It is the best in the Lawton area. Clean, well stocked. Open space. Its only 4 stars because... its Walmart..

No complaints about the store, but ever since they moved the pick up spots to then other side, the wait is really long… where as before it was pretty quick. Both times I’ve done pick up, the wait has been over 15 minutes; where as before it was maybe 5. I don’t wanna complain too much because this service is really helpful, just thought I’d let people know who are in a rush to maybe try the other Walmarts’ pick up.

Best customer service anywhere! Purchased a very large, heavy tool chest. The two associates that wheeled it through the store and loaded it into my truck didnt complain one bit. They appeared happy to do it!

My wifes doctor recommended that she get a covid-19 booster shot since shes got an autoimmune disease. They were available and she got one. The longest we had to wait was filling out paperwork and the 15 minutes wait to see if she was okay after the shot. The pharmacist was really good, knowledgeable and courteous.

Shopping In store at Walmart at Lawrence was an eye opener today. Customers please be aware of Scanning the Product Prices on Walmart App. If there is a difference in App and In Store pricing NO ONE, INCLUDING A TEAM LEAD OR MANAGER HONOUR THAT APP PRICE VS STORE PRICE, EVEN THOUGH THE PRODUCT IS AVAILABLE FOR PICKUP IN STORE. I was told to place order online and buy it that way but they will not honour the APP Price. It was a huge difference. So I was put to the inconvenience of placing order online for STORE PICKUP in next 15 minutes. WOW WALMART THAT IS SOME ASTOUNDING CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I love the self checkout, much faster sometimes. Easy to find what you need and still good stock

I got so mad on this trip to Walmart. There was a women that kept going behind me at the check out. ( not a worker). My checker was dropping my things in the bags. I kept my cool but Id really like to get home with my food not broken. Wish they would quit moving stuff around. Jeez it gets annoying.

Just went to store 5071. The way shelves are. Looks like a junkyard everything just throw on the shelves. Mens bathroom in back is very trashy. Not clean and sanitary. Gross looking store I have ever seen. I thought Walmart is better than that.

Everything was great this time! I was able to pick up my prescription in a timely manner, I was treated respectfully. And, I found what I needed in the grocery section and pet supplies quickly. The checker was friendly and efficient. No complaints!

We have very few grocery stores other than the Wal-Mart, and I am rarely happy with that store. They arent helpful, in fact, they are kinda rude. Funnily enough, customer service is the worst at being helpful. If I had a choice, I wouldnt shop there at all.

As of 09/24/2021, they have rearranged the store on NW Quanah Parker Trlwy., and while it is confusing (and can even be frustrating), they did put up a little sign near the entrance on the left that indicates where all the new aisles are. They also have, in my opinion, clearer signage installed above the aisles.Of course, you will still have to deal with limited registers and crowded self checkout registers, but you can expect that at this point.Lastly, they did move around the pickup parking. It is now located by the Auto Service Center as opposed to the other side of the store along the chain link fence, so do take that into account should you need to utilize that service.

This is the newest Walmart in Lawton. Its just as good as the Sheridan Rd location. Always well stocked and friendly service.

NEVER go shopping at this location! I cant tell you how many times Ive tried to use my WIC here and it has the list of what is on my card then what is trying to go through and then wont go through. 😠 I can turn around immediately at country mart, get the EXACT same items and itll go through with NO PROBLEMS AT ALL. Ive called the number on my card, and Ive been told theres nothing wrong with my card its the business location that needs to check their system. This last time I get a manager and he claims theres nothing he can do about it. His suggestion was that I could go ahead and pay for it 🤦 then bring my receipt back into the service desk for a refund and then theyll try again using my card. A**holes.

You have some really friendly and helpful checkers. Im one that does not care fir the self check unless it is one or two items.

Was glad to see more workers on the floor, had to have help for a few item and they took me to the place where the item was supposed to be but wasnt. Also had to have help at register, im over 18.

Walmart is as Walmart does. Everyday, Walmart is similar to a box of chocolates. You never know what kind of experience youll have on any given day. Your shopping experience can be mundane but effective one day, or it can be wild and entertaining the next day.

Lots of stuff, almost to the point where theres too much. The aisles are a bit on the small size.

Has the Option online for $99 a year delivery and it makes having to deal with crowds non-existent. Sometimes dont have what you need in stock but being able to have someone deliver my food to the house alleviates stress of having a large cart full of food then waiting in long lines or God forbid using self checkout (I cant stand that option.). When I do have to go in for other items they have them and are usually decently priced. They have also matched prices with walmart.com when they were having sales, I just had to show them the item online.

Even here in Oklahoma, Walmart is one of my favorite stores to shop at. 👍

Went there for two items, and actually LEFT with two items... First time ever for me lol! I love the feel of this Walmart. People are kind, and they are rarely out of anything I need.

Normally this place has everything I look for at a Walmart. However yesterday when I went in there they were out of half of the breakfast cereals and bars, they had about a half a shelf of ice cream. So I just went ahead and left. I probably will not come back to this Walmart for a while.

Had access to three different power scooters.All three had low battery so I used my own with no shopping rack on it.Construction had a temporary ramp to drive across csbles.The drop off of the ramp caused the scooter to hit the floor hard and was guaranteed to cause pain to existing back injuries.

It was a pretty good experience because I was able to find the items I needed and it didnt take me long to get out.

Love Wal-Marts but this one is dirty. Nonetheless has everything you need.

The waiter was covering the dining area, the drink area and although he was defiantly overworked and understaffed he gave us excellent service. We were seated on the back booth alongside the bar. Kudos to that young mans work ethic, cores and prifessionalism.

They did carry Mikes Mango Beer in a sixpack,butt I found everything else really well. They offered hand sanitizer at the door. Witch is a plus. Walmart Super Centers are awesome!

Went for a roku and a few groceries the guy in the back in electronics asked if i would like my groceries rung up too i was like yeah sure thanks he was really nice wish the receipt had his 1st name so i can give him an acknowledgement

Definitely the cleaner and newer looking Walmart of the 3 locations in Lawton. Staff is always super friendly and helpful. The Curbside Pick Up service has been on point since the beginning of the COVID pandemic and I assume it will remain that way 👍.

Typical corporate store. Ghetto customers will help ruin your experience here. I only go here if I am in desperate need of something. Would much rather go to Homeland even if its means paying more . I mean I dont work here why should I have to check myself out. Corporate greed is your answer.

Walmart is not my store. I never go to Walmart but, while traveling, there arent many options. I went here to buy 2 things that I needed. They didnt have either item. It took a very long time to search for them. The store is huge and to me, overwhelming. That being said, the people working there were some of the nicest and most helpful people Ive ever encountered. I do not like shopping in a huge warehouse but Walmart does hire the best employees.

Its a decent grocery store with lots of variety and super saving prices. The only setback is the limited self checkout and lots of unmanned checkout.

We have three Walmarts here in Lawton, and each has its own appeal to me. This visit was to the Walmart on Quanah Parker Trail. As always, the employees are courteous and friendly. I can find an employee when I need one, and they know their store quite well. We stopped in for some beverages and antacid, found what we were looking for, and were out again quickly. We used the self-check out as it was quite late, and the machine worked perfectly, causing no delays. (I used to hate these machines... could have been operator error... lol!) The parking lot is clean and well lit.

Awesome store. Fully stocked.

Didnt shop today. Just had to swing by. Store was clean and did have a few friendly employees that greeted us as we walked in and as we left.

Need more cashiers. The stupid self checkout is just a way for Walmart to get out of paying employees yet not lowering the prices

The shelves were almost at prepandic fullness. Did not interact with the employees except the deli. The employee was very helpful and courteous.

The store was closed. There was a power outage.

I went in after they closed, not knowing they were closed and no one said anything up front but while I was walking through the store a lady told me they close 15 minutes ago. She should’ve told me to lock rocks but she was awesome, cause I had flowers in my hand and almost to the cards for a special b-day and she allowed me to get what I needed!
