I was here on 06-28-21 at 3:29 too ship a package to Sikeston Missouri and was having trouble as my item was large. I needed help and Meg stepped up to help without me asking. To the lady at the front that attended to me today, I understand how difficult it is standing on your feet, wearing a mask and talking to customers all day. But no matter how rough your day is, its never professional to be rude and make sarcastic remarks. I asked you a simple question about my package that I missed the delivery, and you said I will have to come back if I need my package of course I need it. If I dont I wont drive down to your store to ask for it. I pray you grow in wisdom.

Dealt with one lady who was rude and combative the minute I got to the counter, after 20 mins of her going off on me, finally she let another person help me who in turn just sent me to the UPS customer center off Bishop. Come to find out, its common for staff at this location to just send people to the Bishop location when they dont wanna figure out how to do their job. Save yourself time and go to the Bishop location.

I have been a frequent customer of this store since moving to Lawton a couple of years ago, and can honestly say that the customer service is great. The owners and staff definitely go out of their way to provide the best possible service to customers. Thank you!

My family and I were trying to find the best price for our move to Georgia, and UPS suggested that we use their freight shipping services since we didnt have a lot of stuff to move. It was very affordable and our stuff arrived in the same condition we packed it in and on the day we wanted it to arrive.

This place is my go to for UPS stuff I need to get done. I was lucky to show up on the first day that they opened up, and I got to meet the family members that run the store. They are a great bunch of people and they are super nice and quick to help. I highly recommend for all your shipping needs. Should also note that they have some insanely cool equipment for doing large scale print jobs for posters and other interesting signage. Check em out!

This location is amazing! We use them a lot for printing of our business pamphlets and booklets to go in lease packets. I needed a particular pamphlet and desperately needed many of them. The manager of the store went above and beyond to find me the newest version of the booklet without even asking me and was so very nice! I was so impressed by the customer service I received and the quick turnaround time on the printing products they offer. We will continue to use them each time we need something printed.

I came here after work (about fifteen minutes before closing) one day so they could help me with the packaging and was expecting to head to the post office afterward to mail it to my friends APO address. I was impressed that they are able to package and ship, even to APO, since it has to go through USPS. They even provided the tracking information for the shipment. I will be using this store for my shipping needs from now on!!

I was told this company was professional and that they gave great customer service, to my surprise that is false. The people that work at this store are the worst people I have ever met ! Do not waste your time or money on this establishment ! Customer service is terrible and your package will probably get sent to the wrong place. Also the wait was ridiculous !! Never going back there again !

Racial discrimination and profiling is happening at this facility..... and the owners only care about how their investors feel, not their employee or customers of color unless they have money. I do not recommend going to this facility.

This location is 50 minutes away from me but well worth doing business with them when I have errands to run in town. I had difficulty tracking an Amazon return that I had dropped off there. A week later my tracking number was not showing me that I had even dropped off the package at the UPS Store. And I did not accept the drop off receipt when offered even though I normally do. When I called, the gentleman I talked to was more than helpful in explaining to me how Amazon returns work with their store and I found out that my package was halfway to its destination. The people that work there have always been very pleasant to me and quickly step up the the counter when I come in the store. Its a nice looking store in a nice shopping area. Thanks.

We needed documents for a house closing notarized. Everyone was very helpful, friendly and made the process as easy as possible, plus very reasonably priced as well.

Everyone my husband and I have worked with has been fantastic. My husband is an artist and they are fabulous answering all our questions and working with us on our printing and mailing needs. Weve had wonderful art prints from them as well as having original art pieces safely shipped to their new homes. We plan to use them for all our printing and shipping needs as long as we are in Lawton.

This location is HORRIBLE! Systematic racism at it’s finest. The customer service wasn’t great at all. They pick and choose who to give “great” customer service to, when it should be given to everyone.

I wish I could leave 0 stars . This is the WORST customer service I have ever experienced. This is a RACIST organization the owners are just as bad. I thought Id give it a try to ship a very important piece of art, but that was the worst decision I ever made . They were rude and very ignorant. If you are a POC do not come here !! Trust me . Not worth it !

When I looked up this store it said it closed at 5:00 pm. Drove 25 miles and they closed at 3:00 pm.

Ups driver had to pick up my package twice, I was waiting 2 whole days and no one came. After I reported the driver or whoevers responsible for this I received a call from lady that just tried to convince me that driver was here twice. After I said that this is not the way it should be solved, because I was here waiting for driver, she just said Im sorry thank you bye. Really? I understand she was inside the car with driver if she is sure he was here. Anyway. That was rude and Ill do everything I can to stop using UPS. Never had the same problem with FedEx. Looks like they dont believe customers, they just dont care. Im disappointed.

I have done business with UPS many times in the past and never had much problem. This time was absolutely pathetic, so I felt I should post it for others to see just how much UPS cares. This package contained 6 bottles of liquid in glass bottles, that were double boxed and had bubble wrap between the box layers. Obviously, its marked FRAGILE and the carrier still managed to shatter a bottle - and left it on the porch as you see it!

I was originally turned away from a previous UPS store because the vellum envelopes (75pcs) I wanted to print on couldnt be printed in bulk, their reason was, it kept jamming the printer and would require someone to insert each envelopes in one at a time, with that being said I was turned away. I told the staff in Lawton what had happened and told them I would personally take the time to insert each individual envelopes into the printer myself if they could just print my project. They told me not to worry and that they would have it taken care of for me. The Lawton store not only completed my project, they did so in the same day! The fact that the Lawton store took the time and care to process my project meant everything. It’s one of the many projects for my wedding and it was nice to have one less thing to stress about. My main reason for my review is to let the staff know they are appreciated for their talent and customer service, thank you again!

This UPS store sucks for information and service. I paid $20 for 2nd day Air and the package arrived 5 days later. So I went in to asked where my package was they told me it went to California and then it would go to Texas where is should have gone frist. They dont have a clue to get a hold of there own customer service to see where the package was only what the computer list and they told me that I keep an eye on it as well with the tracking number. Then some old guy said were not UPS and it clearly states hes a manager for UPS on his tag and that he was sorry. What a sorry store for a franchise to own and to give poor excuse to customers. Then I told them for being late it has cost me well over a 1000 dollars for there mistake. Attorneys fees and meeting scheduled I had set in place for the package to arrive on time. I told them who would pay for it since you all didnt me the dead line. old fat guy (print manager) we cant do nothing about that its not our problem since were not UPS. I then told them I got it your just a franchise. Sorry excuse of a store... Just go to the Post office or FedEx alot faster than theses clowns.

Very friendly staff. They even recommended a dry cleaner since I didnt know a good one in Lawton. It also doesnt hurt that the best looking woman Ive seen since Ive been in Lawton was working there.

When I went there the first time I was treated with kindness friendliness and very taken care of. Ive been shopping online a lot lately and Ive had quite a few returns lol! All of the folks have have helped me soooooooo much by making me understand what to do in each case. I also needed business cards and I value their opinion so I asked Nathan the owner if he knew where to go in lawton. He said we do em and all kinds of printing! Later that day I spoke with one of their graphic designers Karen and she was Really genuine and made me feel special about how she ideas about business cards to represent myself! I highly recommend going there first before any other place for your printing or anything related! Tnx

Had 2 packages sitting there for 2 days talked to them twice to give directions to house n address n said they would be sent in the morning but wasnt and nevered called I always had to call them then said they couldnt deliver to my address
