I highly recommend Glass Doctor. I needed my windshield replaced so I called and talked to Scott. He was very helpful, knowledgeable and accommodating. He even called me back on a Saturday when they were closed just because he saw that I had called them and he wanted to help. When I went in, I was able to meet Scott & Cory, who was also very kind & personable. They kept me well informed during the entire process. These guys are top notch and I will definitely use them if I need a glass repair in the future.

I showed up out of nowhere without a appointment after a chip in my windshield. They got me in and out supper fast in about 20 minutes. Can’t even tell there ever was a chip at all. All the employees seem kind quick and hard working. Talked to the owner who really appreciates military. I will never take my vehicle anywhere else to get work done in Lawton.

The Glass Doctor on Lee Blvd in Lawton has stellar customer service. Even if it means they lose your business, they will give you advice that best fits your needs. This has happened to me twice now, and it has involved a substantial amount of money. When they do “fix my panes” their work is top notch. The only name I remember is Scott, but him and all the staff are always extremely helpful and courteous. This business could give classes on customer service, and let’s call it like it is, most businesses are not concerned with customer service anymore. My hats off to this store. It was an early Sunday morning and my business was robbed. They destroyed front door and empty cash drawer. Police responded, and immediately after my call to glass doctor they secured my facility more safely than I could have and called with a more than reasonable price. This is second time I’ve used them in five years and they are as solid as it comes for a locally owned and operated in Lawton.

The staff were quick to return phone calls and worked with me to arrange an appointment that worked with my schedule. While waiting, they kept me informed on the progress of the replacement of the windshield. All the staff members were friendly, polite, and extremely professional. The new windshield looks great for a fraction of what I was expecting to pay! Will recommend Glass Doctor of Lawton to everyone.

I had traveled from NYC to Lawton. Somewhere along the road, a flying rock cracked my windshield pretty bad. At first, I thought I had to replace the windshield, ( which could have cost me over $700.00), but David explained what he could do, “If anyone can do it, Glass Doctor can” so I gave it a shot,.and I was amazed of what he did. Like the magician, David Copperfield, he shocked my eyes, my mind, but importantly, did not shock my pocket. he made the crack disappear. Thanks to the person that recommended me to them. The guys at The Glass Dr are so nice! They fixed my daughters car an did such a great job! I would recommend them from now on! They fixed my daughters windshield an drivers side door window it had stopped rolling up and down. They also replaced her windshield wipers. They also put this stuff on the windshield that helps keep the windshield clearer when it rains it snows. So far its done an excellent job.. I liked them so well that Im taking my car to them to get my door window fixed and door handle. Great job Cory, Thank You!!

This is in response to the rebuttal given by the owner to my wife Connie Caseys review of the business. She described what took place exactly right as I was there arguing our point across as well. The owner offered to have his detail guy touch up the gouge in the dash, which actually is a tacit omission of guilt. The problem with that was the red color would never have been matched correctly. You would always be able to see it. That came straight from the JEEP dealer and the paint/body tech. The only way to fix the problem is to replace the part, which the owner adamantly refused to do.So my advice to all who are brave enough to go to this establishment is this: Do make a video of the inside and outside of your vehicle for comparative purposes. This way there will be no question who is at fault should you pick up your vehicle and find damage that didnt exist prior to leaving it in their hands. This is definitely a must do procedure!You may see more positive reviews than negative ones, but that doesnt mean that a mistake couldnt have been made during the windshield replacement procedure. I mean his people were inside the vehicle and that presents a 50/50 opportunity for something to go awry.

Great job and friendly team, but need to give clarity that when you order replacement windows, they should mention if you want screens as well. I’m getting repairs to my parents unoccupied property, but I live out of town so did not even think about screens.

Last week I had my 2020 jeep rubicon windshield replaced due to a rock hit with vertical crack. In the process, my passenger dash front was damaged, which my husband and I brought to their attention, they denied using sharp instruments, their demeanor instantly when into denial mode, didnt want to do anything about it, became rude and very unprofessional. Also, contacted Corporate, yet to hear back and probably wont. FYI, do a thorough walk around your vehicle before and after, take video before handing your vehicle over to them. My $644.00 windshield, will cost an additional $277.00 part plus installing fee of $80.00. Jeep dealer said, it would be a very noticeable fix if just painted over. So, now I am out this charge due to their neglect. FYI, owner blatantly said we were lying. DID NOT agree to fix the problem to the state the vehicle was relinquished to them. Didnt even get an apology, because he (the owner) would have known that would be an omission they were guilty of damages to my vehicle. VERY RUDE & COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL BUSINESS OWNER. Just to make yourself look good, now to the public you say, we are sorry for any inconvenience. You were only going to touch up this gouge either you or your coworkers did. A professional at Jeep confirmed this could not be touched up, it would still be noticeable. But you REFUSED to do the right thing and replace the part which you damaged.

They did a great job replacing our broken windshield. We called a few places to get a quote and they had the price too.

Around 2 weeks ago Glass Dr was hired to come install a window. The window has 1 inch caulking on each left and right side. It looks like a child played with caulking. Window is to small. Installer was asked to remove caulking to show whats underneath that makes a larger window not fit. The installer has done all work on window. Underneath was scrap vinyl from my old window then the caulking was 1 inch wide and some spots 1 on deep. The space was barely covered inside. Everywhere the installer put caulking inside and out is cracking. NOT PROFESSIONAL. I called the office 3x and today I had to ask installer to leave because he was pretty much yellow and being rude.Customer Service is the most important thing. There is none.

Called them on a Tuesday and was told it would be next week. Well next week turned into the next day they called me back and asked if it would be ok if they came out that day. Im very pleased with their service and their prices.

I called this morning, windshield was literally cracking before my eyes. They got me in at 10:30-the earliest I could get there and was able to make on their promise to get me out by 2pm to make way to pick up the kiddos. They actually got me out an hour earlier. Great place to get a windshield repaired I shopped around at other places and it was going to cost me twice as much to get it done. The experience was fast and easy and it was reasonably priced also they have a warranty on all their windshields I would recommend this place for anyone who is needing to replace a windshield on their vehicle. My car window was shattered. We had no idea they would have to take the car to the shop and just expected it to be fixed at the house. With the day I was having, I had no time to clean up the broken glass. The poor guy, though its, apparently, not out of the ordinary, came prepared with a cover so he could sit in the car safely in order to take it to the shop for me. Later that night after the repairs, I went to pick up my car and I found all of the glass had been cleaned up and very thoroughly, I might add. They also organized my mess and cleaned out the trash. I had no worries about placing my kids in their seats because of how thoroughly they had cleaned up the mess. It was probably part of their job, but I had never expected it considering Ive never had a broken car window before. Part of their job or not, I nearly cried at how above and beyond their service was. They were so nice and did what they could to work with me. Getting my car back in the condition I did was the cherry on top. I cant express my gratitude enough. I would definitely recommend them!

Very disappointed in the service I’m getting/got. 2 1/2 to 3 weeks I’m waiting for my glass. Every time we’ve called it is a day told when we shall receive it and when that time comes around no glass then on the day it was suppose to come only two out of three glasses where here . They was “suppose”.to Come out then a call saying they cut the wrong size. Oh how angry I was. But they made sure they got half of there money on time and first day of service. Maybe it was just our luck it happened to us when knowing I needed these windows fixed by a certained Time. 7/17/18 still waiting.
