Slow working with insurance companies. Great people, though.

I recently picked up my car after a school bus had ripped my front bumper off. I inquired what had been replaced on it and was told everything on my front end including all of my splash guarding, grill, and brackets, total cost about 2500. I noticed the day I picked it up that they reused my grill as it was missing the sticker I had ripped off the week prior. This isnt a huge deal except they lied to me and one of the holes that holds the plastic tab is ripped through. They also told me they would respray my fenders so that my bumper would properly blend with the rest of my car(which they did) but they reused my old lip without repainting it so the black looks all faded scratched compared to the new bumper. I also have a large gap from the bumper to the headlight that I didnt have before. And to finish it off, i noticed I have large scratches on my hood that werent there before like somebody had set something on it. The manager called me after I posted this and had me bring it back in and fixed everything, along with paying for a rental. They did a very good job and he apologized immensely about the first errors so I do have to hand it to them that they stepped up.

I have unfortunately needed collision repairs twice in theblast couple years. Both times I took our car here and both times have been extremely satisfied. The first time they accidentally re-installed the broken tail light, and when we pointed it out they were able to fix it quickly and without a fuss. The second time we noticed something poking out a little and they fixed it no problem. So just make sure you give it a close look when you get your car back, which you should do anytime you have work done on a car exterior, and theyll probably be happy to fix anything. They also wash and vacuum/ detail the car so thats a huge plus. Like getting a new car again. I will definitely go there again if I have the misfortune of being in another accident.

They did an excellent job on our car! They were willing to let us test drive, and when we pointing out something they were willing to fix it! Super nice.

Would give more than a five star review if I could! I recently purchased a new bumper and had it painted with Cutrubus. Staff was super friendly and helpful and got me in and out of their place quickly. Just installed the bumper and I could not be happier with the result. You know how nice it would be if your dad owned a collision repair shop when you needed one? Well, that’s what it felt like when I went to Cutrubus. Not that Kenny, the manager, is old; he just cared about more than making loads of money and wanted to get my van fixed. He seems like a genuinely good person who is also good at what he does. I’ve never felt so comfortable with anything concerning my vehicle care, which is why I’m taking the time to write a review. I didn’t feel like I was getting ripped off or pressured into doing anything. Kenny took plenty of time to go over every option I had to fix my van and shared his helpful, professional opinions. I hope I don’t need any more collision repair, but if I do, this will be my first stop. I loved the other staff too. Good, kind, efficient, professional people.

We were driving through on a vacation trip from Illinois to the Pacific Northwest and drove over a dead deer at 75 mph at 1:00am. We called ahead to the Cutrubus Collision Center at our first scheduled stop in Leyton, Utah. They were fantastic!They had our van on a lift, inspected, clean of all “venison jerky”, and back on the road within 45 minutes!! I have had 3 accidents with my new car in less than 6 months and I ONLY take it to these guys because they make it look good as new when theyre done. The staff is SUPER friendly and the workmanship is perfection! HIGHLY recommend. Every time Ive taken it in Ive had it back super fast and they called me every day to update me on the status. I got rear-ended mid December. The whole back passenger side was badly damaged. We had it towed to Cutrubus Collision and they fixed it. We got it back December 29 and it looks amazing! Cant even tell it was ever in an accident. They are so friendly and just amazing and got it done faster then we thought. We will definitely be going back if needed! The did outstanding and went above and beyond our expectation. We just love them!!!

I set up the appointment with Cindy weeks in advance and let HER know that I planned on picking up my vehicle upon my return from my trip. Along with the body work needed, Cutrubus Collision needed to apply an aftermarket paint sealant to get the vehicle back to its original purchase condition. The Cutrubus team executed everything perfectly. Color match of the paint was awesome. Probably the best body work experience in my 43 years of owning a vehicle. THANKS CUTRUBUS

AMAZING! I don’t know if I could be any happier with my experience- honestly! Less than two weeks to fix a pretty extensive front-end encounter with the trailer hitch of a truck (I swear it must have gone 12” into my car). Cindy was ridiculously nice and and everyone else I met was just a great. I wasn’t even going to consider Cutrubus until I read how good their reviews were, and let me say that I’m SO glad I chose them. Thank you!!!

Great staff! Extremely helpful throughout the entire process. Even took the extra time to make sure my vehicle was repaired 100% after the insurance company only wanted to fix like half of the damage from their client hitting my vehicle. Definitely will take any of my cars in the future if need be. Couldnt be happier with the service and my vehicle looks fantastic!

Our van got hit in a parking lot. We had to work through the person who hit us insurance and get estimates. Out of 4 places that we got estimates from, we chose Cutrubus because they had a decent price, good plan of action, and really friendly/knowledgeable staff. So overall, I felt most comfortable going here because they were all-around good. We were very happy with the work they did. It was in the shop for almost 2 weeks (very close to the estimated days they thought it would be in the shop) and I really liked that they would call and give us updates on what was happening. Our van looks great, like it had never been hit which is what I was worried about. The paint job was excellent and we are happy we chose Cutrubus to help us out!

These guys were so great! They took a little longer than I expected but that was just because they were trying to do the job right, and they arranged a rental car for me so I didnt care how long they took. They did a spectacular job on my Corolla after I was hit by another driver, and they returned my car spotlessly clean, when it wasnt exactly the cleanest Ive ever had it when I dropped it off :) They gave me regular updates and were very upfront. Id definitely go back in a heartbeat!

As much as I appreciate them getting my car back on the road, I cannot give them a complete 5 star review because of the simple fact that they beg you to give them 10 points on their survey and will harass your phone nearly every day until you fill out the survey. I think its to keep their specialty ranking with USAA, but I dont condone this behavior, Ill give you my honest review about your job, I dont care about your specialty status.

The staff are very friendly and easy to work with. I brought my 2013 Mazda 3 to be repaired after hitting a deer. They did an amazing job and Cindy was awesome all the way through making sure she gave me updates on the repair. Wouldnt go anywhere else!

I love this place. Everyone there is so friendly and willing to help. Marshall and another guy (I will get his name next time I go in) went above and beyond to help me get the best deal possible. I am so glad my car insurance referred me to them. They will be fixing my car next week, and I couldnt be more excited. If you need any body work done, this is the place to go. Cutrubus and especially Cindy has terrible customer service. More than two weeks ago Cindy told me that she would order two door inches and get back to me in two days. It is now more than two weeks later and I have had to call in and try to talk to Cindy. Her helper has told me that Cindy is too busy to talk to me and last night told me that she would get back to me in 15 minutes. She never returned the call. Today I am told that she is too busy to talk to me but she might get back to me sometime in the future. Not a place to do business with if you have other choices. Interesting, I just got a call from Cindy at Cutrubus and she now says that she will not cover the repair after she said she would. BAD place to do business....BAD,BAD,BAD

They are the best! Not only did they repair my car earlier than expected but they rented me a brand new jeep for $20 a day. Cindy informed me of the progress every day by texts and calls.

We were looking for a collision repair place nearby and a good friend recommended Cutrubis to us as providing great work and being very customer focused. Our experience very much mirrored theirs. I couldnt recommend them more highly.

Had an absolutely horrible experience here. It took them 4 tries to get my car back to normal after a rear end. They out source to unreliable shops such as master muffler who didnt even hang my exhaust and was just dangling and rattling which cutrubus said was fine. Then my wheel well was rubbing on tires and they said that was just from oversized tires so then I had to take it to les Schwab who installed them just before the accident who gave me a written statement that, that was not the case and for them just to do their job. All and all I will never go back even for them to repair their own work.

I do not reccomend this place. They were friendly and kind but we have had to bring our car back 4 times for a problem they have not fixed (took it to Toyota care the last time and paid out of pocket to finally get it resolved). We got in an accident, paid the deductible for the work, and our car began overheating and the ac was blowing hot air at the lowest temp (not a problem before they worked on it) gave cutrubus the benefit of the doubt and brought it back 3 times and without fail each time it would overheat again. The last time they did not install a part (literally missed a hose clamp and messed the radiator up.) And I have a reciept for work from toyota care to prove it. Do not bring your cars here, unless you plan on being out of it for weeks at a time.Im deeply frustrated with this experience. They have a good staff who show empathy and respect but the work did not reflect that same standard we were shown in the office.

Best body shop ever! I came for an estimate on my car. Amazing service, he didnt talk down to me, and took his time! Ill never go anywhere else.

This place was recommended by a friend. I had a Chevy Camaro SS mint condition. I owned this car 6 days before some guy hit it. This place kept calling me saying my car was in paint when it wasnt. I went in to check for myself and found that it was not in paint. They said my car was done on Aug 26th 2016. I told them I would be down within the hour. So excited to get my baby back. Well........It was not ready. It was missing pieces that were taking off for paint that were not put back on. My wheel was damaged in the wreck. They didnt even touch it. It was in the bid they just said it was the tire places fault. To top it off my car is going to cost me over 100 to detail the inside. There was so much shop dust in my brand new car. I took my car home and cleaned the outside. There was white paint spots on the back fender. My car is black. There where also white smudges of what appears to be paint all over the body and glass. Not happy at all!!!

Took my car there after a deer ran into the side of it, taking out the mirror and slightly denting a door. Was told it would be done in a week. Almost 3 weeks later its still not done. After it had been there almost a week they finally ordered the needed parts. Since then keep being told its in paint. When I complained they said theyve been really busy. My response was they should have told me that up front, rather than telling me it would be done in a week. If Id known it would take this long I would have found another place.

I only gave it 1 star because there was nothing lower...F***ing livid does not even begin to describe my current mood. After my car was in the shop for TWO WEEKS, I got it back and the MAIN part that needed to be replaced (the e vap canister) is MISSING. Not replaced. Hoses are just hanging down from my car. Still. After 2 weeks of certified mechanics assessing my car while on a lift. If my 4 year looked at it, hed say whats supposed to be there? My response: Oh thats where a part bigger than my head got ripped off while running over a deer carcass. Cutrubus Collisions response: Theres barely any damage. Didnt notice the hanging hoses or missing part (again, bigger than my head). The level of the mechanics incompetence is astounding.

Worst experiance with a ahop I have ever experienced! The girl who answers the phones has no idea of anything. I have left multiple mesaages for Cindy and never has called me back to finish up our repairs. Vehicle drives horrible still and some items have been missed and have not fixed it yet. All i expected was a call back to discuss but they would rather avoid any of the issues. Stay clear of this shop unless you like the run around.
