Very disappointed in Cotter. We purchased a trailer from them years ago and was happy with the quality/service. We needed another trailer and contacted them in April to order the same one. They took the order and said due to supply issues, wed have the trailer in 4-6 weeks. This is July 29th and they STILL do not have our trailer ready. We have called dozens of times to check on status and are given the runaround every single time. We run a business that requires trailers and this is just unacceptable. They did not call us one time to explain or try to rectify the situation....only took messages for someone to call us back when we tried to get an answer. Most times no one ever called back and if they did, it was the same runaround. Very unprofessional.

Bought my Ford 4x4 F150 ext cab here at fair price and also a 14 footer open trailer for my pressure washing system. Bought 4 extra tires and 2 extra rims for emergency blow pits while travelling to various jobs.Best prices!!!!!Around this and other areas,people drive from far away to get these trailers due to price.John Cotter is my go to guy for everything trailer,and they custom build flat beds for trucks and install them there.Very friendly passes down generational business from his dad to himvery reasonable,and very quick here you are in and out with your new trailer,trucks they have for sale out front,and other items,its a very fast cut and dry professionally ran business and I have become friends with him,he takes real good care of me and every single customer walking thru his doors there at Cotters Trailers,he takes care of my business needs as far as equipment is concerned,and my equipment needs.Private and commercial for our business we own.Update 08/06/2018I just bought bigger wheels and tires for the load Im carrying on my.flat trailer,pressure washer equipment is pretty heavy,and everytime I need something John and his family take care of us.Good people here!
