I am from New Orleans and had come to Oklahoma to get out of the way of a tropical storm and a hurricane. On the way I experienced a problem with my Mercedes. I knew what the issue was and only needed the part so that I could effect repairs myself. I found Warrens, spoke to Randy on the phone and he had my part in hand the very next morning. It was exactly what I needed and got me back on the road in no time. Randy was polite and professional. He not only got me exactly what I needed but also did his personal best to save me as much time and money as possible. Warrens has a new fan and if I ever need help when I am in this area, I will call them first. Top notch service!

Randy and team really helped me out. My wife’s car is a Mini Cooper and has been stalling and so on and no one could fix it! Went to Lynn Mackenzie’s but since the car is owned by BMW, nothing they could do. I take it to Warrens and over the weekend the car is back how it was when we first got it, with first rate service and prices. They have my vote of confidence and my business!

Awesome experience. Had to replace a side view mirror on my BMW after losing a fight with my garage...They had the parts on hand two days after seeing my vehicle, and everything was installed shortly after. Warrens’ kept me informed and even gave me a partial refund after they found out prices on some parts they needed had been reduced. Thanks for the work!

Mr. Warren gave me an estimate of $4330.00 to fix my car. Then told me to take it home, dig a DEEP hole and bury it. Told me he had to charge me for the estimate but it wouldnt be much. I understand that he needed to charge me for the estimate and was willing and prepared to until he told me that it was $309.00! He said he put a new battery in the car 😡 but he didnt tell me he was going to do it. I wouldnt have given him authorization to do this since I drove it there and it had a battery in it. Come on now, why would he put a brand new battery in a car he told me to take home and bury?

Second time Ive been to these guys and only shop I can trust to work on my car. Theyre very knowledgeable, great rates of 80/85$ an hour.Just had them work on my window regulator and suspension on my 02 Porsche 911.They use strictly OEM parts which is nice, but sometimes a bummer if you want to upgrade your clutch for example, they wont do aftermarket.Theyre honest with their work, very friendly crew and a nice huge shop. Also close to the mall if you can get a quick turn around on a repair. Convenient location if you ask me. :)Theyll give you heads up of other issues that your vehicle may have and if think they can not do it, they wont risk damaging your vehicle. I have a heater issue on my Porsche 911 and they are mature enough to recommend me to a Porsche dealership because they do not want to risk damaging anything.They have also been very accommodating on both of my visits. I go to them yearly for inspections and tune ups.5/5 would recommend.

Excellent experience. I called on a Thursday to set up an appointment to get my VW serviced and they were able to fit me in the next day. I was unable to pick up my vehicle before they had closed for the day so they allowed me to still pick up my vehicle for the weekend and come in on Monday to pay for the services rendered. When I received my invoice it came to my attention that they were honest about the amount of time for labor and was only charged for a half hours worth of work. In a modern world where Please Pay First and Automatic rounding up to the nearest hour for labor are basic business practices, I was taken aback with Warrens. Their sincerity, customer service and willingness to work around my schedule are what impressed me the most. I would absolutely recommend Warrens to anyone.

The only local place that works on BMW, Porsche, and Mercedes Benz. Less pricey than dealing with the dealership and has the added advantage of being locally owned and operated. Randy and Gene are very nice and typically know whats wrong with the vehicle over the phone. I fully trust them with my BMWs.

Very honest assessment of my car and we decided not to try and fix the issue as it would not be cost beneficial to pay more to fix it than it was worth.

If you need a job done (specifically European cars) at a price cheaper than the dealership, you should be happy to know Warrens seemed very knowledgeable when swapping a water pump and thermostat on my BMW 135i. All these other reviews seem like these people dont know anything about their car and also expect the service to mirror a dealership. It is an indy shop... Either way: they were reasonably priced and demonstrated they had done the procedure I needed in their past. They charged me cheaper than the estimate as the tech finished the job in a shorter time than allotted per the manual. Not five stars just cuz I had to call in to check on the status of the car after 5 days of waiting. They always were honest though, so no complaints here.

This place is seriously the absolute WORST macanic shop you could EVER EVER EVER take your vehicle to!!!They are OVER PRICED, extremely UNPROFESSIONAL, SLOW WORKERS, and more ARROGANT then Im sure anyone could stand to imagine!! NO ONE! should be treated like this when they come into a macanic shop!They LITERALLY threw my car keys at my face! for simply asking about a universal part viruses an Authentic part.! No exaggeration! I honestly can not even explain let alone write out how much ATTITUDE and UNPROFESSIONALISM they displayed!!!If YOU want to get cheated out of YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY and TIME! and even then not get your car fixed the right way !!! Then this is the place for you.HOWEVER if you want to get your vehicle taking care of the right way and done in a reasonable amount of time ANYWHERE ELSE IS BETTER THEN HERE !!please! PLEASE!! heed my advice! And whatever you do DO NOT GO TO THIS SHOP !again i state DO NOT GO TO THIS SHOP!

Worst customer service ever. I asked for a quote for parts and services I needed done and gave me attitude when I refused to pay another fee for them to tell me whats wrong with my car when I already know whats wrong. Why cant I just get a quote? Like what the hell, wont be coming back.
