I have been going to edible arrangements for more than 5 years now. I get great customer service and the fruit is really fresh. Every arrangement that has been made by them you can tell has been made with love and they really do aim to please. Whether youre treating someone or treating yourself its one of the best places in Lawton that I would recommend to anyone.

Excellent products and service. Had a problem for the first time after 20 years of ordering in various locations and a few times in Lawton. The manager addressed the issue quickly and satisfactorily. I look forward to ordering again next month.

The order was supposed to be ready by 9:30, my daughter was going to p/u the order as a favor to me. Even though she had to be at work by 10 the order was finally done at 9:45. their in Lawton I live 20 minutes away. Not good 😐

I loved my chocolate covered strawberries! I popped in yesterday to get my free dozen of chocolate covered strawberries for my birthday and these had to be the best Ive ever had from any location. The young lady, Abriana, made my order and it was perfect. Even though it was free it was wrapped up and placed in a nice bag. Lots of care and detail was given to my order. I talked the owners head off, haha, but he was very nice. Thank you for the outstanding customer service and we will definitely order from this location in the future.

We received exactly what was ordered and the fruits were delicious. I put in a same day delivery order at about 10am and it was out the shop by 1pm. Our delivery guy James was amazing! He went above and beyond to ensure the gift was delivered. I highly recommend this Edible Arrangements location.

My husband 😍 who is wonderful and sweet and I hate that this happened, but.....he ordered a gift for me and a gift for my dad for his birthday. My gift of flowers and strawberries showed a day late. The strawberries were wet, turning bad, not cold and partially smashed. The flowers 💐 are half crushed and some are already dying he also ordered a boutique of yellow 🌻 and they sent something different. (I will attach pictures). However my dads showed up in time cold beautiful and fresh. For that I am grateful 🙏. If there was a 2.5 thats what I would have given. Edible arrangements is my favorite and he knows that and I feel bad that he was 😞 and it was unedible....

My husband attempted to do something special for me on Valentines Day as we were both working, him in Houston and myself a 12 hour shift at the hospital. $90 to deliver some chocolate covered strawberries, a Teddy bear and balloon... Never got them on Valentines Day. Also never once got a phone call saying it would be delayed or they couldn’t deliver it that day. The only reason I received the order was by going to the store today and of course all they want to offer is a refund of the delivery fee. I took the $15 and my stuff and went about my day, but there’s no excuse for not giving us a heads up. My husband wants a full refund. The point was to get this on Valentines not the next day.. Also had issues trying to call the store, not counting how many times my husband attempted calling over the last 2 days, I’ve called 10 times. It would either ring busy or when the call would go through, no one would answer. We will not use Edible Arrangements again!

Spent over $80 to have a special edible arrangement sent to my daughter and her husband. Email confirmation concured delivery today.. they close at 7pm and no delivery made. Tried calling numerous times with no answer. I get it, its Valentines day but you should plan ahead. Im so upset, I live across states and this was a special way for me to tell them I love them. I want a FULL refund or I will go to social media to let people know your business is not being managed properly. A call or email would have been nice. Someone was home waiting all day. Thanks for nothing.

Bought my boyfriend an arrangement for his birthday and they ended up being closed. The manager went out of his way to contact me and made sure that it got delivered because he knew how important it was. Best customer service I’ve seen. Even told my boyfriend happy birthday when he answered the door!

I ordered an arrangement for the first time and it was for my anniversary. I was impressed when I was in the store and my wife loved it when it was in the wrapping. When she opened it we found that it was in a berry and bright, red and white mug, with a pineapple and star on top. My wife asked me if I shopped clearance because it looked like a Christmas mug. She then looked it up on google and found that it did in fact originate during Christmas time. How embarrassing would that be for you? I called the store and they said it’s not a Christmas mug! They then told me they couldn’t switch it out because that’s all they had in store. They didn’t seem like they wanted to help at all. I am so irritated.

This is my first year away from my family in NY and was looking forward to an arrangement my mom spent $85 on. Waited home all day for it, kept checking my cameras and still no delivery. Phones have been busy all day, no notification that it wouldnt come or anything. Im just sad honestly, I was really excited to get it. Wondering if theyll be delivering after close or whats going on?

I understand Valentines Day is the busiest day of the year for businesses like this.. I totally get it. but to allow customers to continue placing orders you know you arent going to be able to fulfill and then just not answer the store phone at all? Completely unacceptable. At least have the lines open so your customers that have already paid for their orders can either reschedule their deliveries or cancel them altogether. Its the 15th and they still arent answering any calls. I hope the owners have a plan in place to rectify all the orders they dropped the ball on.

Just bought an Edible Arrangement bouquet of summer fruit for Rachel’s birthday. Wow. Every piece was delicious, ripe, fresh!!! The arrangement was beautiful and a perfect gift for our Dietician. Way to go Edible Arrangements.

Order was placed 1 week before Valentine’s Day by my husband who is currently deployed and the order was never delivered. We both tried calling all day, but it was like the phone was off the hook. We would like a full refund for the order. We understand that Valentine’s Day is a busy occasion, but this is unacceptable! Someone could at least reached out to him and told him that it would not be delivered on Valentine’s Day.

The arrangement I received was beautiful. It was for my anniversary and delivered to my work. The only problem was, I did not have something to put it in to get it home so I had to take the arrangement apart. The delivery person carried it to the door of my work in a box, and my boss asked if we kept the box so I could get it home. They looked at her funny and said no. So, I was able to enjoy the arrangement until work was over, then take it apart and into baggies it went. :( So long for letting it look pretty as I ate at it.

Ordered a box of assorted chocolate covered fruit for my husband for our anniversary. It was my first order, so they included a box of 12 chocolate strawberries at no additional charge. They delivered exactly when they said they would and my husband said they were delicious. Will absolutely use edible arrangements again!

My husband ordered an arrangement for my birthday because Ive wanted one for several years. It was delivered on time, and it was even better than I imagined it would be. The arrangement was beautifully done and the fruit was absolutely perfect!

This location is awful. I ordered the products well in advance for a Valentines Day delivery. I cant tell you about the quality of the fruit because it was never delivered. They sure took my money though. They never called that day or the next to let me know what was going on. You cant call them because they have a recording that takes you to a voicemail that just disconnects and hangs up on you. I had to call corporate to get a refund, and that was even a process. Corporate attempted to make it right with a refund and a redelivery of my wifes items, but the franchise store refused and either offered a refund or a redelivery at a different date. Glad corporate could get a hold of them because I sure could not. To this date I still havent heard from the store about goods that I ordered but were not delivered. Buyer beware. If this is for a special occasion, you probably wont get what your looking for here. They will take your money though. Thanks Edible Arrangements for a special Valentines Day for my wife.

When we received our arrangement sent by out-of-town relatives, we were delighted. It contained some of the freshest and sweetest fruit we had ever tasted; especially the honey dew melon. Then I go to write a well deserved review and am shocked to see that this business has only received two stars from 18 people. I see that most of the complaints were concerning missed delivery dates. Well, being ONLY on the delivery end, I can say that when the gift arrived I did not hear the doorbell, and the driver went back to his van, called the sender, and had them call us so it would not sit outside in the freezing weather. We may be in the minority, but we had an exceptional arrangement with exceptional service. Im sorry for those who have not.

Placed my order 3 days before valentines day, i get there at my pick up time to be told there still making orders and making them as people are coming to pick up. I was told they were running low on supplies a d may not be able to make my order regardless if i pre ordered days ahead. I waited a little over an hour to get my stuff

It was Valentines Day so it was expected to be busy. But if we order ahead of time our product should be ready before we get there.. Not just being made..

They did an absolute amazing job the guy up front helped me tremendously, generally I know what I want and look before I order anything I had planned it about two weeks before the actual day of delivery this is definitely the place to go if you want to do something special it actually was delivered on time I did have to change the time the day of delivery but they were beyond accommodating definitely will do business again

Ok, so...I just called them because someone delivered an arrangement to my mother, at her job, with no name as to who gave it to her. I truly believe that they should not even allow delivery if there is not name given. I don’t know who you are, but you’re delivering my mom items—to her job. I don’t know what business is ok with that, but it’s really not ok.I think I’ll have to get the authorities involved now.

Never delivered. I guess I should have learned my lesson my lesson from last year when they delivered at nearly 9:00pm on Valentines Day. But, I thought Id take my chances again. If being busy is their excuse that day, you would think that a company would prepare themselves and even though they are supposed to close at 7:00pm and still deliver up to 9:00pm, put someone on the phones to 9:00pm because people want to know where their stuff is...especially because your voicemail doesnt work even though you say to leave a message! I am sure one of two scenarios will be played out. One, the driver kept the product in his/her vehicle overnight and will deliver the next day. Wrong answer. Two, the store just couldnt fill the order and just didnt fill the need to call and tell me. Wrong answer. Either way, this particular Edible Arrangements store has to be the worse run operation Ive experienced. Im sure the corporate franchise office will be getting call.

Very disappointed. I put my order in well in advance for Valentines Day and my arrangement was not dropped off. I received a note on my door at noon, when I called the store I was told that the delivery would be attempted a second time and that deliveries would be until 9 pm. I am disappointed because I made arrangement in advanced, I received no call when no one was home, and I waited until 930pm with no call from the store. I was told by the store that if it doesnt make it to the house today then I can reschedule the delivery for another time. Thank you for ruining my surprise for my husband. And why would I reschedule an arrangement for another day of it was for Valentines Day, so I was left looking stupid and empty handed on an important day. Thank you again edible arrangements and I think its ridiculous that I cant even get my money back for the delivery or arrangement that was not delivered according to my request.

I got my arrangement two days late and no one even called to try and let us know/update us on what the problem is. I ended up having to just go pick it up myself and even then had to wait for them to make me one

It has been a frustrating experience like most I ordered well in advance of Valentines Day and when I was told that I would be advised of its progress the only thing I know is that it was received at the store, no update on who made the order, when I tried to call customer service and asked for an agent they transferred me to the store and they had an answering machine that said leave a message with no option to do that. This was my first time ordering and it may be my last time.

I ordered an arrangement for my wife online on 02/02/2013 to be delivered to my wife on Valentines Day. It was never delivered. I was in no manner contacted to say why it was never delivered. Had to find that out from my wife. Needless to say I am not happy and will not support this business as well as tell others about my experience. And this is the first and only review I have ever done. That should say something about my experience with this so called business.
