This is the best place hands down. Kerry is honest and goes above and beyond to take care of customers. This shop was able to repair my 2014 Chevy Malibu when other shops couldnt. He could have easily sold me a rebuild and in fact he mentioned that as a possibility but he and his staff made a repair and the car is absolutely perfect! Stop here first! Thank you so much for the repair on something I have dealt with since I acquired this car!

Never have I ever given my number to anyone there but received this text. I take this as a threat and is harassment . VERY unprofessional to both customers and employees! My explanation for leaving a bad review was due to the way he treats his employees and customers. When you throw things, yell, degrade, threaten and underpay people your actions should have consequences. Also harassments should have them as well. I left a 1 star review and I stand by it. Its sad that a company cant take a bad review so they find the persons number somehow and threaten them. STOP FORCING PEOPLE TO TAKE DOWN REVIEWS SO YOU HAVE A GOOD RATING. IF YOU DONT DESERVE A GOOD RATING THEN CHANGE YOUR BUSINESS NOT THE PEOPLE!

I was experiencing a shifting issue. Kerry did a computer check and didnt give me only one option but helped me make a decision. I had never met him and was pleased with the customer service and repair. I would use them again and highly recommend this business.

Awesome place, I took my truck to another local transmission shop and they wanted to sell me a rebuild, so I took it to Ky transmissions for a second opinion (so glad I did) they fixed it for $650 all it needed was the control pack.. Thank you for your honesty.

I had them rebuild a transmission in one of our work vans. I was kind of nervous to put that much money in a aging van but Kerry said they would do a thorough job and replace everything not just fix it. 2 years later the van is still running great with no issues. I actually recently thought I had an issue when the van kept shuttering and shutting off. I towed it there again and he called me back to let me know it just needed gas. 😁 Apparently the gas guage is malfunctioning and was showing a 1/4 tank. So not only do they do great work but are very honest and trustworthy. Will definitely do business here again. Thanks again

Wonderful experience, the owner is very honest and will be strait with you about what is wrong with your vehicle and will not try to over sell you on something you dont need.

I spoke with Kerry on the phone because he was gracious enough to send a relative to our transmission shop here in Texas. Obviously, I have not had any work done at his shop, but I would definitely go by his shop if I ever had any car trouble in Kentucky, or even just to visit with him. He is a very friendly guy to speak to and I feel like the people at his shop would be very trustworthy to deal with. I noticed there were no reviews on google and I know how much people look on the internet to find a shop to trust with their vehicle and I wanted to be the first to leave a google review for this shop.

9/26/19 Rude, yelled over the phone.very unprofessional. Car was do for 2k. Transmission was having the same trouble as Kentucky transmission was to have fixed.Dropped the car off, 4 days at the Transmission shop had not started to check the car. On 4th day called and asked if the car had been checked. I asked 4 days transmission not checked. Yelling starts on the phone saying dont have to work on the vehicle and come get it by closing or the vehicle will go the junkyard . 1yr warranty doesnt mean anything. No,owner of this shop knows the truth. there wasnt no hurry to fix the vehicle just for it to do looked at to see what needed to be fixed. Beware comsumer...

Great work on my car! another shop said i needed a new transmission they fixed mine for less than half of the other shop wanted

I would not advise anybody to go here, my transmission did not last even 2 years on a vehicle that i did not drive often enough for the transmission to go out again, ive had other mechanics tell me he probably used bad parts
