for especially with local business. My wife walked in today to see if she could get an estimate and the front end receptionist Holly was so rude to my wife my wife’s jaw almost dropped on the floor Holly told my wife she needed to make an appointment but my wife had no idea and today was her only day off and we both work 12 hours and these guys are closed on the weekends my wife was in shock and couldn’t believe the rudeness she received from Holly so they lost our business and we will be going to another body shop who will give us better customer service than Holly did. We don’t recommend coming here.

We were very pleased with the staff, bid process, excellent prompt service and the final outcome of our vehicle. Mike and Paul were great! We have always had great service with this body shop.

I would give these guys 6 stars if possible. I am so pleased with the Young Chevrolet Body Shop, it all started when I called with 20 questions and needed to schedule an appointment, the receptionist was beyond great to answer all my questions and get me scheduled in immediately, they even called me everyday to keep me up to date with where my car was with the repairs. They have done an amazing job on my vehicle, you cant even tell my car had even a scratch on it. They worked great with me and my insurance. I definitely recommend this place to anyone who wants great work done. True pride in their work. They go above and beyond and really want to make you happy.

Backed my tailgate into my 5th wheel pinbox. Sucks to be me. Left my gate with the shop for them to fix while continuing to drive my truck. Took about a week and my tailgate looks just as good as before!

They did a terrible job on my grandmas car, when they first worked on it the car was so filthy on the inside & scratches very where on the outside...she only went went back because she needed to trade her car in & which one the first place they should’ve did a correct job but my grandma had to go out of her way to go back to this shop & had to get all of the scratches out, she talked to the manager “Mike” & “Mike” supposedly the shop manager told my grandma that the employee that originally worked on her car “no longer worked there” & the employee who originally cleaned her car after the repairs also “no longer worked there”well that was a lie, we had found out the employees & the painter who worked on her car still in fact still work there,so the manager lied to my grandma, so do Not do business with these people, no honesty or customer value here, just lies.

If you put a closing time of 6:00 pm on your door and i show up to pickup my car at 5:45 after leaving work early you better be open!

If I could give -5 stars I would! When my car was in this shop Paul dropped the ball so many times on updating me where my car was in the process I had to eventually contact the insurance company to let them know about how I was being treated at this shop so then they had to call for me to get an update Paul would always say he would call me but never did so whenever I would call he would stumble over his words knowing he completely forgot about me.. unbelievable so much for “great customer service” over all I would never come back here and recommend others to not come here, there is plenty of better shops in the area.. stay away from here at all costs!!!

Thanks to Paul and his staff. Yesterday I brought my car in to have my sunroof fixed from a rock completely destroying it while I was driving to work.Long story short, they helped us work through a pain of an insurance company and resolving the emergency at hand.My sunroof looks like it never happened. They washed my car, cleaned the inside, and more. I cant thank you guys enough.

I have taken my suv to Young a couple of different times and every time I get my vehicle back sooner than expected.They have always done an excellent job & my vehicle is always clean inside & out. I will use them again and I refer everyone I know that needs work done to both Paul & Mike.

Well, my car was there for over 3 weeks. When I was told it would only be 2 days. I was told id get regular updates, that isnt true. Paul never called me. Ive got no calls from anyone. I called and got no return call ever. Only time i spoke to anyone was when I called I spoke with Holly, she gave terrible customer service, plus gave me a rude attitude & tone. So i had to physically go there to get something from my car saw that a bunch of my change/money was missing!! Definitely very unhappy at this moment... Do not take your car here. Worst customer service.

Ive only been here once, and honestly it was because I was taking my aunt to get her car fixed. So I cant really give a review on the service done, but from what I observed the mechanics were really nice and good to work with. We didnt have an appointment but they were happy to work us in for an oil change. They were extremely fast and we didnt have to wait long at all!

Me and my dad walked in for an estimate last week which to our surprise Holly at the front desk gave us such a rude attitude and spoke with us in such a horrible tone saying we needed a to call ahead to make an appointment or we could wait for 30 mins! So we left and were happy to go to another body shop not too far

I was told to leave a good 5 star fake review from an employee bribing strangers in a large facebook group because real customers are too old or lazy to actually do it themselves. Dont trust this business! I would look at Yelp for a more reliable overview. Complete frauds.

I called one day after I had been in an accident, spoke with Sharlene, she was wonderful at answering all my questions and concerns, walked me through the process, helped me get what I needed to get done to get the ball rolling with my vehicle. Worst body shop ever! The front receptionist Holly was so rude when I walked in she had an unnecessary attitude then Paul who is an estimator tried giving me such a low ball estimate??? On top of that he tried charging me $50 for a pre scan for my car before repairs & then another $50 for a post scan, I highly recommend not coming here, rude office staff & want to charge $100 for unnecessary actions.. I will tell anyone not to do business here!

When I ran into a wall (quite literally) after hydro planing my vehicle was in horrible shape and I had my vehicle towed here. When I had it towed here I went to Mike who was very patient with me (despite my head injury) and answered all of my questions involving the entire process because this is the first accident I have ever been in. With Mikes help my entire process was extremely easy. When my assignment was sent over Charlene contacted me and was very sweet and again answered all of my questions and made sure I had a vehicle and was overall satisfied with my experience Charlene even went above and beyond and recommended specific after care for the concussion that I mentioned I had, Charlene then turned over my assignment to Barry who determined that my vehicle was a total loss and began working with my insurance company. I would highly recommend sending your vehicle to this shop if you happen to get in an accident, ask for Mike and be sure to tell him that Stone sent you, they will make it as pain free as possible. (Besides the the injuries from the accident but they cant really help you there)

I dont usually take the time to leave reviews very often, but I felt like I should after the Great Customer service, support and amazing craftsmanship that they provided in getting my wifes new car back into showroom condition. After someone had wrecked into her new Dodge Charger I had to call around to find someone who I thought I would be able to trust in getting the job done right without taking short cuts and using inferior parts. Being a former Autobody repair and painter myself, I knew that finding a shop with Skilled Craftsman that care more about providing the highest quality work over making their high commissions on their paycheck would be very difficult. After speaking with Mike, the Manager of Young Collision Center in Layton Utah, he assured me that he and his team would make my wife happy with the work they could do. I, and more importantly, my wife have been extremely happy with the quality of the work that did on her Baby! They kept us informed well throughout the whole process and kept us updated on the progress of the repairs. I will definitely be taking any future repairs that my family might be in need of in the future to Mike and his Awesome team!
