I love Target. I always have a good shopping experience when I go to Target. I live only a few blocks from Wal-Mart but prefer going to Target. Today at Target I had need help that was provided by 3 different Target employees. They were gracious and kind and helped me without delay. Thats service you can not get from Wal-Mart. ❤

Trash company! I dont shop in target and now I will never shop in target for they allow thieves to use your debit card with no consequences or refund for the person or people that were stolen from.... FYI that makes target just as bad as a thief, shop at target at your own risk.....

This is the first review Ive ever bothered to write because Sarah was beyond helpful with assisting me. I didnt even catch that the price was wrong on the item I purchased until she thought something was off herself. We looked on the app to see that the price was indeed wrong. She took me over to guest service to adjust the difference. I would have walked out of the store not even realizing I was paying more than what I should have.If management is reading, give this girl a raise and make her employee of the month, because she saved my day. I only been in here once but need to go back to check it out. I went in to find an adaptor so I can plug a computer monitor into my laptop so I can have 3 screens and find the part I needed way cheaper then at Staples. What I explore of Target I liked. During my visit the store was clean and friendly staff.

Nice, clean store with good inventory. Only complaint is that they never have enough service reps to check you out.

Target is the nearest store where I can buy my favorite tamales. Texas Tamale company. Yum!

One of the nicer, cleaner department stores in Lawton. Nice variety of house hold items to shop from. Never overly crowed compared to the local Walmarts. Recommend this store, especially if you are on the west side.

Were new to town and checked out the Target; its always clean, well stocked, and staff is friendly whenever we visit. Today we went through Jeremys lane (I think), and hes the nicest, most genuine person. Made our 3 minutes in the checkout with a cranky child very pleasant!

My debit card was charged TWICE for a transaction and 2 managers that I spoke with refused to do anything about it. I WILL NEVER SHOP AT TARGET AGAIN!!!!!!!

I love Target. They have a wide variety of items and best of all its not Walmart.

I was taking off my winter gloves and putting on my mask as we walked into the entryway and the lady standing there freaked out that I didnt have my mask fully on in the entryway doors. Not exactly welcoming lets say..but thankfully the other employees were very helpful in finding us what we needed and our cashier was friendly so it made up for the rude lady at the entrance.

Target is such a safe place for family with little kids to shop

The Store is always clean, hand sanitizer and cart wipes at the door. Carts get sanitized after each customer use. Employees are very friendly.

The store is not that bad. Its just sometimes the staff is questionable. Just some of them not all of them but when you go into a store and you have a bad experience with a few employees you will just take your money elsewhere.

Target here in Lawton OK, has a team of wonderful and thoughtful Associates during this season of uncertainty. We were treated with kindness and normalcy there today. I understand that we are under some trying and desperate circumstances but when we walked in the atmosphere was calm and inviting. The Associates greeted you with warm smiles and had a genuine attitude towards assisting our needs. All it took was a warm smile, followed with kindness and I felt less apprehensive about shopping and I relaxed and I came out feeling grateful for that experience because there are still decent people who care. Thank you Target and your awesome Associates Team.

Looking for bedding and electronicsThey had what we were looking for, but we had to chase someone down and ask if they had it in the back, which they did. We got the bed topper at the px because it was cheaper, but got a great deal on pillow cases. Everyone who works here is amazing.

Shopping at Target is not stressful or overwhelming. I can leisurely shop for new items and look through the clearance. Being able to get food and household items is great. Starbucks is the extra bonus!

I just love Target. Its consistently a great shopping experience. The associates at the Lawton Target go above and beyond to be friendly and helpful, to keep the store stocked and cleaned, and to be efficient at checkout.

Target has some good food choices for groceries and good shopping for housewares and for clothing. Had very good interactions with the check out employees and the store is very easy to navigate around in. I found some decent organic freeze dried fruits and organic cheese sticks. They also have organic milk on stock in the cooler section.

It was clean/well organized, and I found everything I was looking for. Staff was friendly.

Associates were friendly, found everything I needed. The store is usually neat and its easy to find things in it. Everyone is helpful.

Its such a great place to shop

Fast, easy and the sales associate was very personable and good spirited. Ive used this type of service with a certain competitor of Target and the experience was the complete opposite of this experience and made me consider not using their service ever again.

Used the drive up service today for the first time.It was so fast and easy! I’ll definitely be using it again.

OK so recently they updated their price match policy to NOT match amazon prime. Because its a membership you pay for. Even if you do not have a membership, 80% or more IDK are prime. It still says prime underneath the price. So they wont price match. This makes no sense to me. You cant show them the Amazon pricing to price match. So basically if its cheaper on Amazon thats where I will purchase. Also, there has been 2 times in the last month were cashiers DO NOT put all of my bags on the end of checkout platform. So a bag or two was left by cashiers in bagging area. I have had to drive back, over 30 miles to get my items. Do not leave without checking their bagging station. They do not apologize, nothing for their mistake. Save yourself a trip! I use to really like this Target but its going downhill.

Target employees had a great attitude! Even though they were working late on Christmas Eve. Associates on the sales floor were helpful & courteous. Once there was lines at the register, management called in back up cashiers, every register was opened before long customers zoomed right out the door. We were fortunate Target stayed opened later versus Walmart or any other retailers!!! Way to go O

Review for the Starbucks located inside Target. I really didnt know what to get, so I told the girl working there that I just needed an extra boost because I had a what it seemed to be like a long drive to get home so she hooked me up with a double shot with creamer and caramel syrup. It was perfect 👌

Clean store that has lots of nice things to buy. Store associates are always helpful and courteous. The men have a well-groomed hipster beard thing going, and it is nice to see them take pride in their appearance like that!

Mostly just junk. Stock is just rejected goods that are over priced. Their Apple products are barely stocked and what they have is almost double the going rate of other places. The only things that are worth the money are the clearance sections.

The pharmacist Amanda was absolutely amazing at being friendly, trying her best at finding me savings on my prescription and made the whole experience just overall wonderful.

The products are great but my cashier was EXCEPTIONAL! He was very kind, polite, helpful, and efficient!

I want to thank the Lawton, OK Target for saving the day and making a special needs child very, very happy! I had ordered a favorite replacement you off of Amazon on 8/1. On 8/5, I contacted the seller because the toy had not been shipped yet. Oh - its out of stock and we are cancelling the order. This is a birthday gift for a child that doesnt always get to have much fun due to health problems. I went online yesterday morning and picked the toy up yesterday after noon. Target rules!!! Thanks so much!

I was a little disappointed today. I go to this target twice a week and I always use the same debit card. Today I inserted my card entered my PIN and the clerk told me that I should use another form of payment. I had plenty of funds in my account and my purchase was 43 and change. After calling his manager, I was told that Targets card readers dont accept certain debit cards, and that I had other options such as going to the ATM down the street, or using a credit card, or writing a check. Really? I dont mind writing a check, however, not only was this an embarrassment to me, it also inconvenienced the long line behind me. I hope that nobody else had this experience.

Target is great for a lot of home goods and if you dont need too many things. It is a little more expensive though and sometimes the check out lines are ridiculously slow. I still like coming here over some of the other big stores in town when I just need a few basic things because it isnt normally as busy, they do have Starbucks inside, and Ive never come across any staff that wasnt helpful. My favorite part of the store is the dollar section right as you come in. Theres always something worth checking out there.

The store itself looks really clean and very well cared for. The employees don’t seem all that enthused to be at work and it is always so hard to find an employee when you need help locating something (except for the electronics department of employees)

On the plus side this store is always nice and clean. On the downside the amount & variety of products seems to fluctuate throughout the year. They are a good place to shop during the summer & holiday season, but just OK the rest of the year.

So please have more racial and ethics training. No matter the color customer service is priceless.

Nice staff, good selection of products but stale popcorn. The popcorn at other Target stores is of the same quality, too. Maybe that’s what they’re going for? Stale, salty popped corn kernels. Also, why is everything red? I’m not judging. Red is said to be a strong color with a lasting impression. I urge everyone who visits to spend $2 on the popcorn and review, please. Is it just me or is that popcorn stale? I had popcorn from the bank the other day and it was very fresh, so I have some frame of reference as far as popcorn goes. The popcorn’s quality was inbetween that of bank popcorn (good and fresh) and the cheap popcorn one could procure from Save-A-Lot, heat up, then leave out overnight. Maybe every Target has had a rough popcorn day, every time I’ve been. However stale the popcorn, those slushies are very, very cold. I enjoy a blue or red but not often a brown. I enjoyed the visit to the store. Merchandise was neatly displayed, not thrown everywhere or messy like some other major chain stores who may have chosen BLUE as their company’s mascot color (hint hint!!!) I take this Target store seriously.

Found some good deals on some girls clothes, however Im not sure that I will ever go back there. All because one customer service manager Named Krista. The way she acted when the cashiers and customer needed help was absolutely ridiculous!!!! She is not someone that needs to be working in customer service. LAZY!!!!! Friendly place, everything is perfectly stocked!

I like the cleanliness and organization of your store. I also like the quality of their goods.

I like that they have such a wide variety of items, and offer items that dont tend to be offered here in lawton, but their customer service tends to stink. There are seldom more than 1-2 registers open and Ive witnessed management being quite rude to a person who was trying to utilize coupons. If they could just kick that customer service up a notch.

Its the only one closest to where we live. The store is clean and the employees are helpful.
