I think we can all agree that 2020 has been a very different year. I first visited Auto Crafters early this year after getting rear ended in a 2019 Tacoma. A week later, I was rear-ended again but this time Auto Crafters totaled it due to the impact. Today, I visited again after an object hit the inside wheel well so hard it popped out a flare. On all three occasions, the Auto Crafters Team has been exceptional and easy to work with. From scheduling an appointment to getting the quote submitted to the insurance, the has been seamless. Thanks to Auto Crafters and though I gave them 5 stars, I hope to not see them again for a damaged vehicle. ;)

I HAD THEM REPAIR AND PAINT MY 20 FORD F350 THAT HAS WHITE TRICOAT PAINT. THEY DID A GREAT JOB BLENDING AND MATCHING THE COLOR.

I have brought several of my vehicles to auto crafter and generally had pretty decent service. Unfortunately they were sloppy with clear coating my truck and got overspray all over the interior. I was able to clean most of it up but they stained my passenger side leather seat and never said anything. I didn’t see the stain until a week later and am so irritated every time I see the stain. Look elsewhere if you value cleanliness and the interior of your vehicle.

Unfortunately for me I had two experiences here in the last month from two separate accidents, neither of which were my fault. I dealt with Scott both times, and had an excellent experience. The staff are very friendly, the communication is excellent. The second time Scott helped me knowing that I possibly intended on doing the repair myself. He even walked me through how to do it. What a great way to treat people! Cant recommended them enough.

After getting both my fender and bumper backed into I went to this shop for repairs. I had to get a new fender and front bumper and their color matching was amazing. They were very informative and updated me on the car’s progress. The car came out great I couldn’t be happier with their work and customer service.

I had a vehicle repaired after being rear ended and they did a good job, no complaints. Needed some work done on the hood and roof of my F-350 so I thought I would take it to them since they did a good job on my explorer. The second job done did not only look horrible, but the paint cracked and started to lift within months. They told me they had to get really aggressive and the metal was really thin since they had to sand so much. They wouldnt stand behind their work so I parted ways. I finally decided to take the truck in a few years later after getting to know some people at a different body shop. We decided to try and address this roof on my truck and to my astonishment, I was lied to by Auto Crafters. They stripped the roof I was shocked to find that they didnt really sand the roof before painting. There was also no primer used where when they repainted the roof... This is a dishonest and arrogant company that has a problem with telling the truth. I was led to believe the roof of my truck was paper thin and when I was shown the stripped roof from the body shop that just repaired it, it is clear that they lied to me.

Fantastic! Unfortunately, I got into a fender bender and needed a body shop. We had always gone all the way to a shop in Bountiful, but our last experience was bad enough that we figured it was time to find someone new and closer to home. We were pretty nervous, but we saw Auto Crafters had good reviews. Turns out it was for good reason!They were easy to work with and nice at every step of the process. Everything went seamlessly from the estimate, to getting set up with our rental car, to updates on their progress, to the pick up.Most importantly, the work they did was great. Our van looks fantastic, and they even detailed the inside! My wife was over the moon about that. I’d rather not get in another accident any time soon, but if I need work done again, there’s no question that we’ll be back.

I got my truck painted here after I was in an accident. They repaired it and it looked good. Less then 2 years later the paint and clear coat was peeling. I brought it in and the manager looked at it got it repaired but they cut corners and cracked my taillight. There were chips and scratches in the newly painted area and they got grey primer on my interior. When I addressed these issues with the manager he was very unprofessional. He made excuses left and right and threw a fit because I pointed out the imperfections that needed to be addressed. Even the receptionist was embarrassed because of the fit this grown man threw. I will not take any vehicles here again!

You know when a business cares about their business. As an online brand marketer I help businesses focus on what they stand for and mirror that online.. with that said I pay attention to more than most.The office is nice, clean & welcoming. The staff are HAPPY! I was actually quite impressed with how they handled my case and others that I overheard.If I were to be honest I would have never chosen this business by looking them up online. The website is old and not really a trust enhancing experience. I tend to shy away from establishments with poor converting sites because it usually reflects how they invest in and handle their business... Glad I was wrong!The insurance company gave me them as an option and said they had a good reputation and now I see why.Thank you for your timely work and honesty, which is generally absent in the automotive industry.

Dropped my car off for work after an accident on 12/23 they had my car fixed by the 26th. Couldnt believe that with the holidays, they were able to complete the work as fast as they did. It looks great as well. I had no issues with them handling the insurance. They even had washed my car and cleaned the interior. I would definitely recommend them!

Our car received substantial damage from a hail storm. It looked horrible. When we picked up our car after the repairs we were amazed. It looked better than brand new. The attention to detail was wonderful. We appreciated their kind and professional manner. They were recommended by our insurance company and we will recommend them to others.

Went in to get a quote and was told I need to schedule an appointment. They were scheduling quotes out by almost 3 weeks. For a bid that takes maybe 5 minutes?? Interesting. Definitely wont be taking anything there if theyre too busy to do a quote. I wonder how long it takes to get something fixed??

Their quality of workmanship is not what it used to be, never get your vehicle back when promised.

They gave me a free estimate which was really nice. Prices seemed good but we went with another shop because the interaction here didnt seem very genuine. Just felt like I was being rushed to get things over with and get out. If they would have been a little more friendly or taken time to explain things, I probably would have given them my business.

Scheduling people a week out just to get an estimate is a deal breaker for me, and most people. Ive never been turned away trying to get an estimate done before. There are to many other body shop options for people for them to treat people like that.

I have taken two different vehicles to this body shop and they do excellent work. They are spot on with their estimate.

The entire staff is very professional, they gave me a warm and friendly greeting. The manager went the the whole process with and ensured me all would be done it the time frame they gave. My van was ready a day early! I will recommend this shop to all who ask for a place to fix their cars.

I had a brand new 2017 car and on the 8th day it got hit on the drivers side. I took the car to Auto Crafters and they were very helpful with advice on the claims and how they take care of it and were very kind and understanding on my need to get the car repaired as quick as possible.The work was great, the people are very professional and the car is like brand new. The best part was they did it in the time they told me. No delays, and no problems a long the way.I hope to never need another car fixed but if I do I will be going to Auto Crafters, they are the best.

I have a 1996 GMC with 400k miles. It was popped in the left front fender in a failure to yield. Their insurance company suggested I take the GMC to Auto Crafters. The work Auto Crafters did was perfect. It was immaculate. But that’s just the beginning. They washed my truck, they vacuumed my truck, they steam cleaned the engine in my truck, they dressed the tires, they even reinstalled some side molding on the driver’s door totally unrelated to the reason my truck was in their shop. In my 77 years I have never been treated more kindly, more professionally. These guys have an approach to business that I find absolutely refreshing. When and if I need further help on my old GMC, I know where I will be going and on my Buick too.

Great service. The people here go the extra mile. They finished my repair ahead of time and fixed a few extra things without charging me because they were working in a related area of the car. Above and beyond what was expected.

I have, unfortunately, had two cars involved in accidents this year and brought both to Autocrafters. The process was very simple. I filed claims through my insurance company and the insurance company for the person I was hit by and both times it was easy because Autocrafters dealt with the insurance companies. Instead of saying they could not do the work they did a horrible job at attempting it and the manager had the audacity to say, this is the best we could do, we can try again if you arent satisfied... never again will I use this shop nor would I recommend them to anyone else.

Not sure how their actual work is, but getting an estimate is a deal killer. Im supposed to drive around with a damaged vehicle while I wait a week for them to give me a 15 minutes estimate with no clue when they will actually schedule the work? Not going to happen.

Setting an appointment was a disaster. I dropped off my car on the day I had scheduled an appointment and picked up a rental car nearby. The next day I was called and told I had to come and get my car because I didnt have an appointment scheduled. I returned to the Auto Crafters. After debating with the secretary that I did have an appointment, I asked her to open the appointment book to today and sure enough, my name was right in the book. She didnt apologize but said, Well, I didnt see it and we dont have time to do your car right now. Because the insurance wouldnt pay for the rental while the car was just sitting and waiting to be worked on, I had to go through the hassle of returning the rental and getting my car back. It was a definite pain in the neck. I feel I should have been compensated especially since I had an appointment and it was there error.

Kept me up to date on the status of my car, worked with my insurance and my car was cleaned when I got it back. Would definitely recommend them.

Went to several places in town to get quotes. All of them were 15 minutes or less. The secretary here, however, was rude and said I had to make an appointment, and it was 2 weeks out to get a 15 minute quote? Very bad customer service. Thats too bad they are turning away customers.

(Update - they made it happen in the time frame they said it would., not the happiest about it but they did it.) Hoping I can change this when they finish but so far I have been very unimpressed. Rear bumper was damaged by Auto Crafters Towing when vehicle was lifted onto the tow truck after an accident but I had it taken to another shop for the accident repair, honestly didnt know the tow company had a repair shop also, my bad. When we called at first they denied fault and were rude and dismissive. After I sent pictures, they said I would need to bring it in so they could look at it. I tried to get them to pull the bumper and take care of it while it was at the other shop to be less disruptive and avoid extra rental car fees (to them) but they wanted to wait. After looking at it the owner seemed a bit skeptical (no fault there, its part of doing business in his line of work) but agreed to take care of it, set up a time for three weeks out (today) and said it would be done that day so there would be no need for a rental. Now that they have my vehicle, they are not so sure it will be done today. Every time I talk with them it seems like a burden, they are in such a rush to get off the phone. I dont have my vehicle back yet but not a happy camper so far.

I got rear ended super bad which landed me in the hospital. Because of this I was unable to get things out of my car before it got to autocrafters. When my car was finished, which they did do a great job at, 75 bucks in cash that I had in my car was stolen. Great job at fixing my car but super lame of them to steal my money. Would rather go to a place that you can trust and will do a great job. Wouldnt reccommend.

Great friendly place that does excellent work

Second hand parts that fell apart and rusted 6 months afterwards that they had said they received direct from Young Subaru. Turbo blew off the vehicle 4 hours after I picked up...coincidence I still dont know. When I went to Young to have them repair my turbo they confirmed that the parts were after market and horrible cheap ones at that. Actually quit USAA over them sending me to this insurance scamming place.
