They was on time the work was good the light does not come on when a car pulls up beside you in a driver side stays on all the time I dont know what went wrong I had to put a piece of tape over it

Very happy with the repairs to my Jeep. Jeff was very professional, kept me updated on the process, and they did great work with a great turnaround time.

I took my 2006 Chevy Impala SS in Thursday cause someone hit my car in the front side and they said it would take four days to complete and they would keep in touch with me about the process. When they found out it would take a week they called me and told me that they would call the insurance company and tell them and call the rental company and let them know. I didn’t have to do anything all I had to do was drop the car off and pick the rental up and pick my car up and drop the rental off at the rental company.

Fast service. And very friendly workers. Got my car repaired in 2 days. I will be taking my daughters car here also next month for a repair

I cannot recommend this place enough! The staff is incredible, everyone truly cared about the quality of repair and making sure that I was satisfied! Dennis went above and beyond for me! They made this process so much more less stress-free! I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone around the central Kentucky area!

All good things from Dennis and the team. Only issue was getting the correct Tow Hitch Cover took about 2 months.

Worsts experience I’ve ever had!! They did worse damage than I took it out there for!! 400 and they will fix what they did !! I will never recommend or talk well of this chop shop !!

Had A Wreck performed some body repairs on my truck. They are the best body shop, that I have had any business with. Everyone is very friendly. If I ever have a need for any body work done on any of my vehicles, I will not go anywhere else. They do excellent work, always. I recommend ther shop to anyone that have dings and dents they want repaired.

The customer service was excellent. Had not had my car long enough to get the License and registration completed. They had it inspected for me while it was worked on at the shop. Now I am back on the road and it looks like new again.

They are super nice, and do excellent work. It also is super great they have a Hertz in the business too so you dont have to go anywhere else. As well as renting Uhauls so thats really nice too. They also make sure there is a lifetime guarantee on whatever they do on your vehicle.

Great experience. Dennis Smith had an estimate to me in under an hour. Because this shop is certified by USAA (my insurance carrier), Dennis was able to access the claim information and worked directly with the adjuster to submit any supplemental claim information. The work was completed on time and Dennis kept me informed every step of the way. The team did a nice job and the paint was matched very well on the repaired part of my truck. So we originally used Hadawreck because they were in Safecosbody shop network. Someone insured with Safeco hit my daughters car and messed up the front end pretty bad.Our experience was stellar!! Dennis at Hadawreck was professional, communicating promptly and letting me know where they were in the process and seeing if I needed anything. He was very helpful with our rental car that Safeco provided through Enterprise, even though they didnt use the Hertz rental there.The finished product was fast and excellent. It looks better than it did before the wreck happened. I highly recommend them and would use them again! Thanks

Rented a uhaul was quick and easy to pick up and return.

I was down in Kentucky for work when I hit a deer. Accidents are always a huge hassle, especially when you live states away. Hadawreck was very easy to communicate with, had my car done sooner than expected, and was flexible with helping me retrieve my car from out of state. In a week that felt like everything was going wrong, they made the experience as pleasurable as possible. I do not intend to hit any more deer in Kentucky, but if I did, I would for sure give them my business. Thanks guys.

I came in for simple body work and they somehow destroyed my vehicles electrical wiring, and now they refuse to fix it! Save yourself the trouble and find anywhere else to bring your vehicle.

Would not take my vehicle there. Bad experience with their work on my vehicle agter a wreck. New parts were supposed to be out on however later found out they were not.
