Very good experience here. The lady that was working today was very helpful with questions about tiles . I did notice that they do counter tops and carpets,,

A shout out to Classic Carpet and their team of installers, Gary Crow and his assistant (did not get his name). I called earlier in the day for a quick repair on carpet that my cat had used instead of the litter box. David said that I would receive a call and I could speak directly to the installers. Later that day I received the call and was told that they would be here within 15 minutes. They showed up, fix the carpet and I am amazed at the professional job they did. They were polite, professional and dedicated to doing the best job. I could not be happier! I recommend Classic Carpet to anyone who is looking to upgrade their home interior.

Theyve put granite in 2 kitchens and 3 bathrooms (2 different houses) for us and they do an amazing job. Theyre also where we always go for flooring.

Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had. Would not recommend. Very very nice and friendly but I was told many lies and the work was not done in a timely fashion or done completely. I was charged to move appliances that I had to move and have to reconnect and move back, Had excuses for that, I dont mind doing it but dont want to be charged for it and have to do it myself. What should have taken two days max has now taken ten days and I will have to finish it myself because they are done. When I called to complain about the work not being finished I was told oh we dont do that. The mistake I made was paying in full ahead of time because they were a local business owner and I was trying to do the right thing. Again very nice people but the service during and after the sale leave much to be desired. I wish I would have gone somewhere else. I have one tile that I will have to remove and redo because it sticks up about an 1/8 of an inch higher than the surrounding tile. It just happens to be in the center of the walk way too. Again very nice people just no concern from the owner about my complaints.
